I wish that I could give a negative ZERO!!!!!!!7/5/2026 2:25 -2:33 pm I was shopping today and was ATTEMPTING to get something from the deli. There were two ladies working in the back where the cleaning area was at. One was cleaning (she was older) and the other lady ( darker skin)was taking her time just STANDING in the doorway of the roaster. I put my things down and waited a few minutes because the lady looked at me and did not acknowledge that I was even standing there. I also notice she was getting something for other customers, in which I was fine with. She came out the address the two customers and looked at me and said " SORRY ITS JUST TWO OF US ITS BUSY" , NOT "Ill be with you in a moment or please give me a moment" Outside of being very rude and nasty she then called the older lady to the front rather than answer my question or properly address me, she then spoke in Spanish to the other lady and walked away. I also know that she understood what I saw saying in English because she was talking to me before I started complaining. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE DARKER COMPLECTED LADY and IF I GO THERE AGAIN and she is there with that same nasty attitude I will record and have her on social media. WALMART is suppose to be a place of customer service. IF THEY ARENT GOING TO PROPERLY GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE THEM TO STOCK SHELVES!!!!!!!!! I always come to this location to get my oil changed. They are always friendly and helpful. Today they weren't able to do my oil change. They noticed a major oil leak. Tyrique, and Marie were still very helpful. Tyrique helped me by showing me the issues, and finding the oil to put in my car. Marie was sweet enough to loan us a funnel. A quick trip to pick up a canister of spray paint turned out to be about 15 minutes. Walmart, supposedly to control theft, locks up spray paint behind glass sliding doors. I kept ringing the buzzer to summon help. Took way too long. read more

The Walmart on Wilson Rd. in Humble,TX has terrible customer service... trying to check out of a store that has many self-checkout registers, many are not working, only 2 can be used to pay with cash, is ridiculous! I was there the morning of September 12, 2024, to purchase one item. During checkout, one customer had a cart full of items; the other one didn't have as much, so finally she left. I tried to pay for my item with cash and coins. The machine would not take my coins! This store has the worse use of space and customers' time that I have ever seen!! This store is a joke!! The cashier failed to put one of my bags into my cart. When I got back to the store, the cashier had gone home but failed to turn in my items to customer service, so they were placed back on the shelf for resale. The CSM on duty appeared less than concerned about my issue and said he would bring it up with her supervisor. Her supervisor however, is the one that told me that my items had been returned to the shelves. It's obvious that customer service is sorely lacking at that Walmart location. I will not go back. Went by this store today, and after filling my cart, was told, "We're out of bags, but you can buy a reusable Walmart bag". I walked out and left my full cart sitting in the aisle. What kind of manager of a multinational company allows your inventory of grocery bags to fully run out?!? You should be giving away reusable bags, while you drive fast to the nearest Walmart and beg for enough to hold you over until your shipment arrives. This is basic inventory management! Your customers deserve better, but in reality, this is typical for the way Walmart treats those who are reduced by economics to shop in their stores. read more

This isn't right. Why is Walmart so awful? I used to enjoy shopping at any Walmart anywhere years ago. I would be in my local store 3 to 5 times a week and wish I could just have an apartment upstairs! Just because society has gotten so bad doesn't warrant Walmart staff to not strive to be better. I don't shop at Walmart much anymore. Rarely in recent years (5?) do I dare. Well this morning I chanced it. For one small box, no cart needed. Though I had dozens upon dozens loose in the lot to choose from. No one rounds the carts up? The customers clearly don't put up. I meant to say something to the greeter. But she didn't greet! I chose to greet her instead and didnt bother to mention the lot. Just get the one thing and get out. If I can find it. I walked around and around searching. I didnt bother any staff nor did any seem friendly or ask if I needed help. Especially the one guy that was spitting "Fxxk" in conversation with another staff member. So I found it, let's check out. But oh, none of these self check outs are open? The woman said No, they're open on the other end as she pointed me in that far direction. I said ah, that's not cool, I parked at this door. She yelled at me! Yikes! Yelled, "Well, THAT door opened first!" Smh. I had to tell her "Well, aren't you lovely?" I now had to dare go to management with these 3 stinkers. At "customer service" 2 gals are talking waiting on one ahead of me. No "good morning, ma'am. We'll/she'll be right with you" no boo. One walked off. I knew that must be a "manager" When I got called up and said I only needed to speak to a manager they both acted stupefied. Till i said Fxxx. "Manager" seemed to agree a little bit that it isn't good for store staff to use street language around customers and the greeter should greet and customers should never get yelled at. Still, I will find more needs online for delivery from other vendors. Never walmart. They are not right! Thankfully the "greeter" dared not ask to see my receipt on the way out. God knows my gloves were off and He helped me out of there in peace. read more

