They were comfortable, but much to my disappointment, the soles had zero traction and I was certain I'd slip and fall if I wore them out of the house. Al re-soled them for around $35 (if memory serves) during the week of Thanksgiving in 2025 in around 3 days. The soles look seamless and no one would be able to tell that they weren't the originals. They have solid traction on the ground and I am happy to report that I have not slipped once.

I paid a premium price for a job (with an additional debit card fee!) and the job was not done as requested. I received no apology for the mistake, no compensation for inconvenience, and a poor attitude towards me as if I had made the mistake! Not even an offer for a fix. I refused to leave with the botched job. They finally (reluctantly) agreed to an accommodation. Had I known this would be the case upon pickup, I would not have spent so much additional money shopping for goods in their store. I would not recommend them.
