Please stay away from the male tech. He cut me MULTIPLE times and did not apologize or take accountability ONCE. I have never been cut so many times getting acrylic nails my whole life. His attitude was HORRIBLE, huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes during the set. I asked him to fix a nail and his immediate response was "no I can't do that." I only asked him to make a line thicker so it could match my other nails, he then fixed it. The cut on my middle finger on my right hand still burns 3 DAYS LATER! I guess it was that DEEP. Rude and unprofessional!! there are so many other places you should get your nails done don't go here . After being frequent customers here, me and my sister were told that it was only a 15 minute wait. The lady had started on my pedicure meanwhile no one paid any attention to my sister. She sat there the whole time I was getting my pedicure, waiting to be taken care of. Meanwhile, people that came after us were getting started on their nails, so I just don't understand why other workers that were already finished didn't get started on my sister's pedicure when she was the one who got there first? Obviously, after seeing this, my sister no longer wanted to get her pedicure. Once we told the lady that she no longer wanted her pedicure, they started talking to each other in another language. Personally, as someone who works in hospitality, you should never make the customer feel uncomfortable or unimportant and that's exactly how these people made my sister feel. I get my nails, mani, pedi & lash extensions with Annie but I've never had any issues with the rest of the techs they do nice work as well and try their best to satisfy the client. I went to Eva Nails one weekend because I was in desperate need to get my nails done for a party in such short notice. They were able to do my nails and they did a good job. 3 weeks later (yesterday ) I returned with no broken nails and wanted a new set. My old set was removed and I got a new set. She gave me shellac on my toes and i asked her not to and she gave me attitude about it. 99% of them didn't speak English. I watched another lady, apply fake lashes to a highschool girl, and she did such a sloppy job. She did not even lay her down, or protect her lower lashes. Just yesterday I went in with my mother to get a shellac pedi and mani. The whole appointment went fine until the end when the lady decided to give my mother a massage due to her being seated for so long. My mother was fine with it and the next morning, she woke up with a bruised back. The massage was so rough that she currently has black and purple bruises going from her neck down to her waist. I do not recommend any single employee to be touching a customer because of how rough of a massage my mother got. read more
