I really thought I liked this place until I started noticing how unsanitary they are. I had to ask the lady to use different utensils before using on me and honestly I shouldn't have to do that. All of my nails broke off the same week I got them done, the polish was sloppy as hell and they have terrible customer service when you tell them you don't want your nails a certain way. I then went to get a few of my nails fixed (since they were unwilling to fix them for free) by another nail salon and just take a look at the difference in my nail shape and the healthiness under my nail. I mean this place is disgusting and I hope they get audited- they would be in big trouble. If I could give them a -10 I definitely would. They only care about taking your money, not the service or the healthiness of your nails! **Update**BEWARE OF THIS UNSANITARY SALON After 3 weeks of soaking the nails off my real nails are SO damaged! I have had acrylic before and my nails have never been this damaged. Review the pics please. I am so embarrased to walk around like this but I refuse to keep getting them done when these nail salons are mediocre and barely know how to take care of your natural nail before applying the acrylic. Do not get your eyebrows done here! Not only did they make my huge bushy eyebrows two thin lines but one is a curved and one is flat on top. They made them so thin that they can't be fixed. They even left loose hairs on the outer end of one side that I had to clip more myself and draw over it with an eyebrow pencil. I'm so angry with that woman. read more

I've been coming here for years! Even before the current owner took over. Tried other places and I've looked around for a nail salon that is closer, but I always end up coming back. Love that they use liners and gloves when doing their job and the whole place in general is kept clean. Only downfall is that they do take a little longer than usual to do your pedicure, but it's a minor setback because my feet look real good afterwards. The ladies are nice and they don't pressure you into getting other services which is also a plus too. read more

Been here few times. The girls are really good. They do very good job with nail designs. Very experience. Affordable too. But every time I go they charge more. Don't know when prices go up. I don't get nothing fancy. But for the quality of their job. I must say it is really worth it. Don't forget that on Friday and Saturday the wait can turn into a nightmare. I consistently asked for my nail repair to be narrow (like the rest of my nails). She kept saying "I'm not done, don't worry". At the end, the nail was still thick and wide which looked nothing like the rest of my nails. Thank God I only needed a repair and not a full set. They don't listen. They constantly cut you off before you finish explaining how you would like your nails to look. I would not recommend. read more

I come here at least 2-3 times a week and the nail techs are always nice. Mainly Jodie and this other young lady does my nails and no matter how indecisive I can be they always make sure I leave happy. The wait has never been over 30 minutes for me. I've had services from pedicure, shellac, shellac with acrylic as well as waxing. read more

Alright I guess I have to be the 1st one to leave a review. The nails techs are so nice. Now that I said that here goes. I went 3xs within the last 2mos. My first time back (in 2yrs) was good but my nails would never dry due to the gel that she used for top coat (which never dried it made my nails mushy). My 2 time I went she stopped & started my nails several times, making this appointment last more than an hour & half. She felt it was more important to cater to the women who were very loud & demanding about their service. I rarely speak loud if I dont have to in public because I like my service to be good. She came back from waxing someone elses eyebrows, to rush through my overlay. My overlay lifted so bad from lack of detail. Again my nails didnt dry even a week later it was soft. 3rd time I went in & said 'Im back eventhough i just left a week ago'. I made sure i let her know. My finger was cut & filed over. (I went back because the shape of my nails were the way I like them). Dont go here I heard the pedi's are good but i dont recommend. Cheap places like this arent worth saving $5 or even $10. I was highly dissatisfied. I got a refill and plain polish. I did not like the quality of acrylic they used. It was thin and watery. They are overpriced $15 for a refill and $7 for a polish change. I usually pay $10 and $5 for these services. To make matters worse It took way too long and the young girl who did my nails seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She put the coats of polish on too thick and the clear top coat was terrible and left bibles and ridges in my polish. I will not go back. What a waste of money read more

I am surprised that this nail salon has such a low rating. Since I moved from DC, this is the only nail salon that I go to. Not only are they courteous, they are talented and as well. I have weird shaped eyebrows, yet every time Jodie waxes them, they look perfect! Also, my nails always come out great and long lasting. I get the dip powder instead of acrylic or gel and I have no issues with chipping. My nails last around 3 weeks, probably longer if I didn't get tired of the color so fast. I would definitely recommend trying this salon out. read more
