I don't know how many times I have to say it and how many times I have to go here. This is the worst Walgreens ever I mean they are actually all pitiful and unprofessional, but this is the worst ever. Customer Service is next to nothing. Nobody answers the phone. no one in the store to ask a single question. Unfortunately, my husband's prescription is filled here or I would be moving it somewhere else. It must be the cheapest Forum. This Walgreens is the WORST!!! There always seems to be an issue. It is a running joke in my family when I say I'm going to pick up medication. The joke is that my family always takes bets on whether or not I will actually get the prescription and if there will be an issue. They either don't have the medication or only have a partial of the medication or having problems communicating with my insurance (Blue Cross), just always something. And then they have the nerve to be rude. I hate it so bad. read more

Saturday pharmacist and technician were absolutely repulsive. My mother was released from the hospital and stopped to get her prescription before driving back home, where her regular pharmacy had closed at 1p and was closed on Sunday. The pharmacist treated my mother disgustingly and talked to her with EXTREME disrespect. She went as far as calling the nurses station to confirm the diagnosis of my mother before saying she would fill it, but just this one time. My mother who I have not seen cry in pain my entire life was in tears for a week before finally going to hospital and being admitted. This was a valid prescription. Both the pharmacist and the tech should have done their job. Treating my mom the way they did is absolutely unacceptable. Zero care or concern for my mom. Unfriendly from the very beginning. Pharmacy is very rude!!!! Came through drive thru to get Rx ... they told me i was in wrong lane - sign wasn't visible. Apparently only for Covid testing. So bad to move to other lane. They said "be right with you" on speaker very quick as i waited. Never asked me what Rx or if i had any questions. Put my credit card & license underneath Rx bag instead on inside it .. didn't tell me. As i drove off & realized it wasn't in bag ... just extremely rude & short with me. read more

My appointment for my booster was at 10:20am and it wasn't until 11 I was seen. One would think the pharmacy manager would have some level of personality or bedside manner. She only ask to confirm the brand of shot and which arm. Nothing before or after. The shot was extremely painful as if it was intended. No response even when I said that it was painful. She was like a robot. I had to ask for a vaccination card to prove I had gotten it the vaccine. Then she wrote on the line that says 2nd Dose which it wasn't. I had to get another card with the correct info on the correct line. Store definitely could use some retraining or replacement in staffing. read more

I was looking for a photo to be made into a large poster size and went into my Walgreens! What Excellent Customer Service I received from Keith H!!! Helped me thru the process and made sure I was satisfied on the outcome of my photo! This was going to be a Christmas Present for my son so he would have a memory of our trip for his graduation! The pharmacy doesn't keep track of your prescriptions properly. If you have a paper script, make a copy of it. If the script is sent by your doc don't assume you will get the refills you need. They run out of common medicine very frequently. Very incompetent and extremely rude staff (except the male pharmacist). read more

The pharmacy is very rude and does not provide quality customer service. They didn't call me for 2 days to say my prescription was ready. My insurance requested the prescription to be transferred to CVS and they did not. I called later in the day asking if Walgreens could transfer it, as CVS advised they were waiting for that process to fill my order. The lady who answered immediately of the top was aggressive and cut me off while I was talking. She stated my order was filled with them but did I still want it to go to CVS with a very snarky tone. I asked why wasn't I emailed or called with an update that my medicine was ready as they did not update me the day before causing me to get my insurance involved. She snapped back saying they don't call or send text messages. That was a full lie. When I hung up minutes later I got a text stating my medicine was ready...I will no longer fill me or my kids prescription's at this location on Atascocita Blvd. It was too much of an unwanted hassle and a very uncomfortable interaction, leaving me not to trust them. read more

This review only pertains to the pharmacy. I frequent here out of necessity, as my ins. Only uses walgreens for meds. They close at 6pm on weekends and are not open 24 hrs like the CVS down the street from them. They are EXTREMELY busy and apparently understaffed as I have never seen more than 2 people working the pharmacy counter. This also does not apply to the staff as I have found them polite and knowledgeable. Just need to get more staff read more

I have had a myriad of issues with this location in the past, but today was the last straw. Three weeks ago my doctor sent in a prescription for birth control, and then sent in a second for a different pill for me to take for a few months before trying the initial Rx. When the pharmacy filled it, they filled the wrong one (again) and I did not realize it until a week ago (1 week before I was to start a new pill pack). I called the pharmacy that day and left a very detailed voicemail about my dilemma and requesting a call back. No one returned my call and today I went in to the pharmacy to speak to a real person and fill my prescription only to find out that a member of the staff took it upon themselves to delete my prescription from the system. It is too late in the evening to call my dr office for a new Rx. I am disgusted with the level of customer courtesy I have been shown at this pharmacy, and I will be taking all future business elsewhere. read more

