They do an AMAZING Job and my Lashes last for 3 weeks before they look like I need a refill! Very Professional and Prompt.

This is specifically for the Cinco Ranch location. The first few appointments went okay, but I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday recently and they cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer their phone call or text message more than 24 hours in advance. I was busy on a golf course playing a tournament. I checked my phone later that evening and had a message that "if I didn't respond to them within an hour they were cancelling my appointment." Well, I had not answered them since I didn't have my phone on me. My appointment was for 5:30pm on Monday and that message came at 2:45pm Sunday. I had never missed an appointment, and the one time I had to move an appointment I called more than 24 hours in advance. Why collect a credit card to charge a no show fee if you are going to just cancel people's appointments more than 24 hours out??? People do things sometimes where they have to disconnect from their phones for hours. Apparently this is not allowed by the lash touch studio on cinco ranch and you must wait for their text messages and phone calls like your life depends on it. read more

I found this place looking for good quality lashes for my birthday trip...I am in love. I first got a lash lift from somewhere else that destroyed my lashes, and made them curl super awful. I had gone in for lash extensions on 7/7/23, before the week was even over the lash extensions started falling out! I called and they said fine come on in will fix it. My lady Kay said she would take out the fan looking lashes and we put individual lashes in. That was on July 11 2023. THEY make me an appointment for 2 weeks 7/26/23. I go in to get my lashes done then it's time to pay and she tries to charge me $15 more because she said it's been three weeks. I'm sorry what calculator are you using? We removed all the old ones because they weren't correct from the first installation so we put the correct ones and we were the individual which started my two weeks on that day. And is it just me or the two weeks started on July 26 with the new lashes? I will never go back there again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either. There are so MANY more lash studios that produce a better product with nicer people. They dont communicate important things like that they are changing the girl who usually does your lashes. I am hooked!! I had been wanting lash extensions for an anniversary trip up to NYC. Up until a month ago, I'd never had extensions done. I had been thinking about doing it for awhile and had done my research, so I finally settled on Lash Touch Studio based on their google reviews. Y'all, they have 67 reviews on google and every SINGLE one of them is 5 stars! I walked into my first appointment a little nervous being a first timer, but I was instantly relaxed. The studio is peaceful and quiet with spa like music gently playing in the background. I was greeted right away, and taken back for a consultation. They have books with pictures of examples of the types of lashes they do so you can get an idea of what you like. They also brought out different sets so I could feel them and get a closer look, and they explained a little bit about the differences. I chose Cashmere because they were a little softer and more natural feeling than the synthetic mink. They are very knowledgeable, and helped me feel comfortable with my decision for my first set. The whole process took about an hour..at first I was a bit uncomfortable because I was worried somehow I'd accidentally flip open my eyes and ruin the whole thing. But once I got relaxed, it went fine. The end result was amazing! My lashes looked and felt so natural, and stayed that way. A lash or two fell out here and there over the next couple of weeks, but my research said that's to be expected. Nothing noticeable at all. They prorate the refill price depending on how often you come in for your refills, and they send you a text reminder a day before the 2 week mark hits. I got mine filled at exactly two weeks, and they looked even better the second time around! Great service, great end result, and now I'll be coming back every few weeks for the rest of my life because I'm obsessed with my lashes! read more
