Reassign photo development desk worker This incident happened last month and i wasn't going to leave a review but honestly the way this worker handled this situation has been making my blood boil thinking of it. My dog unexpectedly passed away last month, I wanted to get a couple pictures printed to frame in memory. I placed my order online once i received the email that it was ready to be picked up, I headed to the store to collect them. Once I arrived I made my way to the photo counter, I was then told to wait right there by this lady (Didn't have a name tag on. White blonde larger size lady) while she finished packing serval photo order. She maybe could have been nicer and told me she'll be with me in a minute ? Or maybe stopped packaging orders for a second to hand me my prepaid photos. I was waiting there for a good 3-5 minutes for her to finish packaging the envelopes. Until I finally asked if she could just grab my photos real quick. She was definitely annoyed by that but honestly don't care now, she asked for my last name. Couldn't find the photos so she asked for my first, still couldn't find the photos. I showed her my confirmation and she just kept repeating "I don't have them". I ended up just thanking her and walking out the store out of embarrassment for thinking I came to the wrong location. Once I got in my car I pulled back up the confirmation to put in the correct Walgreens but i was at the correct location already. I proceeded to walk back to the front counter calm and collective and mentioned to her that this was actually the correct location and asked if she could double check one more time. Which she did but then turned quickly turned back to me and said "I don't know what you want me to do, I don't have them" I proceeded to ask her then where are they and she finally checks her system and mentions they probably have been picked up. I was told in the email I needed my identification card to pick up the photos so I don't see how that's possible. I'm reminding this worker of there own policy and all I keep getting out of her is "I don't know what you want to to do, I don't have them" as she goes back to packing envelopes. At this point I'm starting to get a bit teary eyed by this whole situation. i just wanted to memorize my dog who just passed away two days ago. Now im being yelled at by this egotistical photo developer for wanting my photos I paid for ? Finally, this shorter younger (I believe hispanic) worker who was overhearing our conversation came over from stocking something on the side shelf to help me. She asks for my name again and in literally 5-10 seconds my three photos I ordered were done. I had now waisted a good 10-15 minutes of my day going back and forth with this rude and incompetent worker when picking up my photos should've been less than a minute experience. What I'm pretty sure actually happened was that she was rushing packing orders and slipped my three photos into someone else's envelope. Please just move her to a different position. Maybe stocking or get her to sweep the parking lot because she genuinely is lazy and does not know how to talk to customers, you never know what they might be going through and why they might need those photos. They need a new manager and employees in the pharmacy. Just bad management and lazy workers. You're prescription can be there at the pharmacy and they say they don't have it in stock, but someone else will say they will. There so lazy to pack it up for you, if I can go behind the counter I would! Someone told me they don't have my medicine in stock and just wanted to hang up. I had to start saying that I need my prescription and that I'm calling for a refill. Then they say they will put in the order, they don't tell me when it will be ready unless I ask. I had to ask the women and she said it'll be ready by the next day. So she was lazy to check if my medicine was really in stock. Which it was and didn't wanna pack it. DONT BE LAZY and work pharmacy! People depend on their medicine for the health of their lives. Definitely switching over to CVS, I don't have time to be left on hold forever and to be lied to about my medicine. Just a week ago someone told me my medicine will be ready by 12 afternoon. When I arrive there spending my time and gas arriving they tell me it's not ready. I called and someone told me it is ready, but the person just didn't wanna pack it up to give it to me so I had to drive all the way back again. Do something about your management Walgreens. I called here to have a prescription transferred and there was no wait to get through to a pharmacist. She was very kind and was able to have my prescription transferred over to them and filled within the hour. I pulled up to the drive thru for pickup and they were finishing it up. Worst customer service. Needs new management. They are not staffed adequately for the volume of customers. Idk if it's greed on the part of Walgreens or what but they need more staff so wait times to get a script are cut down. Waiting 30 minutes to pick up 1 prescription is absolutely ludicrous. I cannot even describe how bad this pharmacy is, i am on minute 40 of waiting in the drive thru for two prescriptions, which sadly is typical. My shortest wait ever, as the second car in line, was 25 minutes. The techs are rude, my child's prescriptions are ALWAYS late causing him to miss meds, the doctor's office always has to call multiple times for any new meds or refills. I call express scripts weekly begging them to work with cvs again because anything has to be better than the hell that is this WalGreens. Also, as the tech just pushed me and my multiple prescriptions, she did not say anything nice but rather yelled at me that the bottles were glass. This place is the absolute worst. I have only left a review two other times. I wanted to love this Walgreens like I did the one where I moved from. This place has the worst customer service I think I have ever had. I gave them 3 times, and every time there was a problem or a delay. It took me 3 days and 45 minutes on hold just to get them to call the pharmacy I switched to, which had left several messages and never returned a call. I love Walgreens Rewards points because it saves me a ton of money on baby formula but I always dread coming here with my coupons as the cashiers and even managers here do not even know how to process them. Why is it other Walgreen locations can process them easily and this one always has such a hard time. I don't even bother coming here anymore if I have coupons for my formula. I also find it annoying to have to find someone to unlock the formula case every time. Besides their incompetence, I do like their speedy checkout when buying simple groceries and cleanliness on the inside only. read more

