Priscilla is drop dead the BEST. I've gone to several lash artists and no one can ever get my eyes…read moreright except her. Every single lash is laid with elegance. I get soooo much compliments about my lashes when I go to her. From the Sephora workers to even straight men at the apple store. I went with Hybrid lashes for half a year and switched over to Classics the other half. I honestly love both. These lashes are minks so it's darker and it adds a bit of "pop" to your eyes. They also don't weigh down your lashes so that just means the lashes aren't thick and heavy. Til this day my lashes are still long, healthy and strong Other lash artists typically just lay you down, start putting the lashes on right away, and once you're done they give you a brush then send you on your way. But not Ms. Prissy. She starts her process off with a "lash bath", where she cleans the lashes of any makeup residue & other dirty particles. Once the lashes are clean and dry, she puts a primer on (it basically sucks all the oils out of your lashes to help with retention, which helps the lashes to hang on longer), then she starts working on the lashes, and once you're done she puts a bonding glue on top which helps seal everything together. Once your eyes are open & ready to go she gives you a brush and ALWAYS tell you "make sure 48 hours" meaning DO NOT WET YOUR LASHES FOR 48 HOURS. If you need to wash your hair, wash your hair before coming to your appointment is my suggestion. These steps right here ladies & gentlemen is literally what I look for in every lash artist that I go to. Not only is her work of art is amazing, but it shows that she cares about sanitization, the extra steps into making your eyes look beautiful and stay on longer. I'd like to add that she's very light handed & neat but she does go to town & get it done perfectly. Every time I open my eyes I am never disappointed by her work. I can literally open my eyes and not look in the mirror and be filled with joy when I see them in my car. My lashes usually last about 3-4 weeks til I need a refill. For a girl who touches her eyes & scratches it a lot, that's a pretty long time if you ask me!

I should have given them a 5 star sooner. The receptionist is always very sweet. Unfortunately, i was there when Erica A (customer below) was there and it was infuriating to hear her mistreat the workers there. I get Classic lashes, i know what Classic looks like -this customer walked out with a very full Glamour set but refused to pay that price. In fact, she even stated she didn't HAVE the 130 to pay for the Glamour lashes and all she had was $85. Then stated she would be back at 6pm so they could fill them in more - but refused to pay any additional charge. This woman's sense of entitlement was ridiculous. This place has the right to refuse service. Not surprised she gave them a 1 star. You cant go around not paying people for their time and service. Even after they waived her $30 lash removal fee. Any ways, This place is legit and they have a cute little set up. I ALWAYS fall asleep during the process, really nice. Get tons of compliments on my lashes.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years at glamour Lashes By Hannah. Hannah does my eyelash…read moreextensions. I have gotten pink eye from her establishment twice. Why I went back, I question every day. She doesn't change the sheets between clients, she offers a blanket every time that I know is not washed between clients, so I decline. She doesn't leave her chair when she calls her next client into her station. I'm not sure how she has time to sterilize her equipment; therefore, I don't think she does. This last time I went to her, I got a horrible infection that resulted in my eyelashes falling out. I have no eye eyelashes! The pain was unbelievable, so much so that I almost went to the emergency room. I couldn't sleep, my eyes were red and felt like they were bulging out of my head! I went to my eye doctor twice and thank goodness my eyes are okay and I'm grateful for that. However, I have no eyelashes! I questioned her in the past about the eye infections I've had and questioned her about her sterilization procedures. In her broken English, she told me she does sterilize between clients. I do not believe that she sterilizes her tools. I've have two friends who have also gotten eye infections from her. One day as I was waiting for my appointment, a lady was checking out and questioning the receptionist as to why her eyes have been so itchy and red the last time she got her eyelash extensions. That should've been my clue, amongst others, to not return. When I go to my nail salon, they open a package of tools that have been through a sterilization process. Hannah's business does not do that! Shame on me for returning and I learned my lesson the hard way. She did return my money, including my tip and offered me free eyelash extensions when my eyelashes grow back, really? I will never get eyelash extensions again. I'm grateful that my eyes were not permanently damaged. My eyelashes will grow back, but I will never get eyelash extensions again. Please be aware that it appears that Hannah is violating health codes. I have notified the health department. She could truly damage someone's eyes permanently! It's just not worth the risk. Hopefully she will get a violation and get her act together by changing the sheets between clients, bringing a new blanket in each time a client walks into her station and properly sterilizes her tools with the proper sterilization equipment. This is a disaster waiting to happen... I was lucky there was only my eye eyelashes and my eyesight was not damaged. Hannah, I've seen that you have responded to others who have given you a low rating. Don't you dare respond to this one with any excuses. Hopefully the health department will be knocking on your door any day now. I would suggest that you get your act together and sterilize your equipment and change the sheets! That's disgusting!

I recently had my eyebrows done and am now having immediate removal due to deep dissatisfaction…read morewith the final shape and overall result. Despite clearly communicating my concerns right away, it became evident that there was no confident or knowledgeable response regarding an emergency saline removal. The primary guidance offered was simply to "allow healing" with assurances that the shape would somehow correct itself over time, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience reinforced a very important lesson: always do your research and arrive fully prepared with visual references of exactly what you want. A strong recommendation for anyone considering cosmetic tattooing or brow procedures is to ask to see the work as it is being performed. Lying through the process without a mirror or active visibility leaves too much room for misalignment, especially when waivers limit recourse. Quality and technique matter immensely for something so prominent and long-lasting on your face. Thoroughly research licensed, certified professionals, review their portfolios carefully, and clearly show your desired brow shape beforehand. This is your face at the end of the day. Approach the decision with the same seriousness.
