At drop-off, I provided clear billing instructions to ensure the prescription was processed correctly under the appropriate workers' compensation coverage so that no personal insurance or co-pay would apply. The prescribing provider had also clearly indicated this on the prescription itself. When I returned approximately two hours later, I was charged a standard co-pay under my personal insurance. I immediately explained -- again -- that this was a work-related injury and that the prescription should not have been processed that way. The pharmacist then spent another 20 minutes looking for the billing paperwork, stating it had potentially been thrown away. It ultimately could not be located. Losing or discarding billing documentation for a work injury claim is not a minor oversight -- it reflects a serious lack of attention to process and accountability. At nearly 2AM, needing the medication more than a prolonged dispute, I paid the fee under protest so I could leave with what I medically required. This situation should not have happened. Work injury billing is routine and should be handled correctly the first time. Walgreens needs a review of overnight document handling procedures to prevent this from happening to someone else.

Not sure what I expected but again the books turned out so beautiful at a price point that was truly reasonable. The staff completed the orders so quickly. A very satisfied customer. After I read a little bit about Lone Star Market, I decided to step in to the convenience store. The cashier and the kitchen staff were extremely helpful. I was directed to the order counter and the kiosk. I placed my order and paid at the cashier. Wow, I couldn't believe how efficient they were. My mangonada was fresh and delicious. I had to get one for the hot Houston weather. This cup lasted me about halfway to my house. It kept me alert on the freeway. I would definitely return whenever I'm in this part of town. Hooray.

I prefer Daughter Drink Mart, but this is okay too…read more It's a cute little convenience store out in Humble, and it works perfectly for what we needed it for, which is basically just grabbing a couple of drinks before leaving town. It's more expensive than you would want it to be, but it's here and it works and that's what we appreciate about it. It's close to one of our favourite restaurants in town, and I'm sure we'll come back here in future as well. My son loves this place, but he's a kitten of course, so he loves a lot of things. Like toilet paper and anything with meat in it and a lot of things that don't have meat in them.

Very clean, nicely organized new Exxon Timewise store with clean bathrooms and plenty of pumps…read more We were stopping late on the way back to Dallas Fort Worth from Houston just after a long stretch of highway with mostly old, run down gas stations. This Timewise was a welcome stop with a large parking lot, freshly stocked shelves, and a nice clean bathroom. We bought a few snacks at typical convenience store prices. We arrived at shift change (I guess) and they had just rebooted the pumps. So, the first one I tried would not accept my card. The second one gave me an error. But, the third worked just fine. After fueling up, I noticed that the next several gas stations I paid attention to had per gallon prices $0.10 higher than this Timewise. If I lived in this area, I'd go out of my way to come here. Will definitely prefer it should we come through this area again. Recommended!
