I was charged $172 when asked for natural with a little volume. I was given hooker lashes. Excuse…read moremy French but they were so wrong for 1) what I requested and 2)my face. During the install someone came in and told the tech "no, natural!"... so they were aware of the mistake... Within an hour over 20 of the extensions had fallen out. I sent them a message with photos. So the glue wasn't even helping them stick. Once they fell out my lashes looked a lot better. The following day when I woke up I had so few left that I took the remaining lashes off myself. I asked for a refund- never heard back. Through email or text. Horribly disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
