If I can give one stars, I truly would this places very unprofessional. My lady went there to get full lash extensions within hours of an appointment. Lashes were already falling out. Eyes were bloodshot. Red and irritated was told to come back next day. They did not have an appointment open until the following Thursday, which was six days from the first day that we had the lashes on. Also, they are running a valentines special for 30% off, but they will not give that 30% off to you and tell you it's invalid and not a real thing even though it's on their yelp and Instagram page my lady went back there today to get lashes removed lady was very irritated and had a very rude attitude. She ended up cutting her lashes off instead of removing them like she should've, my lady is now in tears and bawling. I really hope you read the reviews before you just go to a place like this horrible will never be back. read more

I used to love Lady Lash, but my recent experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The appointment lasted nearly 3 hours and was far from relaxing. By the end, I was nearly in tears because the lash tech, Alex, mentioned that my bottom lashes were stuck to my extensions, indicating they were applied incorrectly. She had to call another tech for assistance, and the tools they used only irritated my eyes further. At the end of the appointment, the only resolution offered was eye drops and a drink when I complained about the feeling of something in my eye. While I appreciate their attempts to help, it was clear I was very upset. My eyes are STILL burning, and I just wanted to get out of there. This was particularly disappointing as I've been a loyal customer for 3 years. I spoke with a manager and explained the entire experience. She asked me to come back so they could check if something was in my eye, suggesting that my eyes were probably just tired and that's why they were burning. This morning, I woke up with crust around my eyes, which were bloodshot red and sore. I can't even go back to show them because they are closed today. Please beware that if you feel any discomfort or experience any symptoms after your eyelash application at Lady Lash, you most likely will not receive a discount, an apology, or any satisfactory resolution. UPDATE: I was offered a credit and to remove my lashes however I do not want any of them to touch my eyes ever again. I will be seeing an optometrist in a few hours as the pain and redness has not subsided. I was asked to sign a waiver at Lady Lash that removes all liability for anything that could possibly go wrong a year ago and I'm not sure if this is a typical practice with all lash studios but ladies, please be careful! read more

I went to Lady Lash for lash lift and tint. I had never had one before so I was a bit nervous. But the moment I walked through that door, my worries melted away. They were so warm and welcoming (as is the cute decor and cozy lobby area). They greeted me with a smile and happiness just enveloped me! My technician, Lannie (i think?) was so kind and gentle. I could barely even feel her doing anything and actually fell asleep a few times! I love that they have individual rooms for clients, instead of beds all in a row. I like my privacy! And the calming piano music they play just added to my comfort and relaxation!! I was so thrilled with my results too! All in all, every aspect exceeded my expectations! I finally had the chance to update my review. My last refill with Hannah was on June 21st at 6:30PM. When I was done I did quick glance in the mirror and it seemed fine. I saw the time and it was 7:13PM. So she was done pretty quick. As I got home, I saw that it was definitely a rushed job. I already paid for it and was home so I didn't bother to call or notify them. The very next day my lashes was already bending down and backwards. After a fresh refill that never happens to me before. They recommend to come in 2-3 weeks for refills and I came at 3 weeks. I am upset because the quality of the job was done poorly. My lashes would hurt at times when I brush them and I brush them daily to clean them. One of my lashes fell off and I can see the clump of glue and lashes on one of my eyelashes. It's only been a week and 3 days and my lashes look like it needs help like it's been on me for over a month. I take care of my lashes by brushing and cleaning daily and I don't sleep on my face. I am quite disappointed of the poor job because I thought I found a go to place but not anymore. I gotten eyelash extensions since 2013 so I know when a bad refill is done or not. I won't be back. My search for another lash technician continues. read more
