Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I found Stephanie's Facebook page and followed her for many months. I appreciated her style and noticed that she was skilled in many different styles of creating eyebrows but also noticed her ability to do blonde brows and keeping them natural. I scheduled an appointment and was pleased to meet Stephanie. She is very personable and professional. She took time to understand what I was wanting to achieve and then to select the correct color. She then drew in the shape and style of brow that we had agreed on. After my approval we began the microblading procedure in a clean and professional setting. She used numbing agents to keep me comfortable and explained everything step by step. She also gave me a mirror to use and showed me her work as we progressed.