The manger here has no customer service. Akron is his name, bald guy, patchy beard. He seems extremely annoyed by any question you ask. Not a helpful person, unprofessional, he's snappy. He shook his head b/c I asked him a question b/c his answer was not clear. You can be nice all you want he is still rude and inattentive. He will completely ignore all your question. But smiles and laughs in others faces I've been coming here before this store was even built. I come here quite often due to the fact I live nearby. read more

I've been here twice in the past month at the pharmacy and I've had to wait HOURS so ridiculous! Unacceptable customer service!!!!

I've had issues with the pharmacy since January 17,2022. They didn't have my insulin in stock in January so cancelled order, when I called they finally called other stores and got my order filled. I went to refill my order on my birthday February 8th, again a day later they cancelled. I called and they said they didn't know why it cancelled so they put it back in system, then it was delayed due to insurance for a couple of days then cancelled again. I called again and they put back in system, said ready by 1p on the 16th. I checked and they changed it to the pens. I'm on an insulin pump and can't use the pens. I called and was complaining to the pharmacy and for hung up on when I asked the girls name. When I got to the pharmacy they didn't have my order ready now sis they have any insulin in stock and they would have to find at another store again. I told them they could just have it delivered then, they said they can't have insulin delivered cause it has to stay cold. Last month they had given me Lispro the generic of Humalog, now they say that my insurance won't pay for generic only name brand. Since all of this has happened and keeps happening I've decided to call the pharmacy that I use for my pain meds. I've called my doctor's and have changed my pharmacy from Walgreens to USPS pharmacy here in Humble. I asked USPS pharmacy of they could delivery my insulin and they said yes they do have their driver's keep a cooler to keep the insulin cold in order to be delivered. I will now only do business with Walgreens if they have something in there store that I can't get anywhere else other than that I will no longer use them. I've let all my family know as well and my sister has changed to CVS and my parents will change if their insurance will let them. I think that it's pretty ridiculous that a well known pharmacy with a lot of Medicare patients don't keep certain things in stock or able to delivery all medications. Don't advertise that meds can be delivered without a disclaimer indicating that unless it's a medication that required to be cold can it be delivered. Walgreens pharmacy especially at Beltway 8 & Wilson Rd. in Houston/Humble is disorganized, rude and I believe incompetent in their job. read more

This is my second week of coming here and my experiences have been positive. The employees here seem to enjoy what they're doing. Of course, good employees tends to equal the best customer service. Those who work here go out of their way to make you feel good. In fact, that's easy to do if you like people. Everyone I have met here does, so they deserve high marks for that. As you know, I always prefer small businesses with big service over big businesses with small service, so this is a unique example of a big business with big service. Way to go! read more

Just use nearby CVS instead. Waited for prescription to be ready for 3 hours than they said come in 30 mins. I showed up and asked to wait 20 more minutes. After 20 minutes they said they made a mistake so they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. If you want to get something inside, it's ok but for the prescription just opt out for other location. read more

Staff is always helpful, but pharmacy takes a significant amount to time to get service and to get prescriptions filled. They have coupons in the in store pamphlet that you should check before checking out because they can be helpful. read more

Was there last night to pick up my prescriptions, had dropped off on Nov 5, 2014. They said it was too early to fill, however they filled the new medicine. Called to refill the prescription which was now due for refill, they said it will be ready in an hour or so. Went to pick up after two hours; and the pharmacist goes, what? which medication you called in? when you called in? OK it will be ready in 20 min. Then the manager pharmacist jumps in, no we can not fill it because you cant take both at same time,,, and she was taking my prescription names loudly for the whole pharmacy to hear.. HELLO i was and am taking both at the same time, you guys filled it for me on Nov 5, 2014... called them back next day in morning and she hung up on me. Breach of disclosing private information, breach of filling the prescriptions once and then refusing to refill them.. WORST and MOST Humiliating experience of my life.
