The thing of it all is, I just recently moved here from CA, and have been trying to find the best of the best as a black woman who believes in patronizing my own as much as I can. But of course, Detroit being so big and me not knowing "who's who" of the city, I've been aimlessly searching by trial and error. I constantly have to keep stroking through it because it keeps getting bunched up and maddit. The hair also smells really bad when you wet it has a very strong Factory smell. There's no way this is 100% human hair this has to be a human blend I don't recommend this here not worth the money!!

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to do a drastic cut (about 10 inches off for a chin…read morelength cut). I was able to easily and quickly get scheduled with one of their senior stylists. The cut turned out pretty good, but the 4 stars comes from the stylist having multiple clients at once, with an assistant doing the finishing touches/styling. I was not a fan of being passed off and I did not like how the gal was styling it. The master stylist had to come over several times to correct her. Overall, the salon is nice, clean and products are good. Just wish I didn't feel like a number when paying over $100 for a haircut.
