Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. I personally like a more natural look with the classic set and she does it so beautifully! You can see from other pictures though that she's also great at more dramatic looks too! I was also shocked the first time I got a fill, It's pretty standard for technicians to stick to a certain time-frame when doing your lashes so if they don't get to them all you just don't have a complete/full set. She took her fine time and did EVERY SINGLE eyelash regardless of the time. I was soooooooo impressed and thankful. She really cares. She's very friendly and professional (which you also may not always get w other people). AND AFFORDABLE. If you've been getting your lashes done for awhile, you know some people charge SO MUCH and then still don't deliver a good look I'm so thankful to have found LuvItLashes! **Bottom line** I would highly recommend LuvItLashes for avid eyelash goers seeing as she will work to give you your desired look, and is experienced and delivers great service! When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! They are often unfriendly and unwelcoming, rarely greet customers, and are frequently sitting behind the bar on their phones. They also do not check in to see if customers would like a drink. As a result, the nail technician has had to stop their service to prepare drinks, which does not seem appropriate or fair to them. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns soon, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

After my experience here, I genuinely feel like I found the right place. From the moment I called to ask about pricing, Vivian made such a great first impression. Since they don't list their prices online, I had quite a few questions about full sets, pedicures, and add-ons. She was incredibly patient, answered every question thoroughly, and even told me to ask for her when I arrived. When I got there, Vivian immediately remembered our phone conversation and greeted me warmly. I only waited about 10 minutes before one of the gentlemen invited me to sit in a massage chair and soak my feet while they prepared a technician since they were busy. He also offered me a complimentary drink they have mimosas, wine, Coke, Diet Coke, and water which was such a nice touch. When I showed Vivian the exact nail color I wanted, she didn't try to convince me to choose something else or tell me it wasn't possible. She knew exactly what I was looking for and got right to work. Tracy later helped finish my nails, and together they did an amazing job. I left with exactly what I had envisioned. My nails came out beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive from beginning to end, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work I received.