I will give it 3 stars because it's Walmart, this location didn't do anything overly bad, BUT!!!! They don't yet have the ability to pay by tapping your phone, this may not be a big concern to others or maybe even for Walmart, but come on seriously, 711 has that technology, gas stations have that technology! I lost my wallet and was trying to buy stuff because I just moved to Texas, thought to myself I can use my mobile wallet. NOPE!!! Not at this Walmart u can't. If ur not going to be innovative, At the very least keep up with the changing times, update ur systems. Customer service and satisfaction is becoming a lost art. Cashier that hates her job rudely asked me to empty my carry basket onto the belt. Then puts her hand out signaling for me to hand her the basket. I hand it to her, then try giving her an item that I was not taking after all, and she snaps back "hold up". I toss it aside where the gum is at, then when she's ringing up my stuff she says "where is that item you put back?" I grab it from where I put it, and she rolls her eyes and says "why would you do that". She rings me up, I say thank you, and don't hear a word from her. Typical ghetto, hate their job type cashiers. I hate Walmart but it was convenient for me to stop at this one instead of going somewhere else. But trust me, I'll make the drive to Kroger than to step foot into this Walmart. NEVER EVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT WALMART! Went in for a oil change and there careless pos employess almost f***** up my car. Next day after work, I'm driving on freeway and notice oil light pop on and car is smoking. So I pull over panicking. I check oil and realized that it is all leaked out. I had to have car towed to near by Walmart and get it reserviced. The stupid idiots did not put oil plug back in. I was able to get a refund back but that was whole nother hassle itself with pos managers. Just glad I didnt have to sue their ass. NEVER AGAIN! read more

This store is usually a mess- and I try to avoid it but sometimes when there's no other option - I will risk it. Big mistake. Huge lines- very few self check outs open and not a single cashier that I saw during my last visit had their mask over their nose- literally walked down the line as I was leaving and every single one had it below their nose. One person in customer service and one of the two people near the door had their's on correctly. Not a manager in site as usual. Try calling and it will just ring- no answer once you get past the prompts. They can remodel the store all they want but until they get a handle on their employees it will still be the same mess - just in a nicer package. read more

This Wal-Mart is my Wal-Mart since it's so close to home. If you haven't tried ordering your groceries online I strongly recommend that you do so. This location is very busy so I recommend you try to use their express lanes. The few times that I've had to wait in a lane the wait is extremely long. I'm probably going during their peak hours. Their pharmacy on the other hand makes up for their slowness. They also scan my groceries when I have a few items. I definitely recommend this pharmacy. Two-thirds pharmacy have a drive thru lane. read more

Walmart is very convenient for us is close to our apartment and very nice customer service. Lines are a little longer but they do move fast. I always find what I am looking for, never empty. I love that it has fresh vegetables and fruits. It's always clean the restrooms I would just recommend to clean them more often. I would like to have more registers open because at night it's always to full to use check out line or the registers. read more

