If I could give this place a negative review I would. I went in for my first time with previous lashes from another artist on, which were pretty full still. I had the lashes removed, no issues. I wasn't aware "mega volume" is what I needed so when she finished my eyelashes they were wayyy thinner than what I went in with. My lash stylist claimed I had barely any lashes on before I went in, which is false. During my lash appointment my eyes were stinging and burning to the point I had to start complaining. This clearly upset her, she redid my lashes very quickly and they came out uneven and patchy. She also was very aggressively talking to her "manager" on the phone, clearly talking about the issue and laughing proceeding to tell me very rudely "well what do you want me to do?" refusing to give me any money back while I was laying on her table getting my eyelashes done. I had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes just to be able to drive, and even after waiting that long my eyes burned for hours. Let's be for real, Cathy get my life together. If you are thinking about starting your lash journey, you should come here for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that you get points, I know your lash girl is not giving you points that go towards a free lash set. That to me is one of the most important things. Secondly, my lashes lasts more than seven weeks and I do clean them, There are some sets that don't last that long just depending on whether it's mink or not. I get compliments literally every day whether I'm wearing make up or not and my make up routine is literally cut in half because I don't have to worry about pretending I know how to put lashes on. I've been going here for over a year and some visits I like it and some visits, not so much. My lashes are not consistently the same and it's making me feel like I may need to change places. Also, one of the girls up front who sets appointments is RUDE and when you say thank you, she just hangs up. She has no common sense either. For example, I'll say "can I get an appointment at noon?" She says "I have 12:00, is that okay?" That is noon... smh read more

Had an amazing experience here! My lash tech was Kathy and she does such great work! I haven't gotten my lashes done in over a year due to a bad experience somewhere else. Deluxe is clean, quiet, and very calming to be in. The prices are very fair and not outrageously expensive like other places. While I don't know how long these lashes will last they have been great for the past 3 days. Absolutely nothing has fallen out. I am currently going out of the country and will be swimming and sweating away in the heat. I will give an update when I get back in 10 days. Gave this place about 3 tries.. My eyes would itch and burn every time I left here!!! 80 some dollars was way too much for what i was getting. I went to another lash tech finally and they said they aren't putting them on correctly, causing the poking and itching. Their lashes are crunchy to the touch and don't get any better after washing them. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. Very nice staff and I understand it's not their fault what lashes they're required to use but they are not good for your natural lashes and will bother the heck out of your eyes. :( read more

Deluxe Lash Studio is wonderful! I've been seeing Jolie for the last 2 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Jolie is very knowledgeable and professional, she recommends the lash style that would fit you and make your eyes pop. For 2 years I am still getting compliments on how beautiful my lashes are and how they make my eyes beautiful on the regular basis. I honestly don't think I can live without them now lol. On top of being so knowledgeable, Jolie is also very gentle, patient, and sweet, my visits are always pleasant and positive, and I leave her studio a confident and happy gal. I am not sure about the name of the strip center but her dazzling studio is located in the same complex as Costco (newly developed section) across from 85c Bakery. P.S... I've had Emily as well while Jolie was unavailable, although she's awesome too...boy I felt like I was cheating on Jolie. I've been going to this salon for more than a year now, and recently I have no idea what happened. I took a break for a couple of months to let my eyelids rest from extensions, then when I returned, service was terrible. My lashes fall out within a week, they rush through your appointment (my extensions used to take an hour. My last set took 45 minutes and look terrible now), and every time I try and book an appointment, they are too busy. My favorite part about this place was being able to conveniently text them to see if there was availability. They would respond ASAP EVERY TIME FOR MONTHS. Now they ignore my messages, and give snippy replies. I'm over it. I've been biting my tongue since I returned because they were so good to me before, but I can't anymore. I've referred so many people over there for extensions, but that will end. I'll just tell them to go elsewhere. I understand being busy, but it doesn't hurt to say that! Don't ignore me and make me feel like I'm bothering you. It's terrible business practices. Also, I find it weird that you have to constantly pay with cash app or PayPal. I've never been to a business that does that, especially in Sugar Land. It's odd. Just go anywhere else for extensions. There are multiple places in Sugar Land and the Greater Houston Area. I was one if they regular customer ( not anymore) My technician was Emily and she was wonderful Last Saturday I called to booked appointment with Emily and was told she was no longer there. Sad. They offered me another technician, Jolie whole they described as the best . I agreed and I booked my appointment on Wednesday at 5. Tuesday, I received a text confirmed my appointment with Jolie. I confirmed Come to Wednesday, I received a text at 4:10 stating Jolie was available immediately, I couldn't because I was stuck in traffic due to heavy rain. I came at 4:40pm Signed in Some technician lady came and told me to go to her room . I asked if she was Jolie. She didn't reply but walked to front cashier. I asked the owner and the receptionist and told them I had an appointment with Jolie. They all denied, saying nobody there on Saturday to booked the appointment, I showed them the texts (3 texts) they both said they knew nothing about my appointment with Jolie. They have no respect for customers whatsoever. If Jolie was not available, (even though I received the text 15 minutes before my arrival that she was available to see me but all of the sudden she disappeared ) least they can do is asking if I want someone else. But no, they throw you anybody they wanted too regardless you like it or not. I have been seeing Jolie since I cannot even remember when. This location is new and her personal business that she opened up after working at alternate locations. I have been following her since two locations ago and there's a reason for it. She has great service, is accommodating, and she is a master at lashes. I always get compliments about my lashes and they last a good amount of time. I got my lashes done for the first time here. My eyes were burning so badly the entire time I had to pinch my hand to keep from tearing up. It felt like I was being poked all over my eye. My eyes were red and irritated for four days after my appointment. The lashes looked pretty for the first week. Then they started falling out. Here I am two weeks later and I want these things OFF. When they fall off, they take my natural lashes with them. I looked into it and apparently this happens because they were applied incorrectly (which is also why I felt poking and burning). I only ever touched my lashes with the spoolie to separate them after I woke up in the morning. This was quite possibly the worst decision I've ever made. The only reason this review is two stars is because my lashes looked pretty initially. Now I'm gonna have BALD eyelids. Never doing this again and I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with Yen or whatever her name was. Horrible. read more

