Got my septum pierced with Maggie, she was very nice and she went over everything that needed to be gone over like cleaning and for me how to hide my jewelry which didn't work so surprise hubby lmao. It's okay though. I would use her again for a piercing. I drove 20 minutes to this place and everyone in the place was really nice. They don't provide saline so go get your own lmao and don't forget the antibacterial soap. Really I already had this at home so no big deal. Love my piercing and yes it hurt but will get breathing things she made me do she snuck right in there and had it done. I made an appointment to get my 20 year old tattoo covered up and hide a couple of keloid scars. I drove in and talked with Austin who had some experience working with Hispanic/Black skin. He estimated that it would be a 3-3.5 hour tattoo that he could easily accomplish. He didn't disappoint! He used one of their rose stock images but my flying rose petals were free hand designed! They look so realistic and each one is different. Austin was easy to talk to as were the other Rose and Dagger folks. However, I was in pain. I didn't spend much time in conversation or listening to music selections. Lol! I enjoyed my experience--minus the pain. I would ABSOLUTELY return--if/when I forget the pain. We were out on a Saturday night and I wanted to get a piercing! We were on 1960 and calling places in the area to see if they were busy, accepting walk ins. It was 9:45pm on a Saturday and most places we tried were closed or full and not accepting any walkins. We called rose and dagger and the lady who answered said for piercings just to arrive by 10pm. We showed up about 9:55pm and we're immediately greeted by a friendly woman! I wanted to get my boobs pierced and she said not a problem just need to look at them first. She took a look and unfortunately they do not stick out far enough to get pierced. If she were to piece them, the piecing would end up ripping my nipple and be extremely painful! I was bummed but glad she was honest with me! She asked me if there was anything else I liked to get done since I was there and I always wanted my helix pierced. We picked out the jewelry and was done very quickly after explaining the after care! She thanked us for coming in and explained she was also the manager. I picked my jewelry and when we were back there an apprentice did the exchange for me. She said she couldn't get it to click so she asked her teacher to help her. They broke two jewelry and pinched me the whole time. I left with nipple rings that didn't fit my size and we're not to my liking cause they couldn't do a simple piercing exchange.
