Too congested and unorganized . Need more workers and dependable management for the location.

I shop at Ross because I can find great discounts on everything! I just recently went to buy a few coffee mugs, and of course ended up buying much more. I did not check my receipt until a few days later and realized that I was charged for two items I had not purchased. I had no idea what the items were so I called the store and spoke to the manager to find out. He asked me to come in so he could check my receipt. I went a few days later, but he wasn't there. The assistant manager took care of me and refunded the two items, she just asked me to check my receipt as soon as I buy something, so this wont happen again. That is perfectly fine with me. I decided to also check out their puppy accessories. They have little beds, dishes and toys.I saw a puppy dish, which costs $8.99 at Petsmart for $4.99! definitely worth checking their selection. read more

Very rude amd poor customer service. There were 2 prices on a pair of pants. Instead of the RUDE cashier who I could barely understand, trying to find out which price was correct, she charged me the most expensive one (double the other one). When I asked why she picked that one, she said "It just is". No thanks. Ill go somewhere more customer friendly. read more

The prices are good. Their bathrooms have been closed for a little while which I don't really care about I don't shop often. They asked me to wait an hour and a half to use the dressing room. It's been an hour and a half and I'm still waiting. read more

Never ask the manager Diane Lechuga to not overstack your bags and to not throw your items (the journal books I selected) because she will make a scene stop waiting on you, tell you that you have and attitude and refuse you service. As a consumer I requested another cashier to ring me out. She left me there instructed all of the cashiers not to ring me out. To my surprise she came back and told me that the sheriff was on their way. The Sherrif arrived asked her to ring me up. If you want to have a Sherriff by you side while you are puchasing by any means come to this Ross location. I asked her to give me her name and the corporate number to place a complaint. She thought that because the police arrived that she was right and that I had done something wrong. She stated, that I made the other customers uncomfortable, when her attitude was what made the other customers uncomfortable. When I walked out I had to witnesses walk up to me and gave me their names and numbers as witnesses to be mentioned when I called corporate. read more

I visited this location line very long I mean long but that's okay because this is what often comes with shopping at Ross !! Was in line 45 mins at least !! Once getting closer to the front it's only 2 lines open on a Friday peak business hours !! I notice that it was a return line that you could just walk up to and one of the cashier would immediately take the return next and these r cx that only waited 5 mins !! The manager never open up a register to help with line r process refunds for cx so that cashiers could just keep knock down line !! Me and the girls behind me were having a conversation about the manager not helping the manager proceeded to confront us and have a argument in front of the 50 plus customers standing still waiting her words "I'm not just doing anything , and if yall have a problem with the wait we're hiring" which stock me because one it's very unprofessional and 2 if anybody in the line is looking for a job this is not a way to approach the situation!!! Haven't been in a while and I love how clean and spacious it looks. Unfortunately, all the women's panties and bras were completely disorganized. More than would be expected from people moving things around. It was difficult to find anything in the sizes I needed. Lastly, it was pretty obnoxious to hear the staff saying, "welcome to Ross" to every single person that walked in. I don't think it's reasonable to require that of your employees. read more

I looove it here!!! The prices are amazingly low for designer things such as a Micheal Kors purse costing 100+, here you can get it for about 20-50$ which is AMAZING. They also have the hottest, newest, most expensive trends here except it's way cheaper. The only reason I'm giving Ross 4 stars is because they accept returns no matter what, now that seems like a good thing, but its not . Because they accept returns no matter what, some of the things have missing items, or there missing, or simply they've just been used. Ross is an amazing store that you definitely go to. read more

This was the absolutely worse Ross I've been to. I was buying baby clothes for 2 baby showers. On the clearance rack I found a great deal 2 little all in one's for $1.99. I get to the register finally after 6 minutes in line and the cashier barely greeted me and began to carry on a conversation with loss prevention about something not work related between taking hangers off my items and ringing them up. He notice the two all in one's together and the two tags he investigated them and asked the manager should there be 2 charges she said it appears they are together as 1, he then says well theses 2 tags looks like someone put them together in error etc. She looked at it and shrugged, he then tells me they are seperate. I told him It was a clearance item and it looks like 2 for 1. He argued with me and I told him I only wanted to buy 1 because other people were waiting in line..I should not have been treated as if I made the mistake and we're talking about $1.99. REALLY???