HORRIBLE experience ! Would never go there again! It was my first time going to that place and my eyes were irritated for 2 days I called and told them about it and told me to use only eye drops! I had never had this problem before and it was my first time going to a salon because I go to more home-based technician and they definitely do a way better job and are not as rude as them. I then got an eye infection and I told them I needed it off immediately and wanted a refund. They took it off but didn't ven bother to clean my lashes after everything and did not give me a full refund because they said the tip cannot be given back! So happy I got to experience my first lash extension service at this place. Place was clean. Service was good. I like that they explained everything to me because I didn't know anything about lash extensions. Prices were fair. I got 20% off because I'm a new customer. Loved the result. I asked for something easy to maintain and natural looking so I got the real mink lashes. Loved that they helped to determine what length and volume would look good on me and also based on my preference. Only complaint is although there was relaxing music playing, theres a lot of noise from customer traffic in and out of the store. Also it was pretty uncomfortable laying on that bed for an hour. Overall, I liked the services, but I got an infection in my eye had to wait for this to clear of course, messaged them to advise, never heard back...decided I would try again within the same month I was scheduled for refill, she said due to not having any lashes I would have to pay full price....I wouldn't have minded, if it was some type of empathy for the fact I had an eye infection and due to the fact I had to remove the lashes because I had inflammation to the lash line, in my option they should have empathized and offered something for me to be comfortable with continuing service, but I guess that's a risk we take getting lashes.....as of now I won't be going back... Deluxe lash studio is located in the new strip mall across Costco in Sugar land, it is a few doors down from Burlington Factory. This is a great place to come if you want an amazing lash look. The staffs are nice, the place is modern and very clean, each individual have their own private cozy room. I was referred by a friend to Jolie and was not disappointed. My lashes came out amazing (very real and natural looking, not too much glue as other places) as Jolie is highly skilled. Not only she's good at what she does, she's also very easy to talk to, she asked me how I wanted my lashes and took the time to listen to what I have to say and brought it to life. She also followed up with me to make sure I'm satisfy. If that's not amazing, I don't know what is. Their pricing is pretty reasonable, I received 20% off as it was their opening week. I'm not sure if they still have the deal but it doesn't hurt to ask. If they do, I suggest you to run (not walk) there as it is an amazing deal. Having beautiful lashes brought me many compliments, but the biggest perk of all is it saving me time in the morning (read: extra time to sleep). Makeup routine has become super easy: foundation, little blush, a bit of lipstick and I'm done. It's that easy. Heck, I even look dazzling waking up at 3 in the morning half drunk - but that's a different story. If you wear makeup, I highly recommend you to get the eye makeup remover along with their lint free applications (see attached pic) to take the makeup around the eyes off, it works like a charm without harming your lashes. Called this location and spoke to someone about accepting a Groupon BEFORE the appointment was made. Was told it could be used on any of the lashes (synthetic, real or faux mink). Purchased the Groupon (69.00) and made an appointment. Showed up to get the lashes and was informed I could only use them on synthetic. The owner/managed acknowledged the person who had given me the incorrect information (told me her name) and made an excuse that she was new and that was it. No apology or to accept their mistake and informed me it would be an additional 30 or 60 depending on the lashes. Got them done and paid the extra money. This amount is not going to break my bank but it will cause me from going back to this place. I would rather go to a place that is honest and fair. read more

I came here earlier this week. They were very nice and I was able to make an appointment the same day. I was happy with the technician but I really wish they gave me more feedback and guidance before I picked the size and lash type. I told them it was my first time and that I needed some help picking a size and they weren't too helpful. I feel like my lashes don't stand out as much as I would like. They look like I just curled my natural lashes and it doesn't look too different. I would say this is a great studio to come to if you have done lashes before and you know what you want. I wouldn't recommend this place for someone that is getting their lashes done for the very first time. The studio it self is very clean.
