I was recommended this place by my favorite tattoo artist, so I went. I booked through the text and paid the $50 deposit and then read through the other yelp reviews. I was a little nervous because most of them were negative but I decided to go through with it. The person who booked me over text specifically clarified and told me many times the exact date and day, and told come in at 10am. I live an hour away and drove down and got there at 10am only to find out the place wasn't open yet. I tried calling the numbers or texting but I got no replies. So I had to go to stores around the area to kill an hour and then came back at 11. The lady said they made a mistake and thought I was coming in tomorrow instead of today even though I was told many times it was this day and time. They said they could fit me in today but had another client to take care of first so I had to go and kill another hour and a half before coming back. That whole thing was definitely unprofessional but when I got back and during the whole tattoo process, she was actually super sweet and nice and everyone was kind and very hospitable. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted and it's so perfect. She went through the time to help me choose the right font, place, and size. She is a very talented tattoo artist. The only other thing is I was quoted $120-$180 over text but I was told the price would be $230, with deposit paid, $180. Definitely pretty pricey for just a 1-2 inch bible verse. I am very happy with the tattoo and I will probably come back. Zoey was super great at her job and they did apologize for the whole timing thing over text. They look like a back alley type of shop. horrible attitude. they looked upset. paid $50 deposit and they wanted $150 more than the quote she ( Chelsea ) quoted me on instagram. she was 30 mints late to even talk to us. Review is for my poor experience with Zoey (IG: zoeymuivu_tattoo) First off, lesson learned: always check the reviews! Other folks weren't kidding about their not so great experiences. I was eyeing Zoey's IG work and decided to get some lettering done. Showed up on time, I interacted with what I initially assumed was the receptionist, who began asking me questions about the tattoo. It became evident, based on her questions, that no prep work had been done. There was no font selection or effort put into narrowing down choices ahead of time--a stark contrast to my past experiences where artists or their teams provided guidance or options before the appointment in exchange for a deposit. More than happy to pick out an exact font but communicate that. Anyway, the "receptionist" was clearly not in the mood. We just weren't vibing. Confirmed the vibes with my fiancee who was with me. Then, thinking maybe I'd get better energy from the actual artist, I asked to chat with Zoey. Turns out, I'd been talking to Zoey the whole time, not the receptionist! Long story short, vibes were off, and energy levels were subpar. Decided to gracefully bow out and say goodbye to my deposit. My friend and I were in town for vacation and wanted to get tattoos together. We looked around Instagram and loved Zoey's fine line work and booked appointments. I will say the outcome of my tattoo was good, hence the two stars. However, there is more than that needed to give a decent experience. When we entered we weren't greeted at all, just told to show the text proving we had an apt. I did and the woman said "what do you want". I said oh I have a few pictures for reference but was hoping to talk to the artist and get their input on the final design. She said "that's fine, but what do you want". So I showed her the picture and she did a mock up on the computer. I asked again if I'd be able to talk to the artist to get her input (as we were here because we really liked her work) and she said "yea I'm your artist". I had no idea, as the sign in the reception area said the receptionist checks you in and gets your design and then brings you back to the tattoo and she hadn't said anything to us when we came in. So I asked for her input and she pretty much didn't say anything. She made the minor change I asked for (two waves instead of one) and said nothing else. I picked the size and eventually went back for the tattoo. When looking at the placement, I initially had it placed where I thought I'd want it and she put the stencil on. However, I then noticed the design was crooked. I told her this and even used my finger to show her that it veered off and wasn't straight. She said no, it was the placement. I really didn't think so, but I tried a few other places and continually it was crooked. I kept saying this and she said no it wasn't. So with the help of my friend, I changed the placement entirely to try and help it look better. Yes- this took time (maybe 10 mins) and she pretty much just stared at me the whole time and didn't offer any help or try and make it better. I felt super awkward and uncomfortable and kept apologizing (even though this is a permanent mark on my body and I should be able to ensure it won't look crooked) and she just said "it's fine". She completed the tattoo without saying another word to me. After, she didn't put any cooling gel or anything on it. I waited while my friend got her tattoo for about the next 30-40 mins. She then directed us to where to take a picture where she then put on some cooling gel, but I quickly realized it was just for her picture and then she roughly wiped it off with a completely dry paper towel on both of our freshly tatoooed skin. She did then put a wrap on it. Oh- and for a 2 inch tattoo, 10-15 minutes of tattoo time, and horrible treatment the cost was $180. Again, I will give credit where credit is due and it does look nice and we got the fine line work that we wanted, but that is horribly over priced. We aren't from this area, but even if we were we would never, ever come back or recommend. If someone is paying you for a service, especially something like a tattoo that is permanent, you need to treat them with at least an ounce of kindness. I am not new to getting tattoos, this is my 5th. I have never experienced such awful treatment. Lesson learned. read more

