Go see Deborah!!!!…read more I can't put into words how amazing she is! I remember the first time walking into her and I was almost in tears thinking my blonde couldn't be as beautiful as I pictured it because it was darker at the time and not done for a long time after having being pregnant. She looked at me and said "sweetie, we can make you exactly that blonde!" And let me tell you.... It was beyond perfect and better than I ever dreamed!! Since then she has done my hair for years! You will never go to anyone else after sitting in Deborah's chair. And I mean that with all my heart!! I went to multiple other stylists before meeting Deborah and she's someone that just gets hair! She knows the best things for your hair and knows how to make it look like movie-star hair. Trust me!! She's extremely talented and beautiful inside and out.

On the day of my appointment I get this text at 7:10am. (My appointment is for 10am):…read more" Good morning, I am going to have to cancel. I completely overlooked another appointment I had already, very sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused", then when I asked if she had any other openings today: "I only have tomorrow available or next week." Well- I have an important event to go to tomorrow night and so now I'm screwed. This is so unprofessional and rude, and sounds like complete bull$hit. And to top it off, this is not the first time I've tried to get my hair done here, and the last time she didn't even respond back. I should also mention SHE picked the day and time for the appointment to work around her kid's schedule. So, good luck is all I say.

This is now the third time I've had an appointment where I was left waiting at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I completely understand that things can run behind occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating--especially when I've made an appointment for a specific time and have planned my day around it. If you consistently need more time between appointments, then the appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Customers shouldn't have to sit and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I thought long before writing this review. If I was to rate my stylist alone without establishment…read moreshe would get 5 stars. But that's not the case. I LOVED my hair cut and the stylist. No problem there. BUT the same can't be said about the front people. They were awful! After my stylist was done she told me she was putting something away and would meet me at the front. I gathered my stuff and headed to front desk, I approached the desk and said hello. I got RUDE stares and one of them a middle age lady looked at the other girl and mocked me and said "hiiii?! She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. I went back on here and saw some other clients have stated the same issue.

In order to get it straightened out, she had to go to another hair salon and the woman she went to asked if she went to a beauty school to get her haircut! The least, and I mean the very least you could have done was refund the money.
