They never listen to what I ask for and continuously do your nails how they want to do them and just want you to shut up and pay as they do what they want and keep price changing as you go. I wanted a simple short length white nails and it all changed because I wanted pink powder instead of white, the nail decided for me that she wouldn't give me polish because thats not what she wanted to do. I have been here in the past and was reminded yesterday why I never came back. To me this place is like a sweatshop. They are more focused on getting you in and out the chair as soon as possible. I was getting a pedicure and a full set so of course I wanted the massage chair on however that didn't work for the lady doing my nails so she asked me to turn it off. The pedicure they don't put anything in the water which is weird to me because everywhere does that. I had powder stuck all over my fingers when they got done with my nails. And lastly they offer drinks and display top self bottles like that is what they are serving. My husband asked to see the bottle and it was a 6.99 bottle of vodka. They all do an excellent job and are pretty quick. My only complaint is that they charge you extra if you use a debit card or a credit card. I had services that were over $100 and I had to pay $2 extra because I used my debit card. I think they need to post that somewhere that it seen by the customers. read more

Services: Mani and Pedi gell on both Kim for Pedi- she did a wonderful job and would love to have her anytime, gentle considerate and delivered amazing work. Steven for Mani- never again! It started as an add on service so he seemed a bit irritated. He was VERY rough pushing stuff around on the table, while cutting my cuticles he actually made me bleed twice with his fast cutting and went to deep. He went on to finish with a half decent job on my shellac. Not applying the base correctly leaving the left sides of my nail not coated causing it not to cure correctly. Within 30 min of leaving the polish was already separating from my nails. I called the salon immediately to explain what happen and thankfully the manager made comments in my account and offered to fix it.... however I was leaving for a trip and on the way to the airport, so no time for that. He was very apologetic, and assured upon my return that it would be corrected. My only regret is not speaking up and requesting a different nail tech for my Mani. I have been coming here since they opened and they have changed DRASTICALLY!! I usually do dip powder on my nails and shape my own nails before I come in so they don't have an excuse to charge me extra for "shape" and the past few times I've come to get the service they started charging me $5 for the almond shape my nails are already in supposedly for "labor" I know that if my nails are all uneven and whatnot of course they are going to charge for coffin or almond because THEY actually have to shape them. But for them to just scrape off the rough edges (which is what they have been doing these past few times) it's ridiculous to have to pay for a shape when they don't even do the work to make them that way. I'm very unhappy with their customer service because after being a loyal customer for a long time they told me that if I pointed it out again and "complained" about it they will refuse me service in the future. Pros- Nails colors are in a book so it makes it much easier to decide. There's a full bar which is what sells a lot of people. Many chairs so your wait shouldn't be too long. Technician was kind, not a big talker but I totally understand that! I usually go to executive nails in vintage park but they were booked up last weekend so I decided to try this one closer to my house because I LOVE the executive nails in Vintage. Everything here is rushed. Communication isn't always clear, even with inspiration photos. Vibe is very get them in and get them out. My first experience here my acrylic tips weren't glued down well, I needed a refill within a week and then after my refill 3 nails popped off within 4days bc of the first tips not being secure. I was desperate to get my nails done after my last set of acrylics had grown out too much, but I couldn't find a spa near me that was able to get me in. I stumbled upon Executive Nails and Spa and not only did they get me in on short notice, but they had the nicest staff! The girl at the counter greeted me as I walked in and helped me check in on the iPad. She even helped me decide to try dip nails and choose what color I should get. I waited probably 15 minutes or so before the technician was available, but I was served a complimentary drink while I waited and it was so delicious. (I definitely recommend the Pink Panther!) My nail technician was so sweet and we had such a great conversation as she did my nails. I told her I had never gotten dip nails before, so she explained the steps as she went through the process. Executive Nails is a new nail spa/salon on FM 762 in Rosenberg. Let me tell you.....This area of Ro-berg is LONG overdue for a nail place of this caliber. Nice decor, friendly staff, bar area with complimentary beverages etc. I had a hot stone pedicure w/ regular polish, which was $47 before tip. My tech, Andy, was very nice and had a gentle touch (almost too gentle!) but I was pleased with the results. No real communication issues with the front desk person either, which is very nice! Staff wore name tags so you know their names (another thing many places don't do but they do here!) I will definitely be back and next time I will get a manicure to test out those services, but for now my feet are pretty and I am happy!! read more

I went to get my nails done with my friend and sister for my birthday. I showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted on my phone, and she said she could do it. Unfortunately, she did not do a good job on the design. When I tried to get her to fix one of the bad nails, she did try again but made it worse. My friend came over and also asked her if she could fix another one of my nails, and she said it couldn't be fixed. We asked again and she angrily fixed it. After that, I just felt uncomfortable and didn't ask again. I think she just didn't know how to do it, but I wish she just said that she wasn't comfortable with that type of design. I would have changed it to something simpler. Afterwards, we talked to the person at the front and told him I wasn't happy with it. He didn't really help, just agreed that the design didn't look clean and that maybe it was because my nails were too short. If that was the case, I really wish they would have told me that that design was not possible on my nails before I got them done. We left, and after looking at my nails again in the parking lot, my friend went back in and talked to the guy again. He finally told her I could come back the next day and get them redone. Unfortunately, I didn't have time the next day. I would rather have just gotten a refund. I don't think I'll come back here. read more

My nail tech (Snow) was very rude. I accidentally touched a nail to her hand and she said you are trying to help and you are not helping. Then the UV light did not cure one of my nails and she said that it was my fault, and asked me if the light was on. Then I tried to show her that three of my nails had ripples on them and she ignored me, so I had to show her again. She said that was my fault. This is not my first time getting shellac and I know to make sure my nails don't touch the light machine. She also was very insistent that I get dip nails, I had to tell her no 3 times. She also used probably a third of an open one time use lotion pack on me. She dipped her nail brush into the large bottle of acetone multiple times during my service. And my cuticle is bleeding. I'm sure they have some great nail techs, but I do not recommend Snow. read more

i'll give 2 stars because of the ambiance/everyone was very friendly and the design was good, however, the woman who did nails cut my cuticles so bad that i was bleeding and it ended up leaving clotted blood on my cuticle and just kept rubbing it with dry cotton which made it feel worse. when we told the person up front, all they did was give me a 15% discount. please do better and be more cautious on cuticles because this is not okay. i have blood under the gel and it's now discoloured. read more

I went for a pedicure. when the technician removed my old polish I saw fungus in one of my nails. i mentioned to her and to her I had to have gotten it there at my prior pedicureshe replied no problem...it's ok. I told her is was not ok! I then told the person at the front desk. his reply was 'ok'.