I went for a tattoo with my best friends. Although the pricing was a tad high the service and communication with Artist Sky was great. The tattoo was painless and she made sure I was comfortable and it was exactly what I wanted before beginning. She checked in as she was tattooing to make sure I was okay. I'd like to start off by saying that I do not live for and thrive off writing negative reviews, but I definitely feel like all customers should be made aware of the deception that I experienced with this business. As seen in the screenshot, I was informed of the estimated price, confirmed of the choice in red ink and was provided the Instagram handle of my artist, @dragontraan. Scheduling the session was a seamless process, and I was more than thrilled to be taken care of by such an organized business. Upon my arrival, I was casually acknowledged, which was perfectly fine by me. The receptionist proceeded to ask for my appointment time and to show and send her the photo of my desired tattoo design for her to print in various sizes for me to choose from. After deciding on a size, I asked her if it was possible to change up small details of the design (the nose) to make it appear more like my face (if it's going to be on my body forever, I didn't think it was too dumb to prefer it resemble myself to a certain degree), and then she reacted with a nasty face. Mind you, it was only a question of whether it was possible; I did not demand anything. At that point, I was already feeling patronized and uneasy but tried to overlook it anyway. She said something along the lines of: "ok, but you're going to have to use this red pen and show us where you want to make the changes, and the artist will come discuss it with you." Done. The artist walks up to me with my draft in his hand to have less of what can be considered a discussion and more of what I call belittling. He asked me if I was really sure about making that change because in his opinion, it looks weird. I further explained that the intention was for it to slightly resemble my nose, and he then said something like, "if you want it to look like you but have a black girl's lips then it's not gonna look good". (Please refer to photo 3 attached) 1. He could have simply said he personally did not think it would turn out well with my changes and recommended to keep the original design. 2. I don't know what he meant by "black girl's lips" in his reference to the lips in the design. That's just a distasteful comment. I was completely taken aback by his extremely rude tone and unprofessionalism, but responded by telling him that I trusted his judgment and will go ahead with keeping the original design. As I finally seat myself at his station, I confirmed with him that my tattoo will be in red ink - he seemed surprised and in a snippy tone (he was like this the whole time) asked if I told the receptionist and just said ok. The whole time, I contemplated giving up my $50 deposit to take my business elsewhere as he passive aggressively prepared me for the procedure. Again, he expressed deeper annoyance as I asked a few more questions. Given the negative vibes I'd been getting from the receptionist and artist, I thought it might be a good idea to ask if he was @dragontraan as a way to try to make small talk and lighten the mood. He bluntly replied, "no." I was shocked. I asked what his name was and he said, "Bong". I asked, "is @dragontraan here?" He said, "yes. We do the same style" I was trying to process everything and then asked to see his Instagram. He showed me (@tonyvu.tatt) and his style of tattoos did seem to be similar to @dragontraan, and I just didn't want to cause anymore trouble so moved forward with procedure. We finished. I paid and everything, and I was puzzled as to why he did not provide me with aftercare instructions, so I had to go out of my way to request him for it. He ran to the back to hand me a small tube of petroleum jelly and pointed at the instructions sign taped on the front countertop for me to take a picture of. TLDR: I like my tattoo, but the service was extremely unpleasant based off of the two employees I had encountered (can't speak for the other employees). I was patronized and was lied to about who my tattoo artist would be. I was told my artist was going to be @dragontraan, when in reality, I was assigned "Bong" or @tonyvu.tatt, who was just outright rude. I DO NOT recommend this business, as they were dishonest and/or did not communicate with each other because it seemed like there were a lot of surprises at the time of my appointment. I also DO NOT recommend Bong. He was condescending and made me feel so little. Please do with this information what you will. Neck and wings do not connect and there is a dot of red ink that show that the guy had no idea what he was doing. I don't usually leave reviews but for this one I had to. DO NOT come here, not with