I called UBS8 and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely polite. She put me on a brief hold to confirm that they had the product that I needed. When I arrived all of the young ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of the products. This store is huge, well stocked, clean, and has everything from sandals to wigs. The prices were either normal or cheaper than most beauty supply stores. I noticed my edge control that I get at my normal beauty supply store was 2 dollars more than at UBS8 and my nose ring was also a dollar cheaper here. I will definitely be coming back. Ps. They close at 9pm on weekdays and are open on sundays That is a win

Losing her hair was a devastating experience for her & as her mother, it's so sad to see your child go through something like this. She told me she did not want to go without hair, people can be cruel. My friend Mitzi highly recommended Gayla Wigs. So I took her advice & scheduled an appointment with Gayla Wigs. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, huge selection of human & synthetic wigs to choose from. Luz was so compassionate & knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of meeting a loyal customer Sally of Gayla Wigs, who shared her experience with my daughter. Both of these ladies were heaven-sent that day! We will forever be grateful & a loyal customers from now on. Thank you again, Brandi Bertrand

We verified insurance would cove 100% of the cost. The sales person explained the process to us and had us pay in advance almost $7K. We left with one wig and one was to be ordered. The one time that I was able to speak to someone on the phone she said that she did not know how to do the insurance paperwork. I cannot get a straight answer, we still do not have both wigs and are out 7K. I wish we had gone somewhere else!

This is where I originally found the product, so I just drove out of my way to get it for me and a friend of mine that wanted to try it. Just my luck, the product was out on the shelf. I tell them that I drove out of my way to pick up the product and they werent even moved to look at thr boxes and see if they even received it. Wow! That is not the CC Beauty Im use to. Maybe this one is owned by a different person, but I refuse to come back when theyre not botheres about telling me if they have something I desired to buy at least in stock.

We'd given up and we're going to go back to just using clips ins for volume. We went to Vanity hair Supply off Rayford and found a few products. While we were there I asked the lady helping us if she did hair. She said no, but Desiree at Crownz and Tresses did her and her daughter's hair. We ran over there around 11am on a Saturday. We went in and Desiree came over to help us. She listened and understood what we we're looking for. She told us exactly what she could do. I loved that she was conservative and didn't try to do more than what my daughter needed. We ran home and grabbed the extensions and Desiree had them in and finished within and hour. Which was amazing since my daughter was leaving the next day. I just really can't say enough about her and the salon. Fairest prices we have found anywhere. Please check her out. She makes her own wigs as well.

It's Mothers Day weekend and it's time for my 2025 haircut and style! Keeping this review about She's Happy Hair and not about me getting ready to slay the summer and see where the people are going/vacationing. I needed so hair bundles quick fast and in a hurry so I found She's at a location near me. This is the 2nd time I purchased bundles from them and I was highly pleased with the quality of hair, options, affordability and the associates knowledge of the different textures. Buying online is risky and this is just another reason why I love Houston, there's a She's Happy Hair location near me where I can pop in on my way to the salon. The quality is exactly what I need and I don't have to hear out of my stylist mouth how it's pour quality and she can color it to the level of color I desire or it won't/isn't taking heat well. I know with She's IF I had to order online I'll get what I expect!
