I went to CVS to get a vaccine for work. Scheduled an appointment at their clinic in advance. Lots of times available. I got many reminders and ways to check in and keep up with the appointment. When I got there, I was so pleased to see how nice and clean the store was. Not just the clinic area but the whole store. Really impressive. Apparently you can get vaccines either at the minute clinic or through the pharmacy. Excellent experience. read more

I have been to this CVS store on Mesa and Beltway feeder road in Humble a few times now. I never had any issues. The store is more organized than most stores have been to in Houston. The restroom is always clean and accessible. They are gender neutral and located next to the pharmacy. Parking lot can be busy at times. I don't have trouble finding parking. I usually use self check out. Employees are friendly and helpful, if I ever need help. read more

Made an appointment at minute clinic for 12:30. Filled out all forms and checked in online. Arrived at 12:25. Five or six people waiting. Three exam rooms. Sign on the wall: Lunch 1:30 - 2:30. Asking a woman in scrubs: I have a 12:30 appointment? She points at all those waiting and says: They all have appointments. Her face says everything: I hate this place. I hate this job. I hate these patients. If she said: Sorry, we're running late, would you like to come at ...? I would have probably waited. I'm glad I left. One star is too high for them. read more

I went there to obtain a proscription for vitamin D 50,000 on the 11th of April 2023. I was told that it would be ready in 3 hours, when I returned a little after the 3 hours, I was told that it would be ready in 30 mins. I went back to my car to make some calls and after returning again approx 35 mins later. I was told that it would be ready the next day. I was told this rudely with no concerns about what they originally told me. I will file a written complain to their home office and I already advised my doctor to remove the pharmacy from my records. I be been selling health and life insurance for approx 27 years and never had I had any problems with other pharmaceutical establishments. I will make sure that I spread the word out to other agents and clients NOT to use cvs furthermore, will no longer promote it. read more

A very neat, clean, well displayed CVS. Amy the SM and staff are all over customer service and offer an inviting shopping experience. A recent update to their medical quadrant has renewed all POG's and added a break in a run making it more roomy and easier to navigate. The pharmacy staff is kind and professional. I give this two stars because service has always been standard... until now. On my latest prescription pickup, I was confronted by an extremely rude pharmacist. They couldn't locate the prescription (verified ready for pickup before). I asked to speak with the head pharmacist, who came over to the window and A) rudely told me they wouldn't look for it until 2 hours and B) YELLED we can just take that prescription somewhere else. Yeah, that's not how prescription meds work. I then indicated that because of his aggressive tone I was going to record him. He threatened to have me arrested. Deciding to tone it down, I left the place and then 15 minutes later we get the call that it's ready. So... why say two hours? Why all the screaming??? Yeah we'll pick up the meds now, we need them. However, an otherwise OK location lost a long time customer today. read more

Very rude people that work at this CVS. Especially a lady name Jennifer. Two occasions where once she hung the phone up on me, and another whole in the store she was obnoxious and extremely rude. The occasion over the phone she told me I can go somewhere else. I do Int understand how CVS can have people there that hates their job sooo much that they take it out on customers. Dropped off my prescription at the pharmacy on Wednesday. Pharmacist assistant advised it will be ready on the Friday. Called on the following Monday to confirm. That is when the pharmacist "Michael" or some thing like that. Said he can't fill it because it the prescribed date on it looks altered. Photo attached. Clearly is a says "7/09/19" it was written with one of those pilot ink pens, so to me it looks like that's where the doctor started the nine and ended the nine. But clearly it's a nine. I wear glasses and so did the pharmacist, that's a nine. Instead of the pharmacy contacting me or my doctor. They let it sit there for days. Was in Houston overnight to catch a cruise from Galveston the next day. Unfortunately the flight over messed up my sinuses and I had trouble breathing due to congestion. I checked which pharmacy in the area opened the earliest as I figured Sudafed would be helpful and luckily saw that CVS opened at 8am. Since I didn't have a car, I grabbed an Uber and made it to CVS by 7:50am. Waiting for 15 minutes and no pharmacist shows. After 20 minutes the store manager tells me the pharmacist has the keys and will be late showing up - I could wait an hour an a half for him to get there and he refused to open up and get me some Sudafed himself. Took an Uber back to the hotel without what I needed. $30 in Uber charges and I still had severe sinus issues. GFY CVS. read more

