It's Walgreen's, so you know they provide your corner store needs and much, much more. This store...hmmm. I needed some hot sauce and popped in for a quick in and out. I came across the last bottle of Tobasco Sauce, but the box was open and missing two of the four flaps, however the bottle seemed to still have its seal. I let a young, female store clerk know and she opted to try and find another bottle, but it was the last one. She giggled and said that the store typically gets products with damaged containers, but suggested that it should be ok. I needed it, so I purchased it. I've never seen open products, on same, at a Walgreen's, so it's pretty interesting that this seems like a regular occurrence at this location. read more

I went to pick up face masks for me and my husband, and the elderly man-child that runs the back stock room of this location walked in for his shift (probably a senior employee who has seniority). Given that there are also impressionable young women working at the cash register, I am writing this review because I fear for their safety working here after how comfortable he was commenting on my body today when I visited this location at precisely 4:50-5:15 PM TODAY. roll the cameras corporate. He whispered under his breath while coming into his shift and passing me in the face mask aisle, and I quote, "damn she thick". I can't imagine what other kinds of harassment occur here through this man-child employee given that I was a CUSTOMER, and a loyal one at that (I've been a member at walgreens for the past 10 years at least and am considering never being a customer again after the discomfort I experienced today, the one day I went by myself without my husband... do better elders. grow up. read more

I recently visited the store 8505 Farm to Market 1960 Bypass Rd W Humble, TX 77338 United States. Spoke with the pharmacist and she advised me to speak with an associate that she paged by the name of Freddie. She yelled and screamed and cursed at me because I didn't know the name of a generic brand. When I asked the shift supervisor Devota he told me he would take care of it. When I asked for her name he said he didn't know. He than stormed off and walked off mumbling. read more

This walgreens SUCKS the pharmacy does not answer the phone or process prescription refills online through the app it will take them 2-3 days to even process a prescription and then you'll wait another 2 days before you can pick it up- just save time and go to the walgreens on first street they have way better pharmacist and management and it's a nice and new location, I drive out of the way just to go to first street because i can place a prescription fill and get it within the same day Vs. this place where i have to wait almost a week horrible management and it really shows ! read more

This Walgreens is filthy! Unfortunately, while waiting for a prescription, I had to use the restroom. It was vile! I couldn't even bring myself to wash my hands because the sinks were so disgusting! It's sad when people are feeling I'll to begin with and have to go to such a gross place to get their medications. I am even sicker now. read more

The morning female manager is so professional and nice. My niece had a question about a coupon and she patiently answered her questions. The male manager sometimes is not so friendly. Overall the staff is friendly and the store is clean. Sometimes products are not in stock, but mostly it's due to tue warehouse. read more

Bipolar employees. Sometimes they're kind other times they're rude. I stopped shopping here after my last negative experience.

This pharmacy sucks. I ordered medicine through my Walgreens account. Received an e-mail which says thanks for your order. With pick-up dates and times. Only to hear when I pick up the medicine, that the order is not in their computor. I showed them the e-mail with the pick-up dates. This happened before. And that I need to call my doctor. Funny thing is that I have medicines I don't take anymore with no refills, but still get reminders for refills and that they will contact my doctor. Recently I needed a medicine which was also not put in their computor. I was tolld it will be ordered. Meantime I got 5 pills. After 5 days waiting the medicine was not received from their distribution center. I was tolld to call other Walgreens to see if they have that medicine as I needed the medicine. After hours calling and waiting to talk to someone at some of the other Walgreens I found a Walgreens in Tomball who had the medicine. But this Walgreens had to transfer the prescription to the Walgreens in Tomball. What a hassle. At least I got the medicine in Toball Walgreens. I believe something is wrong with their Computor. I had a time when I picked up the medicine at 11 am that the medicine was not ready and was tolled to come back at 3 pm, then I was tolled to come back at 6 pm, only to hear they had to order the medicine. Talking about getting the run around. read more

An older location, but the staff here are very friendly and helpful, walking you to the section with the items you are looking for and giving you guidance on what you need. I haven't had any prescriptions filled here as I usually use Target pharmacy, but for your everyday over the counter meds, it's just fine. read more

Every time I go pick up my family members prescription there is always that same lady with a bad attitude. I'm ok with her taking forever to do everything but at least do it with a smile on your face. She deals with sick people who already have enough to feel bad about. I shop at Walgreens everyday just about, and the customer service is outstanding. Prices are always good, all around good atmosphere... My only complaint is the pharmacy. Every time I go to the pharmacy, there is 1-2 people working and the line is crazy long and very slow moving. It's like they need more people back there. I get frustrated, mostly because I'm sick and I want my medicine lol. But when I finally get helped they are always so nice, so I feel like I can't get mad. read more

It's been a huge hassle trying to get my prescription filled here. My prescription had another pharmacy printed on it so they didn't want to fill it. Instead of contacting that pharmacy to get the prescription transferred to them, they kept making excuses as to why they couldn't fill it. I've been getting the run around for four days now. I never get a prescription here that it's not an enormous hassle. The automated system and what staff tells you never matches. Waits are always ridiculous no matter what day/time you come. read more
