During the install someone came in and told the tech "no, natural!"... so they were aware of the mistake... Within an hour over 20 of the extensions had fallen out. I sent them a message with photos. So the glue wasn't even helping them stick. Once they fell out my lashes looked a lot better. The following day when I woke up I had so few left that I took the remaining lashes off myself. I asked for a refund- never heard back. Through email or text. Horribly disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Why I went back, I question every day. She doesn't change the sheets between clients, she offers a blanket every time that I know is not washed between clients, so I decline. She doesn't leave her chair when she calls her next client into her station. I'm not sure how she has time to sterilize her equipment; therefore, I don't think she does. This last time I went to her, I got a horrible infection that resulted in my eyelashes falling out. I have no eye eyelashes! The pain was unbelievable, so much so that I almost went to the emergency room. I couldn't sleep, my eyes were red and felt like they were bulging out of my head! I went to my eye doctor twice and thank goodness my eyes are okay and I'm grateful for that. However, I have no eyelashes! I questioned her in the past about the eye infections I've had and questioned her about her sterilization procedures. In her broken English, she told me she does sterilize between clients. I do not believe that she sterilizes her tools. I've have two friends who have also gotten eye infections from her. One day as I was waiting for my appointment, a lady was checking out and questioning the receptionist as to why her eyes have been so itchy and red the last time she got her eyelash extensions. That should've been my clue, amongst others, to not return. When I go to my nail salon, they open a package of tools that have been through a sterilization process. Hannah's business does not do that! Shame on me for returning and I learned my lesson the hard way. She did return my money, including my tip and offered me free eyelash extensions when my eyelashes grow back, really? I will never get eyelash extensions again. I'm grateful that my eyes were not permanently damaged. My eyelashes will grow back, but I will never get eyelash extensions again. Please be aware that it appears that Hannah is violating health codes. I have notified the health department. She could truly damage someone's eyes permanently! It's just not worth the risk. Hopefully she will get a violation and get her act together by changing the sheets between clients, bringing a new blanket in each time a client walks into her station and properly sterilizes her tools with the proper sterilization equipment. This is a disaster waiting to happen... I was lucky there was only my eye eyelashes and my eyesight was not damaged. Hannah, I've seen that you have responded to others who have given you a low rating. Don't you dare respond to this one with any excuses. Hopefully the health department will be knocking on your door any day now. I would suggest that you get your act together and sterilize your equipment and change the sheets! That's disgusting!

I was very hesitant to get a lash lift because I've always had full and long lashes and was scared they'd get messed up but I wanted to stop using mascara as often so I decided to get one. Now it's June and my lashes are broken off and frizzy. They go all different ways and just look really really bad. I've tried oils and everything to get them to look normal but nothing has worked yet. My experience wasn't great when I went in and now my lashes are ruined, I can't wear mascara because it looks crazy. Before I begin, I want to acknowledge my own role in this experience. In hindsight, I should have…read moretrusted my instincts and refrained from proceeding with the service given my known sensitivity. That said, I do feel it's important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. At the start of my appointment, I informed the stylist that I have sensitivities and have required sensitive glue in the past. She paused to check, then returned and said they did not have any on hand. I expressed my concern, but she reassured me that most clients believe they're sensitive when the real issue is usually application technique. She also mentioned her experience and skill level, which gave me enough comfort to proceed. Immediately after the service, I noticed a burning sensation in my right eye and mentioned it. She gave me a fan to help soothe it and reassured me it would subside. Unfortunately, by the next morning, I had a swollen left eye and a stye something I've never experienced before. Later that day, my right eye became irritated and pink, and I was diagnosed with pink eye. Both eyes were red, irritated, and uncomfortable for what was supposed to be a special occasion my birthday. As I write this, I am still dealing with discomfort and unable to have the lashes removed because I'm out of town. I plan to have them professionally taken off as soon as I return. While I don't place full blame on the stylist, I do believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer communication, more transparency about product availability, and perhaps erring on the side of caution when a client expresses concern. I share this review in the spirit of constructive feedback and in hopes it may be helpful to others with similar sensitivities.
