I constantly have to keep stroking through it because it keeps getting bunched up and maddit. The hair also smells really bad when you wet it has a very strong Factory smell. The cut turned out pretty good, but the 4 stars comes from the stylist having multiple clients at once, with an assistant doing the finishing touches/styling. I was not a fan of being passed off and I did not like how the gal was styling it. The master stylist had to come over several times to correct her.
