I have loved Lush since I was a teenager. Love that their products are chemical free. They are a bit pricey, but for the quality you get it's worth it. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful, I'm always excited to see what new products they have. We love the bath bombs, banana shampoo and conditioner, bubble bars, fresh face masks. It's a great place to find products to pamper yourself with. Last time I was there they said they even throw in store parties where you can make products as well. read more

I walked in and was greeted by one of their employees and she was showing me around the items that would work for my skin so perfectly professionally and super kinda!! and out of nowhere the main manager April pools me to the side and try's to pressure me upon to buy an item and at this point she's making me feel uncomfortable and she really irritated me. I found it rude how she pushed her employee to the side and just jumps in, really unprofessional of her as a manager!!! Have been looking for a better shampoo/conditioner. I've always had long hair, yet recently cut around 6 inches off for over health. It really seemed like my hair was in shock, dry/frizzy. As I walked in this dainty lil shop in Willowbrook Mall, I was pleasantly surprised. Jessica gave me minute, as I looked around, then asked what she could help with. I explained my dilemma and what I wanted. I decided on the Coconut Rice Cake, softens/hydrates, made with rice water. The Candy Rain conditioner, made with collected rain water, smelling clean, not overly perfumed. And The Roots hair treatment for fine hair is great, builds some body without being heavy/greasy. She threw in a little sample of wasabi shampoo that simulates hair follicles and a sample honey balm that my lips are thanking her for! Although a little pricey, you honestly don't need a lot to get the job done, so over all value is pretty good. My hair is definitely silkier, shinier and smells great! The shampoo bar cleans residue off like a champ. I started with less, then added a little more of the conditioner as my hair was dryer than I thought. I think I've found the new hair care products I've been looking for! It's nice to have a shop to go in and see/smell your choices. If you're not sure what to choose, as for Jessica. I don't usually drink, but when I do, I'm a Lush AF. We both like Lush and we think they make great cosmetics. It's just a good store all around. I used to like them in England and Barbie likes to use them even though they're expensive. So I used to like them, Barbie likes to use them. Sort of like our feelings about rich people. Consistently has some of the best service and some really great and very unique products. If you've never been to a Lush, this is a great place to start. Just remember they're not cheap. read more

BEST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! First, let me start off by saying that i have been using Lush products since they opened years ago. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location or any other Lush to be honest. This location knows me by a first name basis which is great because they also know my favorites, and also bad because now you know where all my money goes. LOL. My most recent visit i was greeted with excitement on my return for another fabulous Lush haul. As usual, the girls showed me the new products they have in stock, and the special items you can get for a limited time (like their beach box for summer which is a must have!). Two of the girls there that day were so very helpful, and even though i know the products like the back of my hand, they offered to pamper me! Spending less than 100 dollars is hard for me here. I try to stock up when i can! Another great thing about Lush Cosmetics is they do NOT test on animals. Animal testing is near and dear to my heart. I do not use ANY products that are tested on animals, nor do i condone animal cruelty. On a end note, Lush uses natural products. You will not find preservatives and all that nasty stuff! I have never experienced lush before and omg it was amazing! I don't know if all lush stores are as good as this one but I am going to rave in on these ladies! Today was my first day walking in and they were sososo nice! And usually when you go shopping only one person helps you but not here! EVERYONE was helping me! Not only that but they gave me amazing samples to try in and out of the store! I got four different ones to take home. So far I've tried two of them. A coffee mask ( will return to purchase ) and the young woman noticed I had blonde hair and knew to give me a sample of the purple hair shampoo which was so luscious that I must return for! I love the Intergalactic bath bomb! I'm always excited, from the minute my husband buys it for me the excitement continues to grow till I get to put it in the tub! If you don't know what to go for, that is it, although I've found they have the best bath bombs compared to their competitors no matter which one you go for. Now, their bath bombs are amazing and I've been using them since high school but what makes everything better is the experience of walking into this location. I'm amazed buy how genuinely nice their staff is. I always feel welcomed and they answer my questions with a smile on their face and checking out, they make you leave with a smile on your face. I've been a fan of Lush Cosmetics since 2003, when I found them on a trip to Banff, Canada. I had seen them featured on a TV show about beauty products, but at that time they only had 1 US Location. When I saw the place in Canada, I went CRAZY! I spent about $150USD on their products, and enjoyed EVERYTHING! Fast forward 6+ years, and they have landed in my own back yard! I really enjoy the product, and the staff here is amazing! They don't try to sell you everything under the sun, but make some great recommendations based on what scents you like and what your needs are. This location is just inside Macy's at Willowbrook Mall. My tips: You MUST try the bath bombs... they truly are the bomb! They also accept the Macy's Credit card since they are located in the store. read more

