RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY to BLACK customers place of business…read more I received a pedicure and the pedicurist performed my pedicure just fine. When it was time to pay I pulled out my card. It was immediately awkward because I was then asked for my ID. I showed my ID matched my card name no problem. The lady attempted to take my ID out of my wallet . I immediately questioned her and said ma'am you can see my name what do you think you're doing ? She responded with ppl like you often after their services call and cancel the transactions. I respectfully told her that's not my problem I'm trying to pay you see my ID but I draw the line at her thinking I'm ok with her writing down my personal info on her little note pad for a $42 service ! She started yelling getting loud. She demanded I pay with Apple Pay or cash ! I told her no ! I'm not paying with anything but this card I pointed out that her sign states to show an ID only not that they are going to write DL # and details from it . What mail shop does that ?! The racist part is that no one else prior to me who checked out was asked this only me! I stood my ground and also suggested she contact law enforcement and to tell them she thinks layer I'll cancel my transaction and that she's refusing my payment. Of course she refused because she knows it's discriminating to assume my ppl of color do this ! She even showed me a prior customers stapled receipt that canceled. I again told her that is not my problem. She eventually took my payment after yelling at me !! I also saw her attempting to write down my entire card number details ! I have the paper she wrote on once I called her out on it ! DO not go here they are racist against black customers !!!! The problem photo is below of her being caught writing my card number down. Here are my observations that people should know before they have any work done. Their pedicure prices start at $29 where all the places nearby are $25. Then the nail technician insisted on the second option which was $36.00 which I weakly agreed to. There is absolutely no justifiable reason to pay this price when you can get same treatment for $25 at a nearby nail salon; and may add with a friendlier technician! To make matters worse while cutting my cuticles, the technician cut me! Four days later still hurts and still wearing a band-aid! I will never go back to this place!! Even if I am invited to a last-minute event!

Today I got a new nail tech who was absolutely horrible. She ignored my request for no cutting of the cuticles (even after my usual lady let her know), filed my nails AND SKIN so hard it hurt, and ended up clipping my skin too close and leaving nail polish on the side of my nails! The color she applied was not the one I picked but similar enough I just let it go. This experience reminded me why I hate going to get my nails done. When I went to pay I found out she had upcharged me for a hand massage I didn't ask for or want and then an attitude when I asked why the price was different than all my other visits. I regret not requesting my usual nail tech but she was busy with another client. Unfortunately this experience was enough to deter me from returning.

The carpet was filthy as you can see from the photo, which made me question the cleanliness overall. When I got to the chair, it seemed clean with the white furniture, but I'm not very sure. I've seen cleaner places, so I don't think I would be going back.

i'm a natural nail person I grow my nails 1 inch I do not believe in putting things on my nails…read morefiling my nails and drilling my nails recently I cut my nails i stop by there and Tommy did my nails for me I got the acrylic overlay with the tip Tommy applied the acrylic with one brush stroke a very thin layer enough to look natural without filing and drilling he literally did it with one beautiful stroke my nails are gorgeous I have never received so many compliments for fake nails. The hands $20 feet $20... cannot wait for my next appointment... No they dont seem friendly, especially Tommy, but his work is impeccable. I rather have great healthy nails than an OK job done by a yapper (a talker)
