She chuckled when I said my shape was good, first red flag, then she continued to try to tell me how she would fix my eyebrows, but I didn't need fixing, JUST NEEDED THEM CLEANED!! I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and of course she made my eyebrows SUPER THIN and didn't even trim my eyebrows. She also offered a free tint, girl.. so you could mess that up too?? No thank you.

Came here after getting ditched by the previous business that I had signed up with via ClassPass…read moreearlier in the week. How dreadful. The owner and operator Monica was a breath of fresh air. Easily and quickly responded to my questions after the booking via text. I even arrived a bit early for my scheduled appointment so I could find the place. Located in an office building. She has a shared suite with other business, but her suite is posted so was able to find it. She was ready and waiting for me. She has a large studio suite which is nice. She was friendly and attentive and she even had an after care instruction card for me to take home after my visit. Which I appreciated. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. She even told me about her own reward program she has, which is nice. I am definitely coming back. Love supporting black owned businesses. Give her a try.

Found this gem the week of my wedding when I was panicking to find somewhere for a Brazilian Wax…read more The nail tech got a little ambitious, so I called to cancel & she agreed to wait. It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

This had never been an issue before. 2 years later I'm still dealing with the dark scarring from them. When I reflect upon my experience here, I initially dismissed how unsanitary the room was but I feel it's worth mentioning now. I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. However the ingrowns nightmare came for me soon after despite me doing what I always do to prevent it, and years later I'm still embarrassed by the scars it left.

I only paid for the basic pedi but it was phenomenal. The tech was gentle and through. I wanted to do something daring for Halloween but decided full set with shellac would suffice. The manicurist was fast, neat, and gentle as well. The atmosphere was quite and calming. I recommend taking your headphones and a relaxing playlist while you sit in the massage chairs. The salon was small, clean, and friendly I will definitely be returning. I hope they offer wine next time ;)

This review is for Long who worked at this nail shop who is no longer there. If anyone knows where…read morehe is working at please let me know. He was the only reason why I went to this shop. He was the best almost a perfectionist. When he was done with your Pedicure your feet look like they came out of a magazine. When he massaged your legs with the pedicure you knew your legs and feet has been massage. I would leave him a big tip. The other ladies in this shop don't care how your nails look. Won't listen at how you want them even though you are paying for it. Your nails feet and hands will have you regretting you went in there. I want to find LONG so he can do my pedicures and nails. These ladies are only interested in taking your money. If anyone knows where he is I want to go to that shop. Don't waste your money here.

She had great energy , quick, detailed, and not one piece of hair left in sight! ( and out of sight - if you catch my drift ) I've had quite a few waxes in my life - and this one was MAYBE a 4 pain level. And I know it's because Emmy is knowledgeable about what she is doing and sure of herself which also helped me relax. When I first came in the door ( I almost went past the 9 minute mark) the front desk was helping someone else and she was warm and inviting which is a great first impression to make for new and existing customers. Also there are aftercare services that they offered (paid of course) but they didn't pressure me to buy anything. Additionally, they sent home samples of different products to try. All in all a great experience - I already booked my next appointment ! Will definitely tell my friend to check it out God bless them!
