A very unexpected hidden gem! They are located across from the former auto shop that I frequented. While waiting for my car, I walked over and thought that I would try them out. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away and seated. The lady was very patient as I wanted to ensure they sanitize the tools and she took steps to show me how they do the process. I watched as several regular customers came in and they were all greeted and you could tell they have known them for a long time. The place is clean and neat. I am happy with the results and the paint lasted a long time. They are a bit far as they are in downtown Katy. I will go back when I am in the area! read more

Vibe was relaxing, the service was great, their very sweet and attentive. The spot was clean and organized and not too busy.

First time here just moved to the area. I was excited to go to a new place. Well for starters I sat down on the chair no pedi options were given. I was given a basic pedicure and none of my actual needs from a pedicure were taken care Of. My feet and legs were left ashy. not sure how u leave someone ashy. My feet were just scrubbed with a scrubber and that's it. The lady did apologized for not giving the options even tho we discussed it being my first time. She offered more options once my nail polish was applied. Obviously you can't go back to fix anything if your toes are drying. Yes I was playing on phone watching a movie that why I noticed late. Pretty bummed about the experience. I was looking for a good spot. I guess this ain't it. read more

Went on a Monday around 4:40pm and was told I couldn't be helped bc a customer had an appointment at 5! Won't return and do not recommend. There were also about two to three employees who were idle when I entered which didn't make sense to me. Go somewhere else unless you want to have to beg to spend your hard earned money. They are committed to the clientele they already have and not to making new relationships with new customers. Not begging anybody to pay for a service!! read more

I hate to do this since the owners were nice enough, but I ended up with a nail infection after getting a shellac manicure here. Had to get my finger drained at urgent care due to paronychia (Google it, I'll spare you actual pictures of my finger). Nail bed felt sore after my manicure and turned into a full on infection the next day. Please make sure you check sanitation practices for your next nail appointment! read more

Ryan has given me a reason to go back and sit in the chair across from him plenty of times!! For the last 6 months I've gotten a overlay refill with gel polish. My overlay is thin as it should be and the gel color is always flawless! He sure does take his time to perfect his work and I wouldn't want it any other way!! Horrible Place! They lady was really annoyed that she had to give me a pedicure and she kept cutting my nails so harshly until she cut me. It was bleeding a lot and she wanted to touch me without gloves. Completely inappropriate I told her to put some gloves on. The pedicure is not a real pedicure at all you feed will look exactly same as before! I guess that don't charge extra to cuts in your toes!! I am so disappointed! Very unprofessional staff and they started arguing with me. Thanks for cutting my feet don't even feel better!!! Ughhhh not paying for this horrible service! read more

They always pay careful attention to my nails and make them look AMAZING. I love them so much! I've been going here for years and am always thrilled with how my nails look. The satisfaction level is through the roof. Any negative reviews being posted are likely from some negative, unhappy people. I've never had any issues, nor have any of the 10 people I have recommended to Amy's who now regularly go here. They are all about making their customers happy--and if you're not happy, it's your problem, because you wouldn't let them come up with a solution. They go out of their way to help their clients. I have been going to this Salon since they opened. They are amazing and I don't have to go back every two weeks, my nails last much longer than that. The place is clean and extremely sanitary, the customer service is amazing. The chick on 7/11/15 that gave a horrible review came in with an attitude and kept that the entire time she was there. They bent over backwards for her to try and make everything right but she refused the fixes. Not their fault that she had to put her shoes on while the polish was wet. You do that it will smudge. She needs to never come back I would recommend this salon to anyone and I have and they are all extremely happy clients who continue to go back read more

Worst place to go and get nails done! After 6 day of my daughter having here nails done by them they started lifting up everywhere on the nail bed. I went by to talk to them about the nails and they said that happens when your nails grow out. It had only been 6 days :/ She usually goes some where else to have her nail done and has never had that problem before. So I recommend not going there if you want acrylic nails to last more than a week. read more
