When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.

I get that -they booked you a spot that's money lost for the employee. My weekend and that morning specifically- God forbid you miss their call and text because of having a life- Thanks for nothing guys- and of course do it at the end of the month when i have already paid for the following. so they get to double dip-for doing nothing. $210 for having a single set done- beware-and for goodness sakes-be ready to arrange your life around your lashes.

I have been to many lash bars/businesses since moving here to Houston four years ago, and I have really struggled to find someone who cares enough to assure my lashes are on point & natural looking. I'm half Chinese so I have very thin & straight lashes, so in the past I have had lashes turn and simply fall off in clumps. Not Linh's lashes...She uses enough glue to have them last, but not too much where you can visibly see or feel the glue when washing. She communicates through text, which I find convenient. She stays quite busy, but if I need to reschedule, I will suggest date & time, and she will either confirm or give suggestion of next available day and time. She follows up with a confirmation text and reminder texts. She truly is gifted and I'm in love with her work, as anybody would if you book with her. She performed the fastest set of lashes that I've ever gotten. It took her maybe an hour & a half to complete the whole set. I have a lot of lashes so I was fearful that she had done a partial job, but no, my lashes are absolutely beautiful & full. They use the lightest lashes that I've ever worn, & I literally forget that I have lashes on. She didn't use too much glue either, so I don't "feel" my lashes. Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I'm so happy with my lashes and for the price I paid! I will continue to come to Mia as well as highly recommend her to my family and friends!
