Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Came in and asked for ONLY my roots. I told her I didn't have the money for anything more. I wanted my brown completely gone. She asked about color. I said no many times. She finally said okay 130 for the roots. Finish up, she's brushing my hair out. Brown spots EVERYWHERE. I ask her to please go over the spots very nicely she acted suprised. While she was doing it, I pulled up my hair to show her more and more spots. She said it'll give it "definition" with the little spots. She lightly put some bleach on and said wait for 5 minutes. after abou 5 minutes of waiting, I looked at the back of my hair. My roots were completely yellow and brown. I told her hey this is still really brown and she got really mad. She stared complaining saying that I don't know what I'm talking about and she's the hair expert. My mom and I have done my hair for years. Never EVER has it been this bad. And my mom isn't a stylist AT ALL. And does a lot better job. She started yelling at my mom and I because I only payed her 100 because I said I refused to pay for a half done job. She started yelling and I called the cops. DO NOT GO HERE. I reached out to Hannah after a recommendation by family as well as instagram. I liked her work and needed to do a root touch up as my hair was grown and my stylist is out of country. When reaching out to Hannah on text, she was very friendly in the beginning and gave me a good price. I have never got my hair colored by her so I wanted to make sure I ask all the questions. I know that when bleaching hair, if overprocessed, hair can become gummy and also break off. I told her that I wanted to make sure that my hair doesn't get fried. She said never has happened with her clients. I specifically asked her because I saw someone post a picture on yelp that stated that Hannah over processed their hair and they posted a picture of chunk of hair that broke off when she overprocessed. That specific review on yelp scared me and I wanted to make sure that doesn't happen when I go to Hannah. I still trusted her but was just showing my concern. She got rude with me and started saying that people are jealous of her and that she cannot take me anymore. Instead of comforting and saying that "no don't worry that will not happen and I will avoid that", she started to ignore my messages and call. I even tried to explain to her that I'm not blaming her and just asking questions. It seems like I called her out on something on yelp and it may be that she doesn't have an answer and it really happened. If you want to go to Hannah, remember that she will be only nice to you if you only talk good to her. If she don't like what you say, she will be rude. I've heard this from my family too and my family will also stop going to her. Good luck to you Hannah, you deserve this review for how you treated me. Hannah always does an amazing job on my hair. Recently I had my hair done out of state while on vacation and my hair turned out awful, I like my hair really blonde with caramel highlights and ended up with dark brown hair with white highlights. If I could give 0 stars I would. I believed her comments/ reviews on Google she had me under bleach for an hour but not only me she also had other clients under the bleach for longer than me. The Client next to me was crying because she didn't want to dye her hair anymore . I tried to trust her process and when she rinsed my hair all my ends were falling out. I went home and my ends were gummy for an entire week. I was depressed for months because of her lack of skills. If you care about the health of your hair please do NOT come here. read more

Originally came in for a haircut, but right now they're having a special on balayage and I just went for it. I went based off the reviews on Facebook... And photos. I was way over charged and was not given what I asked for prior. I asked for a balayge which I will include the photo that she agreed to. She gave me GRAY hair! I thought it was weird after she bleached my hair she put a dark gray color dye on it. I thought it was probably brown... Not to mention the stained face from the dye she got all over me. Nothing like a balayge or what was shown and agreed upon. Her prices seemed decent before I went $140 online and in store... She charged me $220 and claimed that was with a discount. Don't even get me started on the "perm" she gave my daughter. Online again perms start at $55.... She charged us $145 for this crap. She knew I was unhappy and didn't offer a discount or to fix it. $145 was with a $20 discount. I am beyond upset almost in tears with my hideous messed up non balayge hair style. Who could mess up this bad and feel good about it? The cut isn't even the same as pictured. I reached out on their Facebook page asking if they can correct atleast my hair with no response. I've been to this place twice. Once for a haircut and once for color and highlights. The haircut was just average and is listed as $25 on their website. I did not get a blow dry or anything, walked out with wet hair but she charged me $50 even though it sounded like 15! I confirmed before I gave her my card, fifTEEN?! She said fifee. I thought it was $15 because I didn't get it washed or styled etc. when I saw my receipt she told me it was because my hair was long? I didn't argue. The owner who colored my hair is a bigger crook. I said I want highlights and color. She showed me pics of her work and I picked one. She said it's balayage, which costs $100 more. Tried to tell her to just do it as highlights but ended up getting the "balayage" even though I didn't know how that differs from regular highlights and color. I've gotten my hair done by many places around the world and I can tell you I've never seen someone so harsh on my hair. She is rude and unprofessional. She lied, she did not do balayage which is "hand painting" she just gave me foil highlights and colored the remaining hair free hand. Then did not use toner but put a dark color on top to subdue the bleached highlighted hair. I was in a hurry so didn't let her style my hair or dry it completely so didn't see final product there. That's on me. It's been almost two weeks and I've let the actual color finally come out because I know it takes time for the true color to show after several washes. It's terrible. She couldn't even give proper highlights. She bleached my hair in such a mess that it's patchy! I wouldn't have minded the weird experience if the final product was up to standard, but it's not.
