The girls are all very knowledgable about the different packages and the discount for where I work is a plus! :) it never smells like sweaty lotion in here with is a major turn off when I've been to other tanning salons. The girls are all very good about reminding me when I spray tan to use the barrier lotion on my nails and toes as well as to wear the bottom feet protectors which I normally would otherwise forget whoops! They explain the different positions for the spray tan to achieve the best results and gave me tips on how to keep the tan afterwards. I've got 2 spray tans from her so far and they were both perfect- no discoloration or blotchiness anywhere! There's 2 options for the tans: 4 hour or 8 hour. I've tried both and I think I'll continue to do the 8 hour since it seemed to last a few more days than the 4 hour. Most recently I had a red carpet event and she made me all tan and glowing. We bought a ONE MONTH membership but have now been charged for two months past that. The manager doesn't respond back after the first attempt to get the refund. Things are electronic now, it is easy to credit back...they just hope you'll forget about it and then they can continue charging you. Plus, the place is run by a bunch of kids who are usually on their phones or napping on the couch. This place owes me $347 so far for something I'm not even using. and I'm sure I'll have to dispute with my bank in order to get the $$ back. Malibu Tan is so much better and right across the street.
