I was a little apprehensive when Megan made some suggestions because I'm very picky but I trusted her and my pedicure came out exactly how I wanted it! Finally found my salon and the best part is it's around the corner! Highly recommend!

've been with Veronica for 9 YEARS and at this point... she's stuck with me for life I don't care…read morewhere she goes--I'm following. PERIOD. My nails are always clean, simple, and exactly how I like them--but she's also super creative when I want to switch it up. Half the time I have no idea what I want and she helps me pick colors/designs that actually look good every time. She's consistent, easy to talk to, and just makes the whole experience comfortable. Now her and my girl Amanda are at Belgravia and let me just say...from the moment you walk in they make you feel amazing BEST. DECISION. EVER. This salon is hands down the BEST in Houston and I don't say that lightly. The vibe is giving luxury, the service is top tier, and everything is just done right. They're over here serving dragon fruit mojitos like excuse me?? It's giving nails + vibes + a whole experience. Yes it's a little bit of a drive for me now--but I'd drive across the city without thinking twice. That's how good she is. If you want consistency, quality, and a nail tech who actually cares--Veronica is THAT girl. Always has been, always will be!

I will not be returning…read more When I arrived, I clearly requested a manicure with DND Clear Pink. Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

I'll attach what I got below - but I don't feel like they are honest with the pricing. Somehow, a $35 service went to $106. I'll attach a pic of my receipt below but when I asked her to explain how French tips made the service go up $70. Her response was "well you asked for that" but like.... I feel like I got charged more than I should have. The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.