ZOEY anyway. I set an appointment for my mom, I DM Zoey a picture and asked if she could do something similar to it this and how much it would cost. She told me the cost and I said okay let's book it. I sent her the $100 deposit. On the day of the appointment my mom went, but they had no idea who she was or what she wanted. So my mom showed her the picture and zoey said oh I can not do that, it's not going to look right. My mom was like oh well if that's the case then she wouldn't want to do it and asked if she could get her deposit back. And she said no you can not that's what deposits are for. She also was being very rude and said in Vietnamese you think your $50 is a lot? First of all we sent $100 and yes that's a lot of someone's hard earned money you trying to scam her for. She said tattoos on the hand always fade she should know that. Um no she doesn't have to know that, that is her job to communicate with client about all of this before making someone put down a deposit. She then told my mom if she doesn't want to lose the deposit that she can do it but it'll only be 80% and most likely will come out blurry. My mom overheard her tell her co workers that "why did she choose the red ink for the red ink is cheap". The picture I sent was a hand and red ink. If she knew she couldn't do it she should have said it right away! Anyway she is very unprofessional, and this isn't the first or last time she will do this, so I'd stay away. read more

I have 2 tattoos by Sky and I am completely thrilled with both. Both times she was really responsive and collaborative in our messages, and was upfront about cost range. Both appointments I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and spent less than 10 mins waiting to go back to her station. They have snacks and water if you get light headed, and even brought a fan out when my friend got over heated. They had a Friday the 13th special for tattoos from $40 and up. I was there for almost 4 hours and didn't see them give anyone a Friday the 13th special. They were charging people full price for their tattoos. I got two small (dime sized) tattoos for $140 and the dudes line work wasn't worth $140. Amazing experience at Houston Tattoo and Brows Studio! The artist we had was very sweet and thorough with the tattoo experience. The whole studio and all tattoo stations were super clean, well maintained, and all prepped which we loved to see compared to most tattoo studios. We showed a reference photo for the Berserk Symbol and Chelsea did an amazing job! She took her time and the outline and overall tattoo came out clean without any blowouts! She also made sure to give us aftercare instructions and informed us about everything (including price) before and after the tattoo. We will definitely be returning soon to this studio for more work! I went for a tattoo, which I looked for over 7 years, finally I found what I liked, I contacted via instagram, they gave me a price range by text, asked for a deposit, and gave me the appointment, when I got there, the receptionist told me to send him a picture of the tattoo I chose, and I did, he printed out and after Zoey finish my tatttoo it was a whole different tattoo, you can see the pictures i am attaching, they told me to come back in two weeks and they would fix it after this one healed, when I call them back after the two weeks this was their response, you can see the pictures of the texts with Zoey It's your body it's your choice, but stay away from this place, after they charge you they don't respect you as a customer, next time i will look for reviews before taking a decision, for me now is late I feel robbed and abused, this was my back not hers, why she did something I did not choose read more

I came in Friday the 13th for some tattoos. I got this tattoo, and even after like a month or two it started fading and now looks old. I messaged their instagram and they told me to come in and they would fix it for free. I came in, and I guess the lady that is in charge of everything came in and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was told I could come in to get it fixed and as soon as I said I got it done on Friday the 13th, she yelled at me and told me I had to pay to get it fixed. She walked away from me and basically told me to fuck off. She kept saying "sorry but you have to pay!" In this completely condescending way. She wouldn't even look at the tattoo to see if it was messed up and kept saying "No, it's not messed up!". I simply told her "fuck you" and walked off. I have never been treated so poorly by someone, and I don't like leaving bad reviews either, but I'm literally shook at how poorly I was treated for no reason. Terrible customer service/ Very unprofessional I wanted to get my cover-up done by Mui Vu. Followed her work online for years now and I think it's amazing Thursday: I went into the shop where a woman very plainly advised me to text the number for a consultation & appointment. Friday: I text my request with photos of my current tattoo and the coverup idea Saturday: I got an initial response wanting to know the date with the question, any artist right? My reply; no with Mui Vu. The Texter from the company then said she won't be available until June & advise their is someone else that can tattoo me, however he does not have his own Instagram page so I can see his work I requested photos. I did receive the photos and after viewing them and decided to wait for Mui Vu Tuesday: I messaged the text & advised I want to wait for Mui Vu & to schedule me for the her very next available appointment. No reply Wednesday: I replied with can you give me a date? (again I don't mind waiting for her work) After no reply; later that evening I relied again with a request for my deposit back if I can't book with the artist I want. My deposit was swiftly returned to my cash app Still scratching my head trying to figure out what's going on why would it take three days for me to schedule an appointment with an artist when I'm telling you I'm willing to wait until June or July or later I would just like an appointment on the books. It's just plain rude to be treated poorly by someone who admires the work of an artist and/or company. read more

