Hello this is "Cassandra" It is now been 48 hours so you can wash your lashes and if you have a blow dryer, extend your arm and dry them. She went ahead and asked me if I do lashes when she realized that I was a customer. P.S. so professional she does not do them but had no idea that I do. So rude, then she wanted to tell me that the reason my lashes did not adhere properly was because I haven't been getting them done regularly. The most inappropriate question she asked me was if I was a lash artist. ( when she is not one) I guess being a customer is not good enough anymore maybe you gotta bring your resume. ... hmmmm. The whole experience was really bad, especially the fact that she was listening to some sort of social media on loud blast through the entire experience at the front desk. So it was for sure not the spa feel I was looking for. Luckily I got a peppermint out of it. PS If they don't offer you a lash bath ( which is standard ) in her words it is because a " lash bath is an extra service" that's why I never got one.
