Vicky did amazing lashes. Her lashes are different from everywhere I go. I have a sensitive eyes so if you feel itchy, I will feel double. But Vicky makes it as natural and so soft that you wouldn't feel that you have extensions on. I recommended her to a lot of my friends and they become loyal customer since then. read more

WOW Lash & Brow Studio - Eyelash Service Near Me - Spring, Texas

Appointment started late. Lady glued my bottom lashes to top, then cut my real lashes. I hated my lashes and I let them know, the lady tells me it's what I asked for. It was indeed NOT what I asked for. She said she could not fix them. I am so unhappy with them. I spent $144. The first red flag is they had me use Zelle, saying the payment system is down. I think it's a scam, I cannot dispute zelle charges. Will not be back!! read more

I was a little nervous to try this place out based on the reviews but let me tell you- They got me in the same day and yes there was a little bit of a wait (but that's where ever you go nowadays). My lashes look so nice! One side was not as full, so they got me in the next day to fix! Will definitely come back read more

I have been doing my eyelash extensions here for a while now. I really like how they leave my classic eyelash sets. I use the soft kind of lashes and they look so natural. The prices are also reasonable and the environment is relaxing. I will definitely continue coming here for my lashes! It would be great if they had a rewards program too. read more

The look of my lashes is always fine/ acceptable to me, although no one really listens to what you want. I work at night so typically this is my first errand/appointment of the day. WOW lash always calls me 2-3 times and tries to move my appointment to earlier or later (usually I am still asleep). It's super annoying to be harassed when you have an appointment. Will not be using this studio any longer. read more

I loved my experience from beginning to end. Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy. Diane did my eyelashes and she was very precise and made sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend WOW Lash read more

WOW! Just WOW! This is not the first time I got my brows and lashes done by Vicky, but WOW I have always been in love with the amazing results every single time. Vicky is the best technician. She always takes good care of me and makes sure I am happy with the final look. I've got my lashes done, microblading, ombre shading, ect. all by the awesome Vicky. It's been 3 months after the ombre shading and my brows just look flawless. Looking at my brows in the mirror right now and I can't help but thanking Vicky here on Yelp! You're amazing Vic! read more

I have been going to Charlene for about 5 months now and I absolutely LOVE her work. She is very thorough and they come out PERFECT every time. This is the 2nd time I have visited this establishment. The 1st time the wait was about 30minutes after scheduling an appointment, but they did a good job on eyebrows so I returned. This next time after arriving there was so much disorganization after scheduling an appointment and getting confirmation email and text no one was available to provide the service. read more

I was very excited to get my lashes done here with all the great reviews. I initially called to make an appointment for 11am and then was asked to text my name and appointment time. I then received a text at 9:33 pm asking if I could come later, I said 11:30 was fine. I then get a text at 9 am the day of my appointment asking if I could come at 10. I told them I was only available at 11:30. When I get there they seemed confused about my appointment time. I was asked to wait and waited 20mins. Aside from the poor experience I've already had my eyelash took 2 HOURS! The worst part is it wasn't full and nothing was put on my inner eyelashes. Very disappointed in my experience. read more

I absolutely loved my lashes! I called the same day hoping to get an appointment and they worked really hard to accommodate me. My tech was Krystal and she definitely did an amazing job! She was very thorough and she didn't make me feel like I was being rushed out. They were very informative, they answered all my questions with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place :) read more

I loved getting my eyebrows shaped and tinted!! I barely had brows before, and Vicky gave me the eyebrows of my dream. They lasted for a good while. Also, I loved the ombré effect she did. They looked so natural, and faded well overtime. Love WOW Lash & Brow Studio!! read more

I've been going to Vicky since before her studio opened and I've been to MANY lash artists but she's the only one that gets it right! Not only are her volume sets long lasting and weightless (I forget they are there sometimes) but she's the only one that does longer sets (16-17 mm) and does them right! Never going to another artist again! read more

Been going to WOW for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with my lashes. I tend to be very sensitive to lash adhesive and to the under eye gel pads, but Vicki has it covered. She has the sensitive products I need so I can continue getting my much loved lashes done. I like them full but wispy and she's great at achieving that look. She's always concerned that I'm happy with her service as well as the products she uses on me. I would recommend this salon, in particularly Vicki, to anyone looking for a lash salon. read more