Recently moved to the area. Not a fan of the in-store experience. Very crowded all the time. Exiting the area headed back down Wilson away from the beltway is unpleasant and rather dangerous due to traffic. One tip: Walmart Grocery App. I've used this feature quite often and it has been a great experience each time. The staff is courteous, and the selection is good although the entire store is not available for purchase via the Grocery app. Pick up is at the back of the store. You checkin using the app to let the staff know that you are on the way. They load the groceries into your car and review any substitutions. And you can be there and leaving within 15-20 minutes without leaving your car. This is the best feature of this store. I appreciate the odd of cold bottled water upon arrival as well. read more

Order TVs online but wrong size, the TVs boxes never open but they refused to let us return it with the excused that the name on the order were not matching with my name which was on the billing info. I paid for it with my business card and now I can't return it. That's ridiculous. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Grocery Near Me - Humble, Texas

Went for an oil change 7/28 and as I was driving home after, I smelled burning oil coming through A/C. Checked oil later and noticed it was over half an inch over the max on dipstick. Went back 7/29 to get it resolved and was told by manager David I was a complainer and was not welcome back to Walmart after they took some oil out to resolve the problem. I had only once made a complaint to him years ago when I had tires installed and they left the brand-new polished aluminum rim all dirty and scratched looking. After cleaning off the dirty oil smudges from the outside alum rim it seemed to be okay with no scratches on that one rim, the others I had no complaints. The last oil change with Walmart no complaints for when I checked the oil after the work was done and it was in the low high range mark on the dipstick as a matter of fact, I was very pleased with everything. After I went back for the recent oil change and removal of excess oil by service tech, I waited and checked the oil dipstick again right after that in parking lot, and it was still over and that is when I was called a complainer by manager David and not to come back. I guess I'm supposed to let you ruin my engine and pay you to do it right. David did not even come outside and check it for himself, because if he did, he would have seen my complaint was justified and had the techs redo it. Instead calling a steady customer a complainer for 2 complaints ever made to Walmart after over 40 years of going to Walmart and never a complaint with Sam's which I am a member and always giving them a 5-star rating. I only complain if I'm not satisfied and there is something wrong which is not often for as many establishments I visit. If the oil level would have been less than a quarter of an inch over the max on the dipstick, I would have been okay with that, but it was way over the max and I know that can ruin an engine my engine. Anyway, do not take your car there unless you really don't mind paying for high-cost engine repair work down the road because these people at Walmart do not care about customer service and doing a proper job, and if you call them out on it, you'll be classified a complainer that can't be satisfied and not to come back to Walmart again. He also told me that he was going to inform the store manager and all of the other Walmart locations about me so I will be black balled from Walmart all together. That's fine you're not the only store in town, jerk. By the way jerk, if you would pay better attention to those customer complaints and realize the authenticity of those complaints to help improve yourselves your auto service would be a lot busier than it is now. But I suspect you like it that way, slow and easy, so running off good customers will help you keep it that way. If I was upper management, I would have got rid of you a long time ago because it's you that is running off the regular customers from surrounding neighborhoods from visiting. That's why when I told one of my neighbors, I was going there for an oil change he told me he wouldn't take is truck there to have them do anything. I stood up for Walmart because of the previous oil change and said to him that I haven't had no problems from them only to find out now how right he is. You're a salary employee why should you care right, slow easy pay me, slow easy pay me. Walmart really needs to send you to customer service school, and I mean immediately. read more