I went and got my left hand tattooed by Zoey a few months ago and set up the appointment via their instagram and sending a deposit to secure my appointment. They can not do any tattoos that are original (meaning you have to basically draw & give them the exact idea yourself by sending them photos and everting via their instagram) even when you show up to the appointment. Zoey was 30 minutes late but did a decent job. I booked another appointment for the next week to my right hand and wrist. Again Zoey showed up late and I had to give the exact photos and my idea via their Instagram. Zoey is not very talkative and not a great communicator. My wrist tattoo came out faded and some of my tattoo on my hand needed to be touched up when it healed so I again reached to Zoey and the shop on Instagram a few weeks later but they ignored me. I could see they read my messages to book another appointment but as I kept asking to setup another appointment with the shop and Zoey they never responded but saw every time they read my message. I then tried from another Instagram account and they immediately wrote back asking me to send them what I wanted. I sent them the same photos of what I wanted fixed and they ignored me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS SHOP IS SUBPAR AT BEST!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS SHOP!! Friday the 13th special was supposed to be $40 and up (based on size and placement). Many of us paid well over $100 for the tattoos (very simple ones at that). Mine did not come out at all like the stencil that they printed out. The eyes were (and still are) dots. I returned a week after to get his face fixed but again did not love the result of the "fixture" in which they charged an additional $50 for. YAZZZZ hon-tey!!! I had my eyebrows tattooed here this past weekend. I have stalked the facebook page for this place for over one year after having my brows done elsewhere years ago and not being very happy over time. I went for a consult and had them done about 3 weeks later at this spot. I was impressed at the consult at the fact the artist noted differences between the sides of my face that most people overlook. I also liked the measurements and information she gave me about how the placement has to be done. The last place free-handed the outline and I actually ended up doing it myself because I didn't like what they did. The process itself was cool - about 2.5 hours total (only because my outlining process took a bit). The technique is amazing - I had mircoblading and fill combined. LOVE the results and the pain.... well - it's a tattoo....on your face. It's gonna hurt some! LOL But overall it was a great experience - I might get some additional work done here. This place was fantastic! I wanted a mix of two pictures for my grace/waves/cross tattoo and I wanted it in the thinnest line possible. Kelsey did an AMAZING job! Unfortunately I'll have to look for another tattoo artist. Please let me start off with saying l hate conflict and try to avoid it at all costs. I have gone multiple times and even make the 1 hr 30 min commute because l felt like it was worth it, but they changed & were dishonest and even had the audacity to speak about me in there own language. The artist NEVER INFORMED me about a touch up fee or l wouldn't of got it because it's to far of a drive. After receiving 3 tattoos one of them faded because she didn't put enough pressure on the needle. I scheduled for a touch up & l was told it was free, but later was instructed for a 20$ "station set up fee" ? Once I get there they tried to tell me that they had to have told me about touch ups and was speaking back and forth with a employee in a foreign language and making faces at me which made me extremely uncomfortable when I was trying to ask if l could get another tattoo on the same day to void a "station set up" fee with my touch up that they messed up on in the 1st place but they said no it's always 20$. I try to be as reasonable as l can and understand we all make mistakes but that's completely unnecessary to penny pitch and accuse me when I'm being honest and respectful. I recently went with a friend to this studio to try to get tattoos from Zoey. We were each asked to cashapp a $50 deposit that would go towards our total for our tattoos prior to even stepping foot into the studio. Once we were there, Zoey and some random man were rushing us and were rude upon "helping us" -watching us- figure out our placements for our tattoos. We tried to ask questions but they shrugged us off. Once we figured out where our tattoos would look best on our own, they quoted us $240-450 for tattoos no bigger than 3-4 inches, one of the designs only being linework. It was absurd!! We kindly asked for our security deposit back after them trying to overcharge us and they declined, claiming they "had been waiting