I'm new to the tanning zone. I did try airbrush tanning Sarah's amazing, but it just wasn't for me. Dan looked great and it worked greatl, and Sarah made me as comfortable as I could be under those circumstances 30 seconds, tops. But what I love, is the red light therapy I am recovering from massive surgery, kidney transplant, praise God, and I daily can see a difference that 20 minutes in that red light bed makes. I absolutely love the Tanning Zone. I was nervous to go for the first time and Brian was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, so helpful, so informative, and did not pressure me to sign up at all. I had gotten a facial on the original day I called to come in and he told me to wait a few more days to make sure I don't burn my face. That was so kind and really made me feel like he was looking out for me and saw me as more than just a customer. The vibe is so relaxing and the decor is so beautiful. It's like a tropical oasis. I absolutely LOVE Tanning Zone. I tried a couple of places in the area, but no one compares to them. The owner, Ashley... her heart is in the business. Her manager, Bryan, is welcoming and professional. At Tanning Zone, you are a person, not a membership or a client number. They stock the best lotions, are knowledgeable about each type of bed, the beds are clean, and bulbs are new. There is a full-sized red light therapy bed (which I've put to great use after a couple of major surgeries). They offer a stand-up spray booth and if THAT'S not enough, Tanning Zone has a great relationship with another professional who will come in and apply a customized spray tan. There are no sign-up fees, no cancelation fees, and Ashley always offers specials or promotions throughout the year. There is a reason why Tanning Zone has been around for over 20 years. Love this tanning salon and I'm not going anywhere else! I used to tan at Palm Beach Tan but it was too pricey for what they were offering. I tanned at the highest level there and it was $117.55/month versus here it's $81.12/month. The owner is always so friendly! She is kind enough to remember my name, and even gave me a rose on Valentine's Day! It was really sweet and goes to show the "small, friendly business" vibe the place has. I also love how clean Tanning Zone is - you will not find dust bunnies under the machine (unlike Palm Beach Tan). They also have mirrors behind the doors so you can check out your tan afterwards. Personally, I like to tan in a bathing suit and having a mirror is helpful to make sure my suit is laying over the same area. I asked Palm Beach Tan to put mirrors behind the doors like they used to but they ignored my suggestion and never did. So happy I decided to try out this salon due to the reviews here on Yelp. 10/10 read more
