I went with my mom and they wanted to charge her $110 for nails with very little design to them and they charged me $85 for two nails to have marble on them. Then on top of that Fiona did my nails and was so rough with me the whole time, threw my hand when she was done to pass her the other hand. I got the worse customer service and my nails wasn't done how I asked her to do it and she left my nails super lumpy, she said it was the design but it was my nail that I didn't get marble with. Service was okay but not very friendly and I wasn't greeted as I walked in, though it was very slow and everybody was at the front but preoccupied. There was no clear direction and no one guided me where to go so I was just standing with everyone staring at me for a good while. All I had was dip with chrome and shellac on my feet with no pedicure and it was $100 not including tip. I would've been okay with the price if there was a good service to back it up. Very nice and clean place. Cool atmosphere with nice artwork and ambience. I like being able to relax during my pedicures and their massage chairs helped me do just that. Had a great pedicure with a nice massage. Thorough cleaning was being done while I was there which I love seeing during Covid. I can not wait to be back for another pedicure! read more

This place is honestly great. The decor for the shop was just beautiful and everyone who I talked to was so nice! Personally I had Linda and she was great. She did efficient and precise work and was just a sweetheart. If y'all could I would definitely ask for her. And let me just say, I don't know if it's just me but I love a good rewards system so when I saw they had one I got excited. The owner or front desk lady is extremely rude. The woman who did my premium pedicure missed a whole step on my left leg. I mentioned politely that I didn't think she did it and she gave me an attitude and said she did. I could be wrong but I think I would noticed if she didn't put my leg in the wax bag.... I went this weekend when it opened at 9, I was sat in one chair and the technician moved me to another, not a big deal at all, but what I witnessed next was the lady owner and the technician screaming right in front of me. I don't mean arguing, I mean screaming at her as if she was beneath her. My nails were terrible and I can't blame the technician bc I never would be able to work after being yelled/embarrassed at like that at all. The technician told me she wouldn't charge me for my nails (it was that bad) and the owner again Screamed at her saying you can't give her free nails and the owner offered to fix it and said it'll just take 15 minutes. I then said ma'am you have been screaming at your employees I've been here for 2 1/2 hours and my nails look like this. I decided to give this salon a try since my go-to salon is closed on Monday's and I needed to get a new set and pedicure that day. The atmosphere was nice and aesthetically pleasing, very well decorated. The receptionist was friendly and check in was smooth. My pedicure was done by Lynn who did a great job painting my toes, however she picked a little too much at my cuticle which has left my toe a bit red and sore for several days. When it was time for my new set (French tip acrylic) I had Fiona as my nail tech and the minute she took my hand she handled me very aggressively.Although she didn't appear to be in a bad mood, she would constantly pull on my hand and fingers and handle me like she did not want to touch me. She worked at a fast and sloppy pace during a time when it was not that busy, which was unprofessional in my opinion. Went in for pedicure and manicure first time coming here and the last. The nail tech was rude had so much attitude was aggressive with my hands would almost throw them or pull them hard. My nails came out horrible with some areas lighter than others nails are not smooth at all my hair is already getting stuck in between the nail and the polish because the polish is not smooth and applied right on the nail (just went in yesterday 2/1) just Horrible don't come here. The tech that did my pedicure was very unprofessional. She did not know I can understand Vietnamese. She asked me what color shellac I want on my toes. I told her I don't want shellac, just regular polish. She started saying in Vietnamese "at first she want shellac and now she doesn't" while huffing and puffing about it. I never said i want shellac on my toes, only my nails. Then when I turned on the massage chair so I can relax (that's the point of me going to the nail salon is to feel relaxed), she said in Vietnamese that she can't work because the chair is moving too much. So i immediately turned it off. I asked for French tip. She made the tip so thick. The nail tech doing my full set had to ask her to make it thinner several times. Once she realized i can speak and understand Vietnamese, she started trying to be nice. My experience was very unhappy and dissatisfied and I still decided to leave a tip. I complained about the employee to the front desk lady who I'm assuming is probably the owner too. I assumed a discount would've already been given based on the treatment i received and experienced. Anyhow, I asked the front desk lady to give me the 10% off for healthcare workers discount because I'm a nurse. She only gave me $5 off my total. 10% off my total would have been $8.50 since my total was $85 before discount. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but the pedicurist was unprofessional in her comments and remarks more than once and my whole experience there left me feeling extremely disappointed. I'm not sure where these negative reviews are coming from so I figured I'd come through and share my experiences with this location. EVERY TIME from the day that they opened I've been greeted and treated well, every time. I've never had a single complaint about my nails whether it was a pedicure or full set and I'm extremely picky about my nails. I bring my 7 year old daughter there to have her nails done and they're super sweet to her every time. I refuse to go to any other location . They're great with waxing as well no nightmare stories about losing too much on my eyebrows . Every staff member has been so kind..so I'm not sure where the negativity is coming from. read more

They were very kind and for a Saturday afternoon, I was able to sit immediately. They had a wide array of colors! Nikky did a fabulous job! Went here to get my nails done for the first time because I saw how beautiful the nails were on their Instagram page and was honestly disappointed the shape Of some of the nails are wide and crooked the thickness on some are inconsistent.
