Truly they are nothing short of miracle workers! I took them a few replacement dashboard panels I purchased for my Classic Aston Martin DB9 as they needed to be dyed the correct color and Luna nailed the correct color spot on! They even repaired a panel I was replacing (I thought it was beyond saving) and it's now perfect too (I could have saved some $ buying the replacement panel). I was so impressed by their work that I ended up taking them the whole car and they restored all the leather (seats & all) to better than new. They work on sofas, jackets, cars - if it's got leather they can make it beautiful again. I found their website while looking for a leather repair company. I am so happy to report that the spot is totally gone and I can not even tell where the stain was originally. I was able to utilized the services of Total Leather Care Houston, one of my sofas got damaged when we moved to our new home. They were able to repaired the damaged to a 80%, and they were honest since the beginning stating they were not going to be able to make it invisible. You are only able to see it if you know where the damage was, and when you look directly to it from a close proximity. I am giving them 4 starts only for the initial incident we had with the receptionist that was not polite at the beginning, but I got to tell you that the General Manger contacted me and scheduled us right away for the next day. The technicians that were sent to our home was Aurelio and Josua and they were great, had an excellent attitude and gave an outstanding customer service. It's located in an industrial area near the Southwest Freeway, and the shop is as utilitarian as it gets ... but craftsmanship is superb, and Cecil is a pleasure to work with. Most employees have been with him for years, which speaks volumes in these times. Prices are fair (not the cheapest, but definitely worth the difference), materials are top-notch, and the finished products are incredible (we saw at least a dozen pieces in various stages of completion, and admired the dedication to detail). Cecil reupholstered a 1920's barber chair for us, and far exceeded our expectations. FYI, they do not take credit or debit cards. This is a first-class operation in every respect. read more

My 1983 Porsche 928s has a full leather interior. After 37 years, some bits have started to show their age, ripping and/or discoloring. I brought them to Houston from Beaumont looking for a leather expert, as the interior color of my car was a special one done by Porsche. Thus, I could not find the leather color code. In this case, I had taken my arm rest cover and both door pulls, and Aurelio looked at them and was able to reupholster the ripped leather on the driver side door handle and armrest cover. The passenger door handle, however, was able to be re-dyed. He used the leather hidden on the inside of the pieces to color match it, and when I got my pieces back I was astonished. They looked brand new, like I got it from the factory. The leather grain and color were perfect, and I will definitely bring all of my leather interior parts to Total Leather Care all the way from Beaumont every time. Its worth getting it done right, rather then get it done at an amateur shop and be stuck with a mismatched color or grain that sticks out like a sore thumb. I brought a Vince leather jacket to Total Leather Care on the recommendation of a friend who had leather furniture repaired by them. The jacket had gotten hung on a piece of fence as I was walking by and ripped the pocket almost completely off. It is made with that butter soft leather and I was just sure it was ruined. Well Total Leather Care worked their magic and I can barely tell where it was repaired but to the unknowing eye, you would never even know there was damage. It was repaired in about a week and the price was very fair. That doesn't mean it was a cheap fix but the price of the jacket made it worth it and the quality of the work was definitely worth the cost. We have two leather club chairs that were damaged pretty extensively by friends' cats while they were house sitting for us. Total Leather Care sent out Sr. Luna, who was super nice and helpful. Because the cost to repair would have been more than replacing the chairs, we opted not to have all of that leather replaced. Instead, he was able to minimize the appearance of the damage, mix a dye to match the chairs perfectly, and then recondition the leather. If you look closely, of course you can see that there's damage, but a casual observer would never know! He did a fantastic job! I would not hesitate to recommend Total Leather Care to anybody.
