My husband recently had to go to Men's Wearhouse to rent a suit for a wedding he was in, and it was nowhere near the class, organization, and service this store has. Most recently, my dad noticed they had a $99 sale, so while my parents were in town, we ventured in there. My dad has a bad experience at the Woodlands store (store associate didn't want to assist at all), but he wanted to come in this one. Cesar helped us with anything and everything we needed. He measured my dad, searched high and low for shirts he wanted in his size, and provided excellent customer service. The store isn't cheap, but their sales absolutely make it worthwhile. If my husband had a suit-and-tie job, I'm sure we'd mostly shop here. If you're a bride to be and are looking for options with the groom and groomsmen, seriously consider Joseph A. Bank. That led to some pulling and tugging that did make me tense up like, "Ma'am, I don't mean to inconvenience you." So I got my measurements, I was satisfied, I looked at a suede shoe and got out of there. I am not familiar with the layout of this store, but found the Levi's section fairly easily on the first floor. Finding the particular kind I needed was more challenging. Thankfully, a gem of a lady named Diana T. at the AYS department offered to help me. She found what I needed and checked me out with a kind word and a smile. Miss Diana made my day. This store carries a large selection of good brands for folks who want to dress up, dress down, work out or go play a round of golf. They really have a wide range of styles. They also sell shoes, undergarments and accessories. The new store is very nice inside with an upscale feel. The rebranding seems to be taking this chain out of the blah and kind of depressing store feel into a good, hip and relaxed shopping experience. They have several nice designer brands represented like Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. Hub loves the Cubavera and Island Passport, since he's of the crazy shirt loving ilk. Destination XL carries suits, ties, and nice dress shirts for folks who are larger than average. Ties are especially important since a tall man wearing a regular tie can look like Jed Clampett This store also carries sports apparel like Reebok and Adidas. The clearance area is especially nice. We've gotten him several good shirts from there at great prices. The folks working here also add to the experience. The furniture is unpredictable because she sells it almost as soon as it comes in because there is no space for it.
