I left my bag of items on the counter and walked out because the experience was so frustrating. I asked two store associates for help finding a product that was listed as in stock online. The first associate completely ignored me. When I asked another associate, they simply told me the store didn't have it and that it would take 24 hours for the inventory to update. What was disappointing is that no one asked what the product was or even attempted to check or help me look for it. It felt very dismissive. Two days later, the item still shows as in stock at this location online. Customer service and a willingness to help customers go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location.

I had to part my own hair, and after washing it she told me she couldn't provide a blowout because my hair is curly. She spoke with a manager and came back basically saying there was nothing she could do. I asked two other stylists if anyone else was available, and both said no without asking what the issue was or offering help. When I went to the front to pay, the manager was very kind and went to check with the stylists again. She returned with ALONA, one of the stylists I had spoken to earlier. ALONA was extremely rude and had the worst customer service. She insisted that what I wanted was a silk press, not a blowout. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was a blowout. ALONA continued going back and forth with me, speaking in a belittling tone, as she is much much older than I am, claiming a blowout couldn't be done on my hair even though I've had it done many times before. She still demanded I pay for the wash, even though it was part of a service that was never completed due to a stylist's lack of expertise. As a frequent visitor, Alona's attitude and lack of professionalism may keep me from ever returning.

This is a bit more of a run-down, low-rent Bath & Body compared to the more glamorous ones around Houston, located at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble. It's a good store, but one which didn't have half the stuff we wanted. Still, we found some things we didn't find at any other Bath & Body, so that was interesting, and we did make a few purchases. Honestly we were a little bit annoyed at how long and claustrophobic the line was that day. But there was a sale on so I suppose that's an excuse.
