I had a disappointing experience with Jessica over multiple appointments. She was late to every…read moreappointment, and the service always felt rushed. Spray lasted a day or so, the waxing ROUGH AF. I originally found her through Groupon. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

I went to Dena many years ago as her business was growing. They would advertise specials to…read moreincrease business. One was the Ultherapy when it was still new. If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

On 09/21/18 Dena Tocco offered to remove some slight imperfections during a hydraderm, minor…read moreimperfections that only I noticed and left my face with hyperpigmentation that cannot be covered by make up. She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. I hope she doesn't scar any more faces

She covered my birthmark well and made me feel so good in my strapless bridesnade dress I had to wear. Also, I'm not a small person, but Brittany was so sweet, she must have known just how self conscious I was feeling standing nude in front of her cause she said just the right things and made it seem like I was not the most hideous figure to ever stand before her (cause that's how I felt). But I sencerily think she wasn't judging me at all, I just felt it! I haven't been back for a tan since then because as a mom of three, glam time doesn't fit into the schedule. But I will have my daughter get her tan with Brittany soon before an upcoming event in a few weeks.