I love my lashes! The tech was really nice, the atmosphere was so relaxing. Not a lash wearer but I will return when I do get more

Victoria Did a awesome job on my lashes definitely will be going back she made me feel very comfortable and took the time to describe which kind of lashes will work for me after my first experience with them I am completely impressed my lashes withstood two days at a waterpark and multiple days at the swimming pool read more

I've been trying to get my lashes done by Vicki since I was referred to her by a friend who actually warned me. She said Vicki does good lashes, at a decent price but she's horrible at responding to texts and communicating. I decided to take my chances because Vicki actually replied to me in a timely manner. She even agreed to meeting me at her 2nd location which is in the Heights and so much closer to me then Champions. The day before my appointment I text Vicki to confirm and hope she remembers since it's at her other shop. No reply. I called her phone, no answer. I text again and she replies with "Yes". The next day I show up to the Heights location only to see an empty parking lot. I knock on the door no answer! I called again! No answer! I am pretty pissed off because I cancelled a dentist appointment to make this appointment. (Priorities right?) I then call her main location looking for her and a man picks up, probably her husband and says he will try to locate her. At this point I'm not going to wait, so I leave. When I get home I finally get replies for her saying she mixed up her days which is bullshit because I literally text her the day before. She tries to offer me a free fill but at this point I don't want any services from any of her locations free or not. I don't even know how she runs 2 locations. So the 2 stars is for service, not for how well she actually does lashes. I would have given her a 1 but gave a 2 because she might actually do a good job, but then again I wouldn't know since she stood me up. read more

I had lashes put on for the first time and Vicki was amazing! She took the time to explain the difference in lashes, quality, and the procedure for caring for your lashes afterwards. I highly recommend her services if you want a person who is confident in their technique and takes pride in their professional work. If anything is not right, she is quick to offer suggestions and also looks at your lifestyle to make recommendations as to what lashes are best to bring out your natural beauty. I recently got ombre eyebrows are absolutely top of the line and very happy with the results! #mygotoforbeauty read more

So today I went and got a full by Vicky! I am not originally from Houston or Texas at all and she made me feel like it was home. Her salon gives a warm welcome and it is a great atmosphere. Her friendly staff greeted me as I entered the door and asked if I would like to clean my lashes while I wait! After that Vicky greeted me and we began, she was very polite and had a great smile. As we started lashing one of the staff members asked if I was cold and would like a blanket, which was VERY kind and generous of her. Through out the whole process Vicky made sure I was ok and nothing was irritating me. After done lashing they looked amazing! Now the only reason why I'm making SUCH a big deal is because I'm VERY PICKY ABOUT MY LASHES... I have been traveling the states with the LOVE NEVER DIES: First National tour and I've been to 20+ different lash techs THROUGH out the states. Vicky did a phenomenal job and she is true to her word! If ever in the Houston area ever again, she will be my go to lash tech. I DEFINITELY recommend Vicky for ALL your lash needs. She does Classics, Volumes and specializes in MEGA volumes. She's taught by one of the best Lash Techs, Lydia from Lash Box! So happy with my results! Xoxo read more

Tori was amazing. It was my first time visiting her and I had previously been to a salon that had put cluster lashes on me. She thought she'd be able to refill them for me with a mix of her lashes but the previous salon used too much glue. She went ahead a removed them and gave me a full set and did it all in under an hour and a half. She was sweet, explained the types of lash services she offered and provided great application. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've never had my lashes done and I wanted to give this place a try. Pretty good reviews right!! I was hoping for a little more education when I got there but didn't get it. I did get to choose my look and the lash type. It was a get in get out type of feeling. The standard per the lash tech is 1st timers get a natural lash install. I said cool and went with it. The process was ok. It burned a little bit and it hurt a couple times but it didn't deter me. I was looking for lashes and I got them. My lashes are short, curly and thin. Victoria gave me real "lashes" without too much drama. Good job. My fill in will be better since I know what to expect. read more

I saw all of the amazing reviews on YELP and decided to try them out. I made an appointment, drove 30 minutes, only for them to not be here. I waited 30 minutes and decided to leave. This is so unprofessional and a waste of my time. read more
