I have been there more than 3 times, even though they didnt do a good job for the first and second times, but i still gave them another chance. although the result came out unacceptable. why? Cause it near my house, and the store looks clean, and new, that what I like But they really didnt care about basic skill that employee should have in order to serve customers. im not a person who strict on little things, but when you open a business, at least put some effort on it. dont be "whatever" like what you have been doing. just a white dip set, it took forever to get it done. Nails came out so cute the first time loveddd!!! Simple how I wanted nice shape left happy. Paid about $75. Now I went in today for my second time I asked for the same length just for them to charge me 90 buck for a smaller set I try to explain n it was like they didn't like my commentary they left it at 85 so my nails came out so cakey and bad was not satisfied the second time. I was feeling awful so I decided to go get my nails done. I don't get my nails done often mainly bc I'm a busy person and the times I've actually gotten them done the people just did an ok job. This place was amazing. Julie did my Pedicure and Thy did my manicure. Both ladies did a great job. Not single complaint. Everybody else there were very friendly as well. I love the options in drinks and the prices are reasonable for the services. I only had a basic manicure and the milk and honey pedicure but it was still amazing. I visited Twinkle Nail bar for the first time a couple of days ago. This place has a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. It was well maintained and the staff was welcoming. My pedicure was amazing. Initially I thought maybe I had found my new go to salon. My nails turned out very nice but my manicurist was not gentle. She did my right hand first then had me move to the table where she finished up the left hand. I'm not sure if she was in a hurry to finish, but she cut my hand in several places. It was probably my first and last visit. I had been going to my previous salon since September without one nick. I expect it to happen occasionally but this seemed a bit excessive and careless. read more

Upon arriving at the shop, you are greeted warmly and if you are a frequent customer, then you are greeted by name. The establishment is very clean!!! The decor is simple but eye appealing. The space isn't cluttered with extra decor. . They are prompt to recognize you and make sure , that you are waited on. All of the nail techs offer excellent service. They offer a wide range of choices in regards to getting a particular service. . They are always busy but they are able to accommodate a large amount of people at one time. I have gone on different days and times and they have a very steady customer trail. I haven't seen them in the shop where they are playing on their phones or chatting away to each other. My appointment was set for 1:00 PM on Monday. The receptionist had me sit at one of the service stations with pedi water spa. They definitely overbooked customers. I waited 35 minutes before anyone can get to me. No apologies from the floor manager. When I said I had to leave by 2:30 PM, both pedi/manicurist rushed and did a poor job. This was my first time there, and I will not be a return customer for sure. They need to understand walk-in vs. appointment. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. First time and I must say I was very impressed. I think we all can understand the anxiety around finding a good salon, but Twinkle has really exceeded my expectations. I went on a Monday afternoon so they weren't very busy. The salon is beautifully decorated and CLEAN. I love the chairs and the board that they use because I hate the dreaded pillow places usually give you. They offer a range of pedicures for your budget, I went with the cucumber and have no complaints. I actively observed cleaning and sanitizing...MAJOR BONUS. Vivian completed my nails, and she was great. I personally don't like a lot of small talk, and she provided just enough where it didn't feel forced and unnecessary. Mia completed my pedicure that was WELL overdue...so I thank her tremendously; she was very gentle, so if you need a more aggressive session, you may want to ask her. They offer a few set drinks, I didn't indulge, but I also don't have many expectations in this area (it's not a bar). Their customer service from the moment I walked in until check out was amazing too; I was checked on periodically throughout my appointment.
