I'm always a little skeptical when I read reviews based solely on the customer's initial visit. So, I waited to post my rating until I'd been to several appointments at WOW Lash and Brow. And now I can confidently say that WOW Lash and Brow is a five star establishment!! Upon walking through the doors, the customer is greeted by a friendly staff member, then shown to the facilities (so the customer can properly clean and prepare treatment areas). Once situated at the service station, the staff member makes sure to understand exactly what the customer wants. I was asked multiple times to clarify my preferences so that they could accomplish the exact look I wanted. The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. Soft music plays in the background and you can be sure there won't be loud voices or noises. There's also a comfortable area for guests to sit and wait if they so please. I have been to WOW Lash and Brow 6 or 7 times now and had eyelash extensions, face waxing, and eyebrow tinting done for various occasions. There was only one instance when some of my lashes came off and I called to ask what to do. They got me in the same day and replaced the lost lashes with no fuss. I used to only get lash extensions for special celebrations or occasions, but the lashes last so much longer here than other places. Because of that, I'm able to wear them on a regular basis. I LOVE how I feel when I step out of their doors with a new set of beautiful lash extensions. WOW Lash and Brow has given me a new sense of self and my confidence has grown tremendously since I became a customer. They've gained a lifelong client out of me!! it's an hr drive completely Out of the way for me and it so worth it every time! Both Vickie and Van know exactly what they are doing and they use a very high quality lash and have mastered every technique. They can do the Ulta voluminous Russian volume and even tho traditionally it's not a whispie look Vicki managed to turn that look also whispie for me at one point Per request. They can do natural look, layered, super curly Or the classic curve... ultra plush voluminous and long... cat eye or doll eye ... whatever your style they can achieve it. And the more they are familiar with your needs the faster they will get Without compromising the quality. I tend to want to switch my look just a little each time o get My fills . I set an appointment for eyelash extensions with Vicky before we left for Hawaii. The lashes looked amazing, voluminous and dramatic. I swam in the pool and the beach, and I was satisfied with how beautiful the lashes looked despite being wet. No matter how hard I try I end up sleeping on my stomach, so you can imagine how many lashes got pulled while I slept. I received a text from vicky one week after my appt and I told her about a few lashes that came off. She told me to come in when i can so she can look at the lashes. I came in and she filled the missing segments free of charge! I don't know about you but never have I had a follow up text from my lash specialist who goes above and beyond for their clients satisfaction. Omg!!! My 1st experience at Wow Lash and Brow was almost a year ago and I can say now...Wow Lash and Brow has become my lash home. My lashes are ALWAYS beautiful! Vicki is the owner is so sweet and does amazing work. Van is my lash tech. I absolutely LOVE her. She does an amazing job every time. Couldn't be happier with my lashes! I've only gone twice (saw different people) but was extremely happy with my lashes each time. This place is very clean, and they offer blankets for when you're getting your lashes done. I switched to this studio because the previous place I was going to had horrible glue. All of lashes would fall off within two weeks. This place on the other hand uses amazing glue! My lashes look great up until the third week, and I love how they offer hybrid and volume lashes. read more

Enjoyed my experience at WOW lash. I was greeted when I came through the door and didn't have to wait long to be serviced. This was my first visit to wow lash and my technician Charlene made me feel right at home. My lashes look amazing, super fluffy yet natural. They offer different types of lash I chose the cheapest one and wow they look great I can't wait to try the other softer lashes.