LUSH is an amazing brand that makes its products from homemade goodies and does not test their products on animals. As a consumer, there is no reason why I shouldn't love LUSH. I always pass by LUSH when I enter Macy's since it's right near all the cosmetics. The staff here is so helpful and really wants to make sure that the product you get is great for your needs. On my last visit, the woman asked me questions to find out what products were suitable for my skin type. There is a sink in their area, so you get to try out the products. They really know what ingredients the products are made from, when, and how you should use it. I am a big fan of their cleansers. I really like Angels on Bare Skin. It's a lavender scent and leaves your face soft and clean. The price of their products depends on the ounces that you are getting. For instance, a 3.5 ounce of Angels on Bare Skin is about $10.95. For $8 worth, it usually lasts me 3 weeks. It does get pricey, but I like knowing that LUSH uses homemade ingredients. I say... come, stop by, and sample some products on your skin. The last time I was here, I was telling a staff member about wanting to try some new products, and she let me have $4 worth of a cleanser. It was very generous of her since all she wanted to do was make sure I would like the product first before buying more of it. read more

First thing when you walk in, " you must keep your mask on and you must squirt hand sanitizer" ok 1. if you see someone wearing a mask, that means 99% of the time they will leave it on, 2. I was already walking towards the sanitizer. " oh oh, yeah and you must smell the product with a mask on" I understand the precautions but cmon, at least attempt to be in a good mood and kindly greet the customers when they are about to go into this store and spend money on your over priced products. Wow. I'm a recently converted fan of this brand. Their customer service is beyond amazing. The staff here are just soooo knowledgeable. It is really refreshing to see people who care about what they do. I went in today to find a shampoo bar "Irresistible Bliss" only to find out they don't sell them at any of the locations because it was considered a"Retro" product, so they're online only. ::sadface:: But basically, you pick out your soap and they cut off a chunk for you and weigh it. You can ask them anything really about their products and they know it. I bought the Karma Komba, and Seanik solid shampoos, a chunk of Bohemian Body Soap, and Sandstone for $30. They tossed in a free tin and sample of their "BIG" shampoo, which i thought was nice. Yep. I'm an addicted fan. I'll write an update later of how long these products last. oh yeah...their logo is AWFUL. i really wish they'd do some kind of redesign soon. I'm glad they fixed their website at least. read more

I've been to another location (Memorial) and always have horrible experiences like being harassed for not wanting to buy EVERYTHING they shoved in my face, not welcomed when entering the store, and being followed and bugged while minding my own business. At this location, the guy (can't remember his name but I think he said he had a managerial position) was so nice and welcomed us into the store, asked if we needed help (we said no thanks) and then he minded his own business. He'd come in and check on us, but we ended up asking him a few questions anyways. Definitely a great experience. I don't mind driving the 45 minutes to this location to avoid the other one that's only 20 minutes away from my house. read more

I've been a fan of UK's Lush brand since I visited the store in Boston. The stores are usually very clean and fun looking but this one is inside a Macy's and not very tidy. I'd still rather go to a store independent from a department store but it is what it is. The employees are a bit overly perky for me but maybe they market to bubbly teens more often. read more

Two people standing there babbling away and trying to challenge why a person can't remember what each product does. Refusing to print a label, while there are employees walking around doing nothing. Been there before, but these people were just either the type that shouldn't be unsupervised or just not cut out for high end customer service. A lady walking around kept complaing about how expensive everything is. I believe if I'm willing to walk out of there with hundreds of dollars, as I did for Christmas, of soap and bath gifts, one should, at least, be able to ask for a label of the product. The girls here are always SO helpful here! They're always friendly and you can tell they love their job. They can help you with anything whether it's suggesting a gift for a friend (I've gone in there several times with a friend's favorite scent/aroma and they've always been able to point me in the right direction) or something for yourself :) TIP: Ask some of the girls for their favorite BATH COCKTAILS. This one girl told me to mix Blue Skies with Twilight bath bomb and I'm soo excited to try it out. This location is the closest to my home and I love this place. I have been going there for years even when they had an small space at Macy's, I was really excited and happy for them when I realized they got their own store at the mall. I went today to browse the store and my husband and I were greeted by Yormynnelly. The funny thing is that we haven't seen this nice girl since a few years ago because we have been there in different hours and days, well, she remember us! And we had amazing time there so I got tons of stuff I needed so bad and I am really happy. Everyone there is super nice and chill, ALL OF THEM! I've been in larger lush stores, but this still had everything I was looking for, and then some! One comment mentioned this place was dirty, but if that's so, then they have very much upped their store maintenance, because I found it to be well stocked, ordered, and tidy. I adore the folks that work here!!! The employees were the best part. They all seemed to really enjoy being there, and happy to answer questions offer information and provide samples. I also greatly appreciated that there were plenty of people on staff. I did a lot of shopping in the mall today, and this was the only place that had three people working, and thus was also the only place where I was given assistance and a timely check out. Whomever the manager/keeper of the schedule is, they rocked it. And whomever did the hiring, was also on point! The folks here really made the Lush experience delightful. I cannot say enough how the employees make or break a store, and these folks really enjoy their job, their customers, and are attentive without "hovering." Asked the woman at the register (turned out she was the manager) for help with bombs and she pointed out where the bags are located and returned to chatting it up with the other workers.
