Rosie is hands-down one of the best lash artists in the business. After moving to Texas, I saw five different artists and was losing hope of finding someone who actually cared and knew what they were doing. My biggest regret was not going to Rosie for my initial full set. The previous person I went to taped too close to my eye, causing bruising, and completely ignored me when I said it was uncomfortable. When I reached out to Rosie, I kept it simple and just told her I was unhappy with my current set. Instead of trying to give me a slick sales pitch, she was completely direct and honest. She told me she would need to evaluate my lashes first and see what she could do, quoting me $80 for a two-week fill. Once I was in her chair, she explained her process step-by-step. Because I was a new client, she did one eye at a time and had me look at it before moving to the next. I have never had an artist care so much about customer satisfaction. She completely revived my left eye, which was in terrible shape from the previous job, and made sure both sides matched perfectly. To top it off, she noticed the other side didn't require as much work, so she actually lowered her price to $70. That level of fairness and integrity is incredibly rare. I read a few minor complaints about her professionalism before my appointment, but I want to firmly defend her. Personally, I would much rather have an honest expert who knows her stuff than someone who feeds me lines just to make a quick sale. I am the customer that was at the salon on Friday when the incident with Laura happened and I would like to provide some clarification on the situation. First of all, I would like to say that Rosie, the lash technician is always professional, timely, and very courteous and her work is great. Secondly, when Laura left salon, her eyes looked amazing. She paid the original quoted $110 for her lashes. Where I think the issue was Laura prior to the appointment told Rosie what she wanted. Rosie assumed it was the usual volume lash that Laura had before. When Laura got there and described further what she wanted it was the wispy lashes which cost more and take longer to apply. That was the price discrepancy. The situation definitely could've been handled differently on both ends. But at the end of the day, Laura got what she wanted and still put Rosie on blast. Rosie came out on the short end of the deal. Communication is key people. read more

I have been going to Rosie a few times and I was here the day the lady had a problem with Rosie I have to say that was a very unfair review on that ladies part. I understand that things can make a difference in the price by a few dollars or not. When a picture is shown as stated it very well could have been the 110 as quoted but once the professional sees the lashes at that moment there may have to be more work done. This is an art, a skill. You are not buying a pair of shoes. When Rosie saw picture and maybe your lashes they may have been different than when you actually came in. You were very argumentative and frankly I was embarrassed for Rosie and for myself. Just because you are a certain age (22) you are an adult, doesn't allow you to think a business should eat it. You young lady, need to appreciate her talent, her kindness and be a bit more gracious and not so aggressive. read more

What a lovely lash shop! They decorated everything like a fancy spa. They greeted me once I enter the shop, and I felt so relaxed. I came in for their special promotion for the holiday season. $59 for a full set. The most inexpensive classic lash extension out there. Rose is the owner and she was the one who did my lashes as well. She is absolutely amazing. I told her I want a bit dramatic for the holiday season and when she delivered not only I look great, but not too dramatic to the point it looked fake. Rose was funny, attentive, and very skilled. Rosie is absolutely amazing! It was my daughter's 18th birthday and she gave her a facial and then did eyelash extensions. She did an incredible job, made us feel very comfortable, and went way above and beyond to make this a great experience for both of us. Been coming to Rosie for about 3 years now for micro blading. I had too much red on my eyebrows and she was able to neutralize it more to a brown. When Nano blading became popular she offered it to me at the same original price I've been paying even though Nano is more expensive. Today for the first time she did my lashes, I told her I'm not familiar with lashes but I just want a natural look, yet noticeable. Didn't show her any pics , she just knew what I wanted . Rosie is the best at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about your lashes, brows and skin. My lashes feel light and full and last a long time. She is also quick which is very important to me.