I have always been loyal to Walgreens, I guess because of their history. This location is the WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. Not Walgreens itself, but the Pharmacy is nothing less than horrible. I was standing inline at the Pharmacy behind an elderly Woman that was truly shocked at the cost of her order. The rude young man behind the counter just kept repeating to her "I don't know Ma'am, I can only tell you what it says right here". She seemed on the verge of tears and couldn't understand why this time, her order was so much more expensive. She had to leave some of the prescriptions behind because she couldn't afford all of them this time. The young man was clearly irritated at having to re-ring and re-bag her items. I had been waiting patiently for 16 minutes when the distraught woman gave up, realizing he was not going to offer her any help as to why the differences. Just as I was about to step forward as next in line, a Man walked up to the Consultation window and said he needed a flu shot. To my surprise, the KID behind the counter started helping HIM instead of letting him know there was a line. I had made it to the counter tho and he looked at me like I was the one being rude. Yet another 10 minutes goes by and my patience was all but gone. He, who I am now naming to myself "Punk", finally turns his attention, at least his eyes, to me. I handed him my prescriptions and let him know that I would wait. As if I were interrupting his day he snapped, "we're about an hour behind, so won't do you much good to wait". I tell him I just left the Dentist office from having a tooth pulled and that I would wait and shop around the store. He mumbled something, which sounded to me like "suit yourself". An hour later, I went back to the pharmacy (no other customers) and asked him how much longer? The look he shot me was unbelievable! "Ma'am, I don't know, I TOLD you we were behind". Not being one who stands for bullying said "Listen young man, you told me you were backed up an hour. It's been an hour and I merely, and quite kindly asked you how much longer?" He again says, "I don't know" and just stared at me as if to say, "move along lady".. I came back another 30 minutes later and heard him say my name to the Pharmacist as I walked up. There were now 3 other customers in line, so I sat down and continued to wait. The last 15 minutes I was there, 2 people left the line remarking they didn't have time for this. When it was all said and done, I waited, inside the store, for 1 hour and 57 minutes, but the attitude of this young boy behind the counter made it seem like all afternoon. You are in the wrong business kid - stay away from any job that requires you being nice or helpful to customers! P.S. Dear Pharmacy Mgr - you are ALWAYS behind - bringing in more than one Pharmacist at a time would alleviate that! read more

Avoid this Walgreens. Completely unable to meet any of the multiple online appointments made for vaccine, and they could not care less about their underwhelming performance. They hadn't even thawed vaccines for noon appointments. This place needs some serious support to improve. Happy to say I'll never have to use this location again. read more

After waiting 4 hours for them to get my prescription ready AND calling them to let them know I was on my way, they still did not have it ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I am usually a very patient person, but this situation has made me lose my patience in a very serious way! All I needed was an inhaler and antibiotics for bronchitis, luckily it wasn't more serious. Hi, I wanted to briefly share my experience at your store yesterday. My grandfather had a prescription called into your store. He was told that a prescription would be ready at 2:30 pm yesterday, and they got his insurance information. I show up at 3:30 pm to pick it up, only to find out they didn't call and they didn't have his information. The lady was extremely disrespectful, said something like "we are busy doing covid test, if you want the prescription I will need his info. and will call his ins. company, but said with an attitude, you will need to wait. I gave them the info. in the store only to have a rude woman tell me that she didn't care about wasting my time. Then said the ins. doesn't cover prescriptions, when we know it does. She also stated that if we normally go to cvs, why come there. That had my blood boiling. She told me if we wanted the prescription to call cvs for transfer, then rolled her eyes right in front of me. They gave my grandfather a hard time over the phone saying he cant even read his ins. card. My grandfather needed those meds, he is a Korean war veteran and 91 years old. I cant believe how poorly we were treated. My family and I get our prescriptions there, I will never step inside any of your stores ever again. These pharmacy techs. looked down on us, acted like we were such a burden and were very rude. I had my 6 year old daughter with me, so I just left without filing a complaint. Just wanted it to be known. Cvs, 1 block away, filled the presciption right away. Said they were entering his info. wrong. I have not used this location before, but I have to tell you I like it. Since I've only been there the once, I'm giving it an AOK, but I may start using it more. My other Walgreen's location has gone to the dogs. This location, however is clean, fast, and uncrowded. That's what I like. I was able to get every over the counter item quickly and efficiently and my script was done for me within 10 minutes. Awesome. read more

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews of this store. I have been shopping and filling my prescriptions at this location for the past 7 years, and I have never had a problem. Everyone is always very nice and attentive. The store is clean and well organized. My prescriptions are always ready when they are supposed to be.