This CVS is conveniently located and that is the best I can say. The store staff people are very nice and friendly. The pharmacy staff are racist, and very unfriendly, ill organized and make going to get a prescription a NIGHTMARE. Ugh!!! The absolute worst. I've never wasted so much time waiting on a prescription in my life..When I call to refill or even just to check on the status they have me on hold for AT LEAST 15 minutes. I tried to get a vaccination that my physician wrote a prescription for. I went to two locations. The first location the lady was snotty and said that she just couldn't help. I asked why she said well you are not age 65. What does that have to do with anything? She never asked my date of birth by the way. So I asked why and she said said well I tried two years ago and my machine wouldn't let me. Maybe something changed in two years? She didn't even try. I tried to reason with her but all I got was she wasn't concerned about me or my health and people under 65 don't usually ask for this vaccine. She wrote a phone number down and started talking to a customer on the phone. I called the number. They said that this was unusual. They knew of no reason to deny what my physician requested. The guy placed me on hold and called the store. he came back and told me that as of last year they had a protocol to only issue this vaccine to someone 65 or older. I asked why? He could not answer and said he would have the district Pharmacy Manager contact me. Today Jeremy did call. I explained it all to him. He says that indeed they have a protocol that they have to follow. The Corporate office has hired physicians to write such protocol. I asked why. he said he could not answer that. I asked for a phone number of the physician that wrote the protocol so I could understand it. He said he did not know who the MD is or how to reach them and only the corporate office knows. So I asked him to please get the information. He said he refuses to do so as it is against their protocol. It seems to me everything is against their protocol. I asked in plain english if CVS is saying they don't care about the health and safety of patrons under age 65. He said no! So I asked why they don't fill the orders as prescribed by the physician. He said that a lot of physicians don't know what they are doing and make mistakes and prescribe medicines that are not safe and best for their patients. Really? My Doctor doesn't know what he's doing? I spoke to three different physicians about this very vaccine as I do have liver disease. All three agreed it would be in my best interest. He said that unlike my physician that attended one year of medical school he attended six years of pharmacy school. Considering he never asked for my Dr.'s name I don't know how he knew this. I thought that this was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. When I asked who is his boss he hung up on me. I called the number he called me from, this particular store and asked to speak to him. The girl that answered said oh yeah yeah yeah and transferred me. Crystal answered the phone transfer and I asked her if she was Jeremy's boss. She said she did not know anyone with that name. I said well he just called me from this number. She said well I am sorry you got a call but no one named Jeremy works here. I asked if random people come into their store and call people she said I don't know and disconnected me. I called back and asked for Jeremy's boss and was transferred to Thomas and he said he just left. I asked why Crystal told me he didn't exist. He said he didn't really know the dude but he is a district supervisor and occasionally drops into stores. I explained to him my situation. He said well just call shop CVS. I said that I wanted to understand why I am being discriminated against. He said I don't really know dude. I didn't like his attitude or being called dude. So I asked who his boss is and was told Eles when I asked how to contact Eles he said he did not know that he only occasionally calls him. I said you have to know how to contact him he said no I don't . I said well he calls you so you must have a number then he said I don't know how he contacts me. Really? You just said he calls you. So I asked for the store manager. I was transferred to a cashier who tells me Joy is the store manager and tells me she will transfer me. Crystal answers the phone. I told her I was needing to speak to Joy. She said well she ain't available. I asked how to reach her. She said again she ain't available. I didn't really ask if she was available I asked how to reach her. So I am told to call shop CVS. I told her I didn't appreciate her hanging up on me earlier. She said I yelled at her. I never raised my voice once. She said she was gonna hang up now. I called shop CVS and am told they are closed and cannot help. Grrrr.... really it really shouldn't be this difficult to get what my Physician ordered. That is kind of the Job of a pharmacist. read more

DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone broke into my car there last night and they would not even call the police for me. I was told they were not allowed since it was a personal vehicle. So if I had gotten mugged, shot, or killed would I still have to call the paramedics for my self. I assume the manager checked the video camera and I was told they couldn't see anything but someone come behind my vehicle. I will never shop there again and all of my family's monthly prescriptions will be transferred immediately. read more
