My only GO-TO nail salon. My nails always last. Never had a complaint. They know me and my family. Excellent quality for the price.

Horrible service. My nails look horrible and they over charged. I still left a 20% tip but definitely wasn't pleased and won't come back.

Amy did my nails and she did amazing like always ! I love how they turned out , theyre always good quality and so pretty ! read more

I arrived a couple minutes after they opened and was greeted immediately. I opted for the milk and honey gel pedicure with gel manicure, the massages almost put me to sleep I was soooo relaxed! Everyone was so attentive and insured I was happy with their work throughout the appointment. They were also careful not to buff or drill any part of the nail that was not necessary and to go as light as possible, effectively, which I super duper appreciated! I usually stick to one nail salon on katy as I am only here on vacation for a week, so glad I decided to come in and chose this location! Their menu is super detailed so you know exactly what you are paying, my overall bill was $147 rounded up including tip. The overall experience and environment was super relaxing. Thanks so much! read more

Came here for the first time with my mom. We both had a wonderful experience. She had Micheal for her pedicure and said he did a great job, she looks forward to coming back to him. I had Nancy do my nails and she was amazing, kind and caring. She did a wonderful job on my nails and took her time too!! Ann & Linda did my pedicure and both were great and kind as well. Linda did a great job getting out my in grown toe nails. So excited I finally found my new nail place!! Pricing is also reasonable as well. Definitely recommend coming here! read more

I have been going to this salon for several years, with no complaints. Today, I was given a pedicure by Anna, and it was the most painful pedicure I've ever experienced. She was super-aggressive, both in filing-off my skin, and her so-called calf massage left me yelping in pain. In addition, I was treated by her as a piece of meat, rather than a paying customer. I was not offered anything to drink, and I found this technician to be surly and rude. Another member of staff apologized, when she saw how uncomfortable I was feeling, though there was never any attempt made to improve the service or offer any discount. (I wasn't looking for a discount, but I would have appreciated if it had at least been offered). Poor show, Chic Salon. read more

I have never left a nail salon place so angry. I have been growing out my natural nails for awhile. After getting dip powder (which mind you... they don't even have a lot to choose from) the nails on my left hand are much shorter than the nails on my right hand. I told the technician not to make my nails shorter. She used nail clippers and cut some length off. She said it was to help "create the shape" There is what looks like glitter at the tips of my nails, and I didn't ask for glitter. There is 2 pieces of black debris on my nails. And I asked for almond shape and I got something that IS NOT almond shape. I like to try new nail places even though I have a regular place that I have been going for 2 years. The only reason why I have been going to this place is bc it's closer to my house. But after today, I will NOT be coming back. read more

I came today with my friend to get acrylics, and they were amazing. She did an amazing job with the application and filing. It annoys me when the nail tech doesn't file the extra acrylic under the nail but they made sure to here. I will definitely make this my new regular. Also extremely sanitary and safe during these times!! read more

I have been coming here the past few times to get powder on my nails. The last time I noticed there was a lot of chipping and I had to come in and get nails repaired. Upon this last time there were miscolored areas on my nails and lots of bumps/bubbles. Upon leaving I let the person doing my nails know that I didn't like them but I was told it was the color I picked (never had this issue prior). Upon leaving and seeing the nails in the sunlight I noticed how uneven my nails were and that there were small holes and bumps in my nails. I went to get them fixed the next day and was told the person who did them was not available. I had mentioned I did not want the same person and I was told that no one was able to fix them and I can make an appointment. It's just annoying that you pay so for a service and state that you aren't happy with the final product and still aren't able to get them fixed upon the initial request. read more

Worst pedicure and dipping powder nails ever!! I'm searching for a new nail salon since my pedicurist left the salon I have been goin to for years and I have been in to Chic Nail Lounge for a few basic manicures in a time crunch. On Saturday I decided to try out a deluxe pedicure which was similar to services I received at my other nail salon. Everything felt very rushed, each part of the pedicure was done so fast it was not relaxing at all and the pedicure didn't last more than two days!! The pedicurist roughed up the skin on my foot and toes so bad that it looks and FEELS like I haven't had a pedicure in months. I get dipping powder on my natural nails because it looks natural and is basically fool proof so I thought. The powder was done so uneven and funky that it looks likes bad acrylic job. She tried to blame it on the powder which made no sense. I had to ask her to fix one nail completely (Start to finish) because it was so uneven and spotted that there was no hiding it. She did fix it but was not happy about it and began talking to the other ladies. After having her fix one completely and two semi completely I just decided that it wasn't worth it to continue having her try to file them down and make them less funky. The staff was "basic" nice but not over the top friendly or welcoming with the exception of the lady at the front. As far as services go, do not waste your money. There are nail salons on every corner so no need to settle for one that is sub par. The search for a new place continues! read more

What an amazing experience! In town from Scottsdale, AZ to surprise our BFF came to Chic Nail Lounge for a mani/pedi. Greeted immediately, welcomed and seated in the spa chairs within 5 minutes, even though busy with clients. My Milk and Honey pedi was the best I've have, and I live in the spa Mecca! The ladies were friendly, yet not chatty amongst themselves....very professional! The neck and shoulder massage included was outstanding and lasted at least ten minutes! We spent about here, never feeling like they wanted us to hustle and leave, and it was heaven! The price (although not ridiculous) is VERY worth it!!!! read more

Chic Nail Lounge - Worst manicure ever - Nail Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

This is a NO GO! I did not see any sanitizing machines and I believe nail salons should let us see them take them out of machine. They glued my fingernails to my cuticles then proceeded to file my skin. My nails and fingers hurt even when my sheets touch them and it has been several days. Nails are all different lengths and feel like they will fall off if any pressure is applied. Wanted this place to be awesome bc they are the closest salon to my house. read more

Dropped on here with my two girls because it was too late in the day to drive in to town to my normal salon. The place is beautiful and clean. Very nice decor. Very nice nails ladies. Prices are higher than further in town but the concienance was worth the cost because it is so much closer to home for me in Simonton. I got shellac french manicure and it was well done. Toes well done too. My shellac was $35 and pedi $35 for the classic. I usually upgrade my pedi at my regular place but here the luxury pedi starts at $60! No way Jose. The massage was not deep enough for my toe lady but still enjoyable. They had the princess package for $30 so my youngest got that. It was the basic mani/pedi for children. My oldest got a full set of acrylics for $45. They looked nice (I mean silver sparkle isn't my style but for a teenager... I guess...). So my total was $145 with tip $185. They were super sweet and if I can budget the money we will return but most likely I will return to the place we can afford. read more

I did really like this spot but I went over the weekend for a pedicure and to have my eyebrows and lip waxed. The girl put steaming hot wax all over my face and yanked it off ripping off skin from my face and a chunk out of my eyebrow. She also was very aggressive with the pedicure. I tried calling management to address this but they took my number and never called back. I will definitely never go back there and you may want to rethink unless you want parts of your face ripped off. read more
