I decided to get my lashes removed since it's been some time and they were starting to look TOO sparse. Tammy was very sweet and observant with how I was feeling, making sure my eyes were stinging, the light wasn't too bright, and that I was comfortable. The lash studio was superrrrr clean and it smelled... amazing! the lash removal cream she used also smelled so so good. Everything in this place just smells tutti frutti! While she was taking my lashes off, she educated me some bit on how lashes work, whats the best kind of curl to have for my eyes, how to make them last longer, how to wash them properly and so on. It made the atmosphere very friendly and not awkward at all. I heavily recommended this place to my mom so she can try it out. Though I only got my lashes removed, I'd like to try her actual lash extensions when I am back for a longer period of time!

This time, with a master sylist-Julie!! Julie did her thannnnnggggg!!!!! I booked a refill with Julie after 2.5 weeks of wearing the full set that Nathalie initially installed. Remember from the last review, Nathalie took 50 minutes to do my full set . I knew more time could've been given, but since I was a total newbie, I shrugged it off. This time around, Julie took about 45 minutes to do the refill. Yes, a refill!!!!!!!! My first stylist did not take her time and clearly did not give me the full look I deserved. I am officially indebted to Julie as she gave me exactly what I KNEW I was missing. Today, I decided to show the image of my lashes after walking out with Julie. Please reference the previous photo to see how I looked walking out with a supposed full-set. Long story short, give things a second try. We had a private studio but the door was kept open not sure why and didnt know there was a leg pillow for support that would help with comfort for the service. She was quick in her application but for my first experience here the customer service could have been better. I didn't have high expectations for my own results since i know my lashes are shorter and less full. Thuy was very accommodating with scheduling and last minute changes also i believe the price was very reasonable. However, when I was there getting my lashes done later on another client came in and the girl that worked on my lashes were going back and forth between that client and I. Even with my eyes closed I did not hear any gloves changing so Idk if she was changing her gloves in between the two of us. (I could hear every other rattling as it was quiet and calming there and you can tell by the sound of gloves being taken off). I got the lift & tint done on Saturday and by Sunday night my right eye felt sort of irritated on the lid then I woke up with a stye... She made my lashes look great. The only problem for me is that my natural lashes are fine so the lash extensions over time got too heavy to hold them upright so after a week or so they would flip and poke my eyeballs. After a few months, I decided to take a break and try to get my lashes strong before I tried extensions again. The front desk staff are amazing. Very friendly and personable. The salon is clean and cute. Def will go back once I get my lashes strong.