on us all day." Which, by this point, we were STILL 30 mins early to our scheduled appointments. They try to trap people in with their promotions but it's all to cover their terrible service. Horrible place if you're looking to get your first tattoo. They will not help you make creative decisions at all and they will not help you with ideas or input on creative design. I asked for something custom because I'm not an artist and can't design exactly what I want and they legit scanned my idea and didn't customize it at all. The receptionist person that helped me is the one who worked on my design. And by work on my design, I literally mean she scanned it into their computer and said here-- this is considered "custom" work. The artist didn't even sit with me to get my thoughts. I had asked for no shading and the person who designed the tattoo told me I should get very little shading at the bottom of each leaf, which I agreed to. I felt the artist shading a bit too much and tried to make a comment and she legit shut me down and told me not to move because I'd mess up the design. When she was done, I saw that most of the leafs were fully colored in which is not what I wanted, but at that point was too late. I live about an hour away and went back in to get parts added to the tattoo because I wasn't necessarily happy with the way it came out and got to sit with the artist for the first time. She literally pulled up drawings of flowers on Pinterest and told me to tell her how I wanted to fix the tattoo and didn't give me any input or feedback at all. I told her I wanted to add a couple of new branches, flowers and leafs to make it feel more connected, but I guess that wasn't enough feedback for her to draw something for me. At the end, after scrolling Pinterest on their compute for about 10 minutes, I decided not to get the updated at this place and left. The artist literally just sat back the whole time and refused to even give any type of counseling or creative feedback. Very disappointing. If you want something custom and have the exact drawing you want, I'm sure they're great because they'll scan it and be done with it. If you're a person who is getting a tattoo for the first time, isn't an artist or the most creative person, and would like some sort of feedback and creative input, I'd avoid this place at all cost. read more

There was a lot wrong with my experience. First off, the receptionist is hard to get a hold of. It's all over text message and our conversation would span over a week with very little things said. Eventually I got an appointment with Zoey. It was 2 months until an available appointment which was fine with me, her work was really good on her Instagram! Once the appointment came Zoey was definitely not the friendliest artist. She is a human copy machine, and she does great when the image is exactly what you want. I got two tattoos, one that was an exact image (which came out perfect, very happy with it) and the other one needed to be rendered a bit. The rendered one was a specific green bee that is native to my hometown but I wanted it to be flying. I gave her an image of a similar bee flying but emphasized that I wanted it to look like the one from my original picture. She questioned my request "are you sure you want this? It's just a green bug" ??? Um yes. That's what I'm paying for! She was frustrated that I had multiple references and ended up looking through google to find a "better reference" and went completely off of that photo instead. So now my native bee is no longer native. She also gave it tiny little legs that were not anatomically correct at all. I emphasized to the receptionist that I really wanted it to be anatomically correct as well as giving it a water color feel to match my other tattoos but it seems that neither messages were relayed to Zoey. So after she finished I just sort of accepted it and left. I hated it. So a month later it began fading so I scheduled a touch up as well as fixing the legs. Another 2 month wait, then when I arrived she barely looked at me and didn't even speak! She just pointed at her chair and then went to talk to another client. So I reluctantly went to the chair and she would be very short with me. "Sit there. Touch up right?" So she was almost ready to start when I stopped her to make sure she knew I wanted to also fix the legs. This was news to her and she was visibly upset! I showed her an image that better shows the legs flying and she said "you didn't show me this picture. You made it so difficult because you wanted colors from this picture and wings from that picture. I drew them like the picture you showed me" no she didn't. So I told her the legs don't even have to be the same colors! (Which were light, she made them black already) I just want them longer with four segments. Then she just started. And before I knew it, she already DID the legs! Straight to ink! Without even checking if that's how I wanted them or anything. They're slightly better now, but still not what I wanted. So once she finished the touch up she said "there. That's it" so she wrapped it and I left. Not even a bye or thanks for coming or anything. It's weird that she was so frustrated by having to use some artistry and adapt to a clients request. She's a good copy machine, but not pleasant to interact with. At least the shop was clean. Great tattoo artists from what I can see but subpar professionalism with customer service. Here's my experience: This is accurately a copy-and-paste tattoo shop where you come in with a tattoo