My experience here was a great one. Kathy was a doll and so nice and patient. She gave me after care instructions and was very thorough with them. I tipped her for her well service. I was in and out in an hour. My lashes looked fuller than what they were from my first install from another business. I'm glad I was lead here and it's much closer to my home too. I absolutely love my lashes! My mom and I use to get my lashes back in the day when Becky was at the old location. I moved to San Antonio and haven't found anyone as good. I have very sparse straight asian eyelashes and so I got the natural classic set with the C-curve lashes. There are different curve such as j,b,c,d. C was the third curviest (I think) and most flattering and natural looking for my chinky eyes. Becky is the owner and she is master level eyelash technician. She is also very fast and skilled. My set took me 1 hour and 15 min, I can't stand being in those other lash places that takes 2+ hours believe me I tried over 4 different places in Houston and paid even more. I couldn't find much reviews or that many good reviews that convinced me to actually choose this place. Oh so I went ahead and did the appointment because I decided well I'll just go ahead and see how my personal experience will go... I have to say that in the process of the lady who was doing my lashes at times with stand up and help someone at the front desk (I personally don't mind because I'm grateful and respectful of those who come to work I understand that a lot of places are shortstaffed) so if you don't have that kind of patience I would say don't come here... I don't know what to think or do right now. I got these done yesterday 2/7/2020, and it's 3 pm 2/8/2020. I asked for cat eye, not too long. Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure only one eye is cat eye. I even mentioned something before I left the room, about the shape and length, and the lady was like ya ya it is, don't worry. So I paid and left thinking, ok I guess I'm just being weird. Today, my lashes feel like razor blades every time I blink. I should have known because when she removed the protective tape, my top and bottom lashes were glued shut and she had to separate them. I seriously want to cry from the feeling of slicing right now. And now that I'm looking at my picture. I'm positive I only have one cat eye and I look like crazy eye girl. I don't know if I need to stick it out and get used to it or just get them removed. I do know that I've had lashes done at other places before and it didn't hurt like this, and I know I won't go back there, even to have them removed. Update. I just had them removed since I couldn't take it anymore. I was told the lashes were applied too close to the skin and the lashes were all stuck together causing them to pull. Not safe. My eyes were burning! They said it's cuz I was sensitive, n since it was my first time getting it done, I thought it's supposed to hurt. Went through the whole process clenching. They were so heavy and uncomfortable that I went to another place a week later to get it removed. In which the technician said whoever did my lashes was stabbing it into my eyelids, making it difficult to even remove. I got it redone and it did not hurt one bit. I was so hesitant because of all the bad stories I've heard. I did a lot of research and finally decided to go here. The process was great, no waiting whatsoever. Went and paid $90 for my lashes only for the ends to be missing in three days. A week later I'm down to three lashes. Called and she said to come in and she would look at them and she tried to coerce me into pay $40 for a refill. Definitely not worth it and will not be returning. read more

I loved my lashes! Tammy was very friendly, professional, and she really listens to what you want. I loved that she took time to explain to me the different types of lashes she had, different pricing, and how each would look on you. She recommend to me the middle pricing for the Xtreme lashes for $149 because I wanted a more natural yet full look. Next time, I will upgrade and try the Eclipse HD Lashes for $199 because of how much I loved my lashes. I really liked how she cared about me, took the time to stop, ask me if if I was completely satisfied with my lashes half way through, didn't complain when I said I wasn't, and proceeded to give me what I truly wanted. I missed my lash appointment due to an unexpected trip I had to make to H-Town. I thought I would be able to hold out until I returned back home but nope my lashes begin to go their separate ways and it wasn't a good look for me. I went a few days ago to get my lashes done and i had asked for a natural yet noticeable lashes. I had even showed her the picture yet she did not do anything similar to the picture the lady kept getting product inside my eye which cause it to burn as well during my appointment she kept answering phone calls and messages very unprofessional. When I asked her to fix it she said that it looked better than the picture yet my eyelashes were only noticeable in the middle it looked like my lashes were falling of not that I just got them done. read more

My daughter fell on my eye and it pulled out almost off of my lashes in the middle of my eye, even the real lashes! I was freaking out, and my normal place I go to could not get me in this weekend. I called several places and no one could either get me in, or they would not work on me without removing all of my lashes and replacing since a different business put them on. I bought a Groupon for this place, and Tammy is great! She is very professional and kept me at ease through the entire session. This was my first time getting extensions (and a refill 2 weeks later) and it could not have been any more pleasant. My lashes looked great - even as they started to fall out, they still kept a pretty appearance. None of the lashes were clumpy, and she put them on neatly and evenly! I recently came here for the first time, I was very satisfied with the customer service the ladies were very nice and friendly. They were having a special for 60$ lashes so I tried that. When I finished my lashes looked amazing and I was really satisfied. Literally 3/4 days later all of my lashes had fallen out. It was terrible. I feel like it was a huge waste of money. I'm not sure what she did but don't go for the specials because clearly they do not last. Probably won't come here again. read more

I've been to several lash studios in Houston and Tammy is by far the best. Her attention to detail is remarkable. First of all, you can tell that hygiene and overall cleanliness is important to her as soon as you step in. The last place I went to before Couture Lashes was in the back of a sketchy looking nail salon and looked very unsanitary. Tammy lets you keep the lash brush she uses on you so you're comforted in knowing that it has only been used by you.
