I would give 0 if I could. My husband and I have been coming here for years my satisfaction has been going down, but today was the last straw. We both had 2 full rewards cards that would mean today's eyebrow threading was free. Well I get up to check out and the lady says the owner is no longer accepting the cards. I was like umm okay, she said that it's all digital now since Covid, I said okay that's fine but can I still redeem the free uses today and she said no, the owner will not let us. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before I went her. Worst eyebrow threading I've ever received. My eyebrows are uneven with one clearly being thinner than the other. On top of that the lines are uneven and botchy. I went in on a whim and boy do I regret it. I've pretty thick eyebrows that was nicely done so there wasn't any reason for them to mess it up so badly. The lady did it in less than five minutes and didn't even let me look at them afterwards. I never leave bad reviews but I feel like I've to warn others. I went today to get eyebrows thread. as soon as I walked in a woman in the back of store was doing someone's hair and she immediately said you need a mask on. Unfortunately I didn't have one and I just cleaned out my car and didn't have one in the car. The girl behind counter graciously offered me a mask and I complied putting it on. The woman in back of store still kept going on and shaking her head at me. I felt attacked and I have been super sensitive lately as I recently lost my father. the Girl doing my eyebrows and another coworker were super sweet and consoling. Listen I get it I get some places you need to wear a mask as they are in close proximity to your face so I complied but attacking a customer as Soon as they walk in the door is not ok. I have been going to this salon for years but now I am considering a new place to get my brows done. It's unfortunate that one person and their attitude can make a difference but it just made me sad. Remember when speaking to others you don't know what they are going through and maybe she was having a bad day but always be kind to others and show Respect. Covid is not our fault but it's also not an excuse to be mean to someone just because they arent Wearing a mask . Kindly ask and if they don't comply ask them to kindly leave. If you have nice thick eyebrows and are coming to get cleaned up DO NOT come here. I've never been more disappointed to waste money at any establishment before compared to this. Leaving here I should have gotten payed for the absolute mess they made of my eyebrows. It was very clear that the lady doing my eyebrows was on autopilot doing eyebrows because I have two different species of eyebrows on my face. I've been coming here for over 4-5 years and this was the most disappointed I've ever been to say that about any establishment. In case you want to believe I'm exaggerating, my sister who came with me was just as utterly disappointed. Please have your employees go see an ophthalmologist. Wow! I went into Priya's today for the very first time. I am a loyal customer to a different eyebrow place, but unfortunately, my schedule no longer allows me to go there. I went in today nervous of what would turn out, and I was not disappointed. I got my brows threaded and barely felt a thing! They used aloe vera to smooth it all out. Wonderful people and great place for eyebrow threading! This is my go to place and they always treat me well.

Was bringing my "tween" daughter here to get her upper lip threaded every-other-week for awhile, good service. Then brought her in for a regular threading, and the lady started to put wax on her. My daughter protested, followed by me protesting, and we were basically ignored. I even told her that my daughter is extremely sensitive to waxing and she argued with me. Of course it left permanent red marks on one side, was painful and my daughter was extremely upset afterward. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

As a loyal customer, I unfortunately found myself strapped for time before a wedding to get my eyebrows fixed. While my late arrival (6:50) was unfortunate, I did not expect to literally be turned away from the salon as I was today. My loyalty was evidently one sided, and I will not, nor those who I referred to this salon, be returning. It takes a significant amount of rudeness for me to comment on bad customer service... I come here to get my eyebrows threaded...they always for the most part do a good job. They offer a frequency card so after 10 threadings you get the next one free. The pricing is very competitive. My only concern is the customer service and atmosphere is always so negative and unwelcome when you walk in. For the most part when I go it's empty or a couple other patrons there, but they treat you like you are a nuisance and interrupting a break. Zero stars...google made me give them one. Terrible place! The owner, Priya, messed up my eyebrows and had the nerve to say that's how they looked when I came in. I came in with even shaped bushy brows that only needed a clean up. She made the arch uneven and one thicker than the other. When I questioned her about it she got mad and got an attitude, saying...I didn't touch that and this....lady you messed up...own up. Let's look at the surveillance video of how I looked when I came in vs how I looked when I left. She is unprofessional and does not know how to thread eyebrows period. She doesn't understand the meaning of a cleanup. She rushed and messed up and should have just owned up to her mistake. She may need her vision checked. Her terrible attitude and miserable personality and soul are a reflection of her sad salon. Luckily I had witnesses to see how she treated me. I walked out with my head high. I wasn't about to argue with an ignorant fool, when I know my eyebrows will grow back. She will never get my business again. I'd hate to see how she does any other beauty services. read more
