I am assuming from issues in the past they want buyers to be aware prior to entering. I came to the store because I was getting my hair done around the area. The associate that was restocking the supplies was very helpful in accommodating my needs. The cashier that rang me up wasn't as knowledgeable which was a little frustrating but all is well. The prices were pretty good and they had a discount of 30% off hair items when I had went. I am unsure if that's a daily deal or not though.

It only requiring a name and phone number to rack up points for discounts. They also have cosmetics and clothing so you can slay (as they say) from head to toe. Went in at opening time and had no wait! I had Janet and she was super nice and humble. Wanted to donate my hair to Locks of Love and she helped braid and cut it to the length I wanted.
