This was the first time I was getting individual lash extensions. I've worn the other lash stripes a handful of times for very special occasions, but in general I don't do much with my eye lids and lashes apart from using eyeliner because my eyes are super sensitive and I get teary eyed so easily. - First Studio Appointment I scheduled an appointment with the Katy location because I was going with a friend who lived close by. The studio space similar to the Pearland location was bright and beautiful with a contemporary design. The lobby had very comfortable lounge chairs and I was greeted by friendly staff. They smiled, welcomed me, answered my questions and helped me get registered before I was escorted to my private session by a licensed lash stylist. - Session Once I got into my suite, I was very comfortable on the cushioned massage table as the stylist briefly discussed what types of lashes I was getting before she started to work her magic. It took about 1 hour for her to get done and I definitely took a quick nap because it was so relaxing and after she was done she gave me a mirror to check out her work and I must say, those lashes were really amazing. They provided 4 style options of lashes and I chose the Gorgeous style. This style gave me longer, fuller and thicker eyelash extensions along my entire lash line. The extensions were also lightweight and comfortable so sometimes I forgot that I had them on. - Pros Long full thick lashes that bring out the beauty of your eyes and makes a statement Enhances your beauty and makes you feel confident Saves you time when getting ready for your day - Cons When the lashes eventually fall off, you will feel naked. You feel the need to never go a day without extensions If it's not applied or taken care of properly you may thin out your natural lashes. It was a great experience and as I'm sharing this, I'm setting a reminder to make my next appointment to get more extensions. This is very bad location to go. you have to go to the office to sign the contract to cancel the membership. Otherwise, they will continue to charge you. The manger Baily is so mean. she will call the police office if you "yell" to her because you speak loudly. so just do not go to the this studio. It will be a nightmare. read more

This glue and application is not real lash extension product. My lashes are attached to my skin as well as multiple lashes. I can feel the roughness of the glue on my eye lid when I close my eyes. I am so annoyed. This is tabbing, not extensions. I even paid an extra 30 for an experienced tech...Horrible! It took me a week to do this review because I am in the beauty biz, but this is such a rip off. I have touched all of my friends lashes this week...soft smooth beautiful. What I got is hard and rough a complete rush job. As a matter of fact my eyelids are tender so I need to take this off in less than a week. To top it off they make you sign all these releases, but the do not tell you anything about maintenance or removal. Please save yourself the pain and expense...if you know better do better. My client said she left Amazing lash because she got two styes in a year. I wish I knew before visiting. I went because they had a location close to my home. I called the studio and spoke to Kristen who said she was the manager. She recommended that I go to another studio because they all use the same cheap glue and faulty technique at Amazing Lash. In AWE with how awesome this place was! Christina and Devon we're so sweet as soon as I walked in. They explained to me the membership (which is a real $ saver BTW). Anna, my stylist, was so sweet and gentle. A little quiet, but definitely made me feel comfortable. My lashes turned out beautiful. Even walked out with some products (discounted with membership)! Don't let them fill you into a "membership", they make it impossible for you to get out of, then you say, wait, you guys said I could cancel with 30 day notice and they will make up 100 excuses as to why you are committed. I was able to out on hold for 6 months then I was given the option to put on hold again until the end of the membership but of course, only if you go in person! So there I go and the receptionist says I could've cancelled at anytime, changing policies all the time! I said ok, filled out the paperwork and was charged again with no warning, I called and now they are citing the 30 day notice window. Went here due to a referral from a friend who gave this tech great reviews. I set my appt online. They text to say I need a card on file. I call to add the card and they tell me I'm with a master tech and it will be $30 more. I was fine with that and told them I want the same lashes as the person who referred me. I get to my appt and the master tech tells me she don't have time for volume which is what I wanted all she could do was classic. I didn't argue because it was Xmas eve and I needed my lashes done. Once I got to the desk and told the ladies they didn't book me enough time with this master tech I was told she had the time and could have done it. I don't like classic lashes and hate paying all this money for classics that I know don't last on me. She just didn't want to do the job the day before Christmas. Staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't care that I waited 32 minutes for my appointment!!!! They called me and left a VM asking if I could come in 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled 6:10 appointment. I called them back 25 minutes after they called and told them I could come in. I arrived at the studio at 5:46. The eyelash person came out to get me at 6:19, way past my 5:50 time I was asked to arrive. Best place to get your lashes done. Efficient, clean and very accommodating when you are in a pinch. The Manager has really done a great job with the whole place. She's awesome and the technicians know what they are doing. My lashes last 5 to 6 weeks. Although it's suggested to come in sooner to keep your own lashes from breaking or falling out. I've been with Amazing Lash for several months and literally had the same great quality every time I get a refill. In the past, I've been to many different places for lash extensions. I found that you never really know what quality you will receive at other places even if you pay higher prices. So I was happy to find this studio. You can't beat the prices. A full set anywhere else is around $200+. Refills anywhere else are around $80-$90. So you pay a fraction of the price at Amazing Lash. Their membership is basically paying for a refill each month. So you can come in once a month and get your refill. At other places I had to come back very 2-3 weeks for refill. Here I come back 3-4 weeks and my lashes still look good when I walk in. It's really a time and money saver for me. The company is organize and their estheticians are good at what they do. I referred a couple friends here that jumped around from place to place like I did. It's nice to find an organized, professional place so I can keep up with my beauty routine and NOT break my pocket book. Also, if you ever have an issue or don't understand something, the office manager is AMAZING. I love seeing her when I walk in because I know she takes care of business with such a warm smile! Today was my first time going to Amazing Lash and WOW! I am so glad i made a change in where i get my eyelashes done. The girls at the front are so sweet and made light conversation with me, definitely made me feel welcome. My stylist, Nicole did my lashes and they are gorgeous! The front desk is beyond uneducated to handle customers! I had an issue with my account and was trying to figure out why they alerted me through text message a month later about my account. The girl who I spoke with was rude. I spoke to three different girls because of the disservice of how they were treating me. The funny thing is is I was calling to pay them and to find out why no one called me to tell me. I didn't even want to be confrontational I wanted to know why. The way they were rude and disrespectful to me and how being a paying customer wasn't important enough is what upset me. One of the girls made sure she told me They alert through text messages because we have a lot of clients and we don't have time to call them. I was shocked that a response like that came out of her mouth. The issue is this was a money issue nothing about appointments this was very important. I put a hold on my account with them for 6months, no reminded me of them processing payment which is my responsibility however I was advised by another staff member they would. I changed my bank acct, and forgot they were even in my auto pay, because at the time I wasn't paying them. She made she she responded with ma'am, we have 1000 customers there is no way we call all of them. Are you serious?! Not everyone has issues with there account for one, for two do y'all want to get paid? I really wasn't that upset until they way they responded and made sure to tell me I wasn't important enough to call. I have a budget, I pay my bills on time and you wait till it a full month later to text me we couldn't process your payment. WTH I guess customer service isn't really customer service anymore. I ended up semi speaking to the Manager until she went straight to let me tell you how things work here. Smh yep I'm no longer going to be a customer.