in mind and they replicate the art for their price. Scheduling was kind of a headache because they seem really eager when they're available or if it's a late notice on your end so if you're someone who can be flexible, that works for them! If you're often busy and have a schedule, good luck finding an appointment because they may take hours, days, or a week to get back to you. I requested butterflies with Zoey because her page seemed dope and she was super helpful and ready to get started so when I got home, I noticed one arm had white ink and the other one didn't and I was just triggered for a moment that it felt uneven/funny in a way. She did say I could come back for any retouches anyway so I sent a text and right away the receptionist (?) got defensive and replied "no it's supposed to be like that, that's the style. it's a good tattoo, don't tell me it looks funny" which I only asked if I could get touched up so I was never aggressive about it. After chasing them for an appointment, they asked me to come at their convenience AGAIN and I was lucky it was my day off. The artist who did me, Zoey, switched up her behavior and I felt like she didn't want to help me when she said I could come back. When we finished, she had said "there, all done. And if you don't like that I guess you just have to scrape it off" which isn't humorous to someone who felt a certain way about having something done permanent onto themselves. I walked in with excitement and tried to be kind the entire time and then walked out in complete disappointment with how they've been treating me when I was patient. Overall, this is a complete business and their opinion will be far more important than the person getting the tattoo. I don't imagine myself coming back only because I'm honestly too scared to get myself into another mess for their biased pricing and the hostility from some of the staff. Hopefully no one gets into the trouble that I did for my copycat tattoos. 2 stars - I'm grateful for my tattoos, it was the work I had to put out to get what I hoped for. read more

I'm giving two stars because the actual tattoo looks good for now. I set up an appointment for my mother, brother, and I all to get matching tattoos. I sent the pictures of what we want, sizing, and possible locations. I'm told they charge per piece and not by hour and that for our tattoo it would be from $240-290. I thought this was a little high but I knew from looking at their IG pictures most their line work is really good. The day of we get there and no one introduces themselves, I'm pretty sure my artist was Zoey but I have no clue. We changed the design up slightly and decided my brother would get his literally millimeters bigger. We were told it was $320 for my mother and I and $350 for my brother. When I said that's not what I was told in our messages which I still had I was told the new tattoo size and detail is the reason why. The original design had more details!!! She said doing multiple Roman numerals was easier then two numbers. And even when I showed a side by side of the size which matched the pictures she walked off. The only reason we went through with it instead of walking out and not even caring about my deposit was because of my mother really looking forward to this and this being a gift to her, she was willing to chip in to make up the difference. I read reviews but I wish I had read some from this website. It is a copy and paste type shop, not hand drawn which would make it more understandable for the price. Everything is done on the computer. The artist and staff were cold and rude. The tattoo looks fine for now, some minor overlapping or lines not being straight, very minor. Im posting the pictures of the conversation, the original photos, and the tattoo itself. If you don't mind spending money then go here but I would research different places, you can get better work and experiences for the same or less money read more

I went here for the first time to get a basic tattoo and although the service was quick and the people were nice, it's definitely pricey. The total value for my tattoo was $160 and it was fairly simple ( a finger tattoo that's around 2 inches). My initial quote was around $100 - 120 (and I was totally ok with that) but I decided to make a small adjustment to my piece later on (wanted to change a dot to a heart) and that resulted in an additional $40 (I was informed about it on the spot rather than before, despite sending in the design adjustment beforehand) Idk, I've had work done before and this was easily the simplest but most unreasonably expensive piece I have . I was looking for recommendations on Facebook and someone suggested a particular tattoo artist who recommended me to go to Tony. Tony was polite and patient and gave me exactly what I wanted. Their work is fantastic, no doubt, but their way of charging patrons is shady. Twice now they've asked me for more than the price we agreed upon when making the appointment and most recently after I'd already gotten the tattoo they told me I had to pay half the cost in cash. That would've been fine if they'd told me beforehand or given me a real reason for why I needed to pay that way. I don't carry cash on me so to have to stop everything to find an atm at the last second was annoying. As well as they don't change gloves as often as they should and don't wrap your tattoos after they're done which is incredibly unsafe for an open wound. Great work but their shady up charging and unsanitary environment is why I'm not coming back. read more