We all don't expect the best customer service from any Walmart. During covid, things were a bit inconvenient as you could only enter and leave on the far grocery side of the store. But today 8/13/20, I notice the garden side door was open. So I went in with others who were going in. I got what I needed (I like to be in and out of Walmart), and I did notice some changes...stuff were in different places I wasn't use to, and they had a whole new fancy wine section. Anyways, did self check out. Tried to leave out the door near the check out, but the doors were close. Since I was parked right outside the garden area, I went that way to go back out. I saw a young black girl with eye lashes that look like they were about to fall off. She was near the door with the older hispanic lady with long hair they need to promote! Anyways, the girl looks at me, and I thought she was going to want to look at my reciept. Nope, she leans in to tell me something & I couldn't hear, she repeats, "Do you work here?" I displayed my clothes like, "Where from my clothes do you get I work here!?!" She says what I think was that I couldn't leave that way. There were no arrow saying entry only. The door that people were entering in (and still entering in as she talked) had the sign above the door as you could leave that says "thank you for shopping at walmart"...so that tells me I can leave out that door as well. I said, "My car is right there!" I mean you could see it from where we were! And proceeded to tell her, "I came in this way!" (Again as 3 people came in as we talked". She had the neeve to say, "Oh so you just haven't been caught!" Excuse me! I repeated again, "My car is right there!" I mean she's crazy to think I was going to walk the entire length of the store to the grocery side, to walk the length of the store outside in the hot azz sun to get to my car, that I could see right in front of me. She finally twirled around and let it be. SMDH. I mean reserve all that energy for someone not wearing a mask during these times. My problem was with asking me the dumb question of if I work there...and most importantly said "So you just haven't been caught yet", when I told her I came in the door that way while 3 people came in as she was talking to me! Girl, why do you think you're posted at the door!?! It's open! If they didn't want people to enter or leave it would be closed or say enter only! This is why I usually stay away from Walmart. read more

I guess it all depends on the customer and whether or not they let small inconveniences bother them. I've been shopping here for 5/6 years and I've concluded that it's the ill mannered customers who are the problem, not the staff. Yes some staff walk around with RBF (look it up if you don't know what it means) but we all have bad days at work. We don't know what they are or have been going through. Prices are great and the variety is big. The pick up service is good. It's Walmart for goodness sakes, not a darn 5 star hotel that you paid $1000 per stay for. read more

This Walmart location is 2 mins away from home. I visit there often but always end up having an unpleasant experience. The grocery items are expired half the times. There are only 1 or 2 registers open. The service is super slow. I once placed an online order for pickup. I received an email confirmation that my order was ready. When I got to the store there was nobody at the pickup area. When someone finally showed up to help they told me that the item I ordered was out of stock. I had to cancel my order. The staff is unfriendly. This Walmart location does not compare to other locations. read more

I recently went into the store to buy an outdoor tiki umbrella that was on sale in clearance. after not finding the item, I gave up and thought that someone already bought it... upon leaving the store Isabela, the store greeter asked if I found everything that I was looking for. I reluctantly said no. I told her what I was looking for. she immediately got on her radio and asked management where the clearance umbrellas were. she left her post and took me to the area... she was adamant in helping me.. very intent on finding what I was looking for. I went for an oil change today at the Walmart on Wilson road and was told it would be an hour wait since two cars were ahead of me. That seemed pretty long but I was ok with it since I had to shop and eat lunch anyway. I came back an hour later and car was still not ready and I thought that was odd and ask what the stays was and they said it should be soon as there was one other car in the bay, but I asked to cancel if they didn't start yet. They had started on my car Soon turned out to be another hour. This was unacceptable to wait two hours for a oil change and I also found out the other car had been there for 2 hours. I will not becoming to this place for an oil change again and recommend others not to as well until their standards change. I would like to rate this a zero but yelps minimum is 1 Star. read more

I have not been a fan of Walmart for years, but this store changed my mind. Everyone working here is helpful & they are hard workers. There was an older man putting items away that was so extremely nice, a greeter that had a ponytail that was so friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names. Judy directed me to health & beauty. Every time I needed help someone was right there!! A very nice cashier that used a walker, kept an eye on my cart while I went out to my car. She said honey you left your phone in there, but I kept my eye on it. Then Patricia was my cashier and she was so friendly & excellent at her job really sealed the deal. I will be back. read more

My review is for Walmart Grocery. I received amazing service today! I placed my order in the morning on the app & picked up my order on the side of the store at 5:15 pm. There were a few substitutions to my order (as in what I ordered was not in stock) but in every instance, what Walmart provided was an upgraded version at no extra cost to me! Typically, that would have been an extra trip to another grocery store to find that item. I love getting Walmart prices without stepping foot into a Walmart! Highly recommend giving it a try. Also, zero service fee for this service. Kroger has a $4.99 fee on their service like this. read more
