Literally all i can say is she listens to what you want! If you don't like something just tell her, she will make changes. Her prices are very reasonable and her lashes with good care, can easy go 3 weeks (that's me though, i know people can go longer). Very sanitary wears a mask and requests for you too. (Which I'm totally ok with) So when making an appt, i just text her and she comfirms. She does require a deposit, which is understandable too.
